    It's bugging all the tine. Yesterday i wanted to pay the bill, but when i clicked on the app amd the logo afterwards, it stopped working. I've been experiencing this since looooooong. It's really annoying.

    proximus league Slow, continuous pop-ups if you do not want an to have an administrator account. Unable to work normally with 2 different accounts on the app, after creating the second account I have never been able to access it again, always error on the server. Also unable to subscribe front extra paying services I get billed for, but never asked for. Terminating my subscription and changing provider.

    proximus internet What ruins this simple useful app is the regular need to login again. Thats disgusting! That should be asked ONCE a year at the most my dear proximus! Its not like theres top secret information in there. And Im sure the app has its own ways to determine that its still the same phone its being used in. 3/5 for this idiotic tendency of the app.

    proximus sports Terrible app if you are not the administrator of your account. Things doesn't load well. Even my mobile data usage is not visible half of the time. I'm disappointed..

    proximus investor relations Stops working via WiFi. Switch off WiFi, restart phone, open up app using 4G, then it works. Also annoying: need to switch account from User to Admin again and again to see usage of my other mobile devices.

    Very buggy! Payment takes 6-7 tries, if the app responds at all!! This app is 1 step forward, 2 steps back! Stop tinkering with layout and just make it work...

    Cannot delete account, is not compliant with GDPR law. Cannot even change user data wich is a huge violation as well. The performance of the app is also very slow on a galaxy S9 ... Would uninstall immediately if not mandatory for work.

    The whole 'favorite app' thing doesn't work properly. I can only choose between 7 apps. 6 of those are the standard ones, Facebook, Snapchat and such. The 7th one is a game that I deleted more then a year ago, but somehow it's selected as favorite. The app I want to select isn't even in the selection menu.

    In this update they remove our access to several very useful settings, and even reset them. For example, if you are one of the customers who likes to use 4g without restrictions, you now don't have that option anymore.

    Completely useless. No one ever answers the help chat and you cannot change any of your services from here. Also, frustratingly, it's impossible to pay using visa, MasterCard or any normal international service. Choose telenet.

    Graphical interface is intresting and attractive.yet very slow to open and switch tabs. The user experience is really annoying due to this slowliness. I can hardly digest that a company working in the telecommunication sector can approve a similar result.

    The app is good, it has almost all the services I would like to do without going at the Proximous store. It just annoys me how slow it is. It takes forever to open up and load stuff 🤦‍♂️

    Very slow to load, very slow to navigate (switching tabs). Graphically cool but user experience in the app is awful. It looks cool but it is not cool using it. Invest in the core services/functionnalities instead of fluffing around.

    Doesn't use the Android standards. The app is slow, even in a high-end device. You cannot switch accounts. It doesn't have any logic in where you can find the information you need.

    Do not install this app. You will loose all your settings, I used to manage different numbers/subscribers, now, I can only see my own cell... SUCKS. going to retry to get to previous version. Offer back the older app Proximus

    They keep on updating the app every two weeks and they force you to update it. Stop doing that, I update the bloody app if i want to. I need the information of my account available at anytime, updating the app just makes me get really irritated everytime

    With the recent updates i can no longer switch between my business phone to see usage and my home subscription. instead i now only get all sorts of proximus advertisements in the app. i am not happy with these changes

    Cluttered, confusing, disfunctional, time waster application. In my view you should avoid Proximus as a provider, or avoid the app if you have already made the first mistake by signing a contract.

    Keeps crashing after 2 seconds before I even get the chance to log in. Tried everything from reinstall and restart to clear data and cache. Had to use my Surface to charge my credit. But as soon as I run out of data and money outside my home's wifi, I'll be screwed until I get home to recharge via desktop/laptop again. That's not what "being mobile" is supposed to mean.

    Very bad app at the beginning, great app now. Last years it caused me lot of frustration and headaches cause practically unusable: lot of issuues/bugs and few functionalities. Today I even prefer the app to the website because more practical and quicker. Still some options could be added such as the high level of configuration of the website: a function to configure the router would be great. Great job!

    I struggle for a week now to change my credit to data. I have enough credit, however the App keeps giving a Error sign. I asked Proximus to help online, but nobody seems to be able to fix the problem. In the meantime I do not have any data! This is ridiculous. I also struggled to setup my account. I needed to switch between different Application to verify my account, when I go back to MyProximus I need to fill in all my details all over (it deleted what I already filled out).

    The widget keeps giving me the minutes I called even though I set it up to show me my used data. The app itself keeps switching, one day it shows me data the other day it shows me my calls regardless of what I set up. And if it shows me data the number isn't correct, one day I have used 3gb, the next 100mb and then a couple of hours late it's back at 3gb. Seems like this app keeps getting worse and worse. Now I am not even able to see anything from my subscription

    Features come and go within the app. A great feature was the line test that used to be available in the app & on the website is now gone... Still can't seem to have both fixed & mobile details in the app. At the moment I have my fixed line data but it could be that next time I only get mobile data...

    They keep changing the app constantly, without checking if old features still work. The widget is not changeable, it only displays which subscription I have, no way to change it to show how much data is being used or left. It has been working for a while, and then suddenly it's gone again.

    The widget is not working and displays "Problem loading widget". I am also unable to figure out where one can adjust the widget settings (nowhere it seams). Is it too much to ask to just have a working widget showing the data consumption, this is a basic functionality for any provider I would say.. Come on Proximus, you can do better...

    On the first page, you can only choose one type of usage to be displayed. You can switch it to another usage type, but you cannot show them at the same time. Why can't I just put my data usage and calling usage on the same overview screen? Now I have to click on the details every time.

    It works fine. The only minus was that if I have no dats, I can't reload. So I had to go to the shop to buy the airtime that gives you some free data to be able to connect to the app before I can add than more data. Quite complecated if you ask me . .

    slow and buggy updates to data usage have cost me, build in chat from the help also not working as it should, when i said it was showing wrong data numberd was told it would update to correct ones, it never did and i went over cap since i could not see the numbers and sms was slow aswell, needs lots of work or even new beter version

    Pretty ugly & slow app. Outdated GUI. No way to see call details or history. No way to see invoices and instantly pay them. Even correct data usage can't be displayed SMH. Too basic app for a big company. Take a look a the Mobile Vikings app or just buy that app and change the logo's

    This app is a piece of garbage. When you get to the point you need to register and receive a code via sms, as soon as you switch to see the code in sms, the process of registration is over and you have to start again. You should fire your IT.

    Very poor app. You can't even see who called you or who you called. Home screen only shows calls or data, not both. App is pretty useless. Very bad compared to other providers, like Mobile Vikings

    Slow app, horrible interface. Needed to log in 5 times for it to tell me my info was wrong, but it wasn't... Once in the app, very user unfriendly. Not recommended. Want to know your date info? Call them.

    This app is horrible! It isn't in sync with the info received via SMS. One cannot download the latest "outstanding" bill or pay directly. Absolutely worthless

    Welcome to the brand new myproximus app. Hangs for hours.... uninstalled. Reinstalled. Nothing works. Installed over 4G . Same result. Called Proximus .... all our agents are busy.... get lost.
