    In the middle of the process of adding a data bundle it asks me to rate the app. I finish setting the bundle and see I've been charged twice. I use the in-app contact form, but the chat bot is completely useless. I ask to speak to a rep, but after 48 hours (without about response from them!) it tells me I'm inactive and they will close the chat. I typed "I'm still waiting" every day to keep the chat active, but after a week they force closed it anyway. No response. I'm switching providers.

    Updated review: I deleted my previous review. The problems went away for whatever reason. Works as intended. I still would like to access the rewards game in app and not be required to download another app or go on a website, but that's a small thing.

    Something is being wrong for days...and now in 2021 the latest update and it's going from bad to worse. I can't even see any usage data.

    I am a new customer, trying to pay my bill online through the app. Apparently, for the last two days the page where I can register as an administrator is down! This is only the last of a string of incredibly incomprehensible mishaps with my experience with Proximus. For example, I had to go to a physical location to find out why I hadn't received a bill yet. Not sure if it was the reason but they had the wrong phone number listed on my account... my phone company didn't know my phone number....!

    How to make simple things difficult! Do I really need to install an app to use the public WiFi! Not to mention it didn't do the job!!!
