i had nothing but problems with this app then call number for support they told me my employer has to call. when i explain i dont agree with that .also not up to them they are not using my account i am .and i should access to my paycheck stubs at all times they said my employer would have to call this is not a good service to use I believe I should have access to my private documents for pay at all times should not matter if my employer has to call or not this is against my right as an employee

I hate that it makes you change your password periodically. It never works when I change it, then you call for help and you are told that HR has to handle it. We don't have an HR. 🤬 I just have the Dr. that I work for and it takes her months to get around to it.

I would love to rate this app. but unfortunately, I'll give you a Zero...This app doesn't let you reset your own password, shame. I've tried over and over again and still nothing, tried calling support but for what, like I'm not the account holder. It's my stub and I want to see it now, not when it hits my checking account.

Email and called for someone to help me.. because it never takes my password. N it's always been the same. No one ever gets back with you. I'm not the only person at my job that is having the same issues.. Really this thing needs a massive change. Asks for my user name and email, n I get error or user not found.. umm. Yea okay.. Would be really nice If someone actually cared enough to emaim you back..

Constantly have to change password. Check stubs are not showing for this month . That USED to be the only part of the ap that worked.

It logs you out then doesn't accept your login information or password then you hit forgot password and it sends one to email. And that doesn't work .

I have had this app on my phone but I am unsure how to log on and check my information. Do I have an account already? Do I create one? How? It really stinks not knowing what you're making until it pops up on payday. I think I would like this app better if there were clear instructions on either how to create an account, or what your pass and username should be if we should already have one for it.

I never set up biometrics and don't need it to login and can view checks etc, yet I cannot look at account info without biometrics. Go figure.
