    I had ordered 3 items and 1 item has not been delivered, when I am complaining, all they have to say is check with friends and neighbors. It is not delivered, every time we purchase online, there is a text saying that your item is out for delivery, I have not even recieved such message for the undelivered item. Also, the tracking of product didn't show the product has been shipped. Never ordering again.




    Products are good and everything is fine except for notifications through which they try to gain attention. Not everyone is going through a happy phase. Sometimes such notifications might trigger people who are already feeling low. I hope the notifications could be more positive keeping everyone in mind. FYI I got a notification stating "something bad will happen at midnight ". Please don't post such stuff.

    The quality of ordered products and delivery process is good. However, I am unable to redeem the accumulated insider points due to tech issues. Also, the discounts on the app are misleading since they are only on selected products and they might not be on the ones that we want to purchase or on those products that are budget friendly. In short, all I see in the app are discounts and loyalty programs but I'm unable to take advantage of them.

    Quality of the products are always good. But the insider points are such a waste, I never got to use it, you will have to buy items worth of 3000rs for 300 points to be used, that to only on the selected catagories where prices are already hiked. The customers should be given the liberty to use points on any product they want to buy irrespective of the price.

    I have been using myntra for years but i have been very disappointed by their recent service. The 1300 COD limit was annoying since I usually make large purchases but I put up with it. The last straw for me was when they delivered wrong item, someone picks it up, returns it back to me, then every day I get messages it will be picked up today, no one comes, the number given to me never accepts my calls regardless of whether I use the pin. I am just so tired and frustrated.

    I am purchasing from Myntra for more than 6 years. Earlier I gave them 5 star review, because I really liked shopping over here. But my recent experience with them was far from pleasant. The customer care service is worst. They don't resolve your queries about any product, and on top of that just marked all the queries as resolved without resolving them in real life. So, I think it's high time to change my rating.

    Worst platform and services ever I have seen. I have ordered 5 products on 23rd Mar, its need to be delivered on 28th. Among them automatically cancelled due to internal issue, and other products aren't delivered till date( 2nd April). Since past 2 days I am getting notification like out for delivery. But, they there not delivering ( Ecom) . Myntra is the worst services. Don't use Myntra and don't suffer . #worstapp #don'tuseit #worst

    The app is getting worst day by day,they are sending used products in name of discounts,also,when you place return request for it,they even don't take it back,saying that you have used it,n it's having quality issue,what a worst experience,thugging n looting people openly,,also there customer care services are of no use at all,they will say yes sir,yes sir,in front of you when on call,but after that,they used to do,what they have to do,i.e. looting people

    I must say this app is a headache. Whatever I order I mostly received clothes which are either used, dirty, without tags, with stains etc etc. Then return pick up is hectic too in case of damaged, defective, used items. And the worst thing is we cannot post our reviews if they are negetive, they reject our reviews and it won't b shared there. Refund timeline is worst as compare to other sites. They took 5 to 7 days without any reason. Really bad experience.

    Absolutely no issues so far. I have made purchases ample of times in myntra and it never disappointed till date. I make purchases and if i do not like it, I return the products and my money is refunded in my account within 1 business day. Trust me, it is as simple as I just said it. I had tough experiences with other online sites and hence I prefer myntra anytime.

    Experiencing glitches, not being able to add items to wishlist properly, it shows the message something went wrong. Return order placed, while placing, showing the correct image but when opened again, it shows a different item image which is not yet delivered. App is sometimes unresponsive. Used the app on another mobile, same issues, I think it is because of the latest updates, before used to work very smoothly. Please look into these issues, Will change the rating when issue is resolved.

    Products are good , everything is fine but customer service is not available, I tried many times to contact because I had some issues with delivery and payment and the issue is never resolved because to reach out the customer service executive is very difficult only robots are there to help. And one more thing if you get any empty package or defective product forget's your loss, it's never gonna resolve. Still I shop on this app because products are good.

    Facing so many issues with the products on Myntra app. The customer care is frustrating and doesn't log the right complaint and close it without correct resolution. They have been so frustrating and wasting my time. I ordered Bata shoes and product is unused and has all the tags in it but the Bata box has wrong price. First the exchange for right size got lost in transit and they wasted 10 days in that. Now the pick up guy refused product saying box has wrong price and failed quality check.

    Be cautious: I don't even want to rate single star as this app will compell you to either buy from them or forget your money. Worst replacement/refund policy, I've ever experienced as your refund (hard earned money) will be credited as Myntra Credit with an expiry. So, two options either buy from them or your money gone.. I expect that they are making more money this way rather than earning through online (mainstream) business. And worst part not over yet, their support services are pathetic..

    Would've given it 5 stars, but I seriously hate one thing about the app โ€“ background media playback stopping. The app forcefully stops any audio that's playing in the background when an item in the list currently on the screen has a video demo. Firstly, the app doesn't even play the audio in the demo(not that it's necessary) and secondly, it's not necessary to hear the audio in it. This really just bums the UX. It's really annoying, please fix it Myntra!

    This used to be my favorite online shopping platform but IDK what's wrong with them suddenly!!! Firstly, the mobile app doesn't works properly. I have done everything possible still I can't add anything to my Wishlist which has made shopping so much harder now. And, it's been more than 10 days, I returned something but haven't gotten any Refund for it either. This isn't acceptable and the Customer Service always goes like Please wait, please wait, please wait. As if it helps. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

    Recently this app become more horrible. If you get a used product or a product without price tag you can't return it. I understand quality check is required while returning a product. But what's for customer side?? Do we not deserve to get a quality product?? If quality check is there while returning why not at the time of delivery ?? Ask delivery person's to show us the product while delivering. If we are satisfied with quality then only will accept it

They will charge you for the products but when it will come to return and refund of money you will have to call them again and again and they don't have any solution.     The app and UI is great, perhaps the best in Indian e-commerce space. However, I redeemed Myntra Insider points for a coupon (not limited to select styles) and it didn't work. I always got an error that 'Coupon Invalid' whenever I tried to use it (tried from both app and website). So what's the whole point of Insider points? Tried multiple times to raise the complain but the issue wasn't resolved. It's a trivial issue but it adds to UX and should be dealt with accordingly.

    Everything is good about this app . However I recently purchased a bag by H&M which didn't got placed but the about got debited. When I called the customer care they informed be that they have refunded my amount which is still not refunded. Now they are asking me to contact the bank. So,from now onwards I ll never go for online payment.

Their customer service just keeps saying re-install app when you call them and they keep closing your tickets without resolving issue. This is the worst app to add anything to Myntra credits. Will never add anything to Myntra credits or purchase from these. Worst experience.

    I really love this apps and the products but I won't give full stars coz the delivery system is so misleading. For example in the orders the date is given coming on 13th but at times it come too early and as a working person I can't be home all the time to get it, I check the date and make myself available but when the orders come early and due to my work I can't able to pick up the call, it's a hectic ya.

    Last few experiences with Myntra were very bad. Their Packaging team is either sending empty packets or defective product, may be to compensate for the offers they provide? Outer packing is perfect. But the inside packing of the actual product is tampered. That's really not expected from them. Forget the refund/replacement for the empty packet if you have used the part of the product. That's what happened with me. Out of 3 packets, 1 was empty. And I used the other one. So No refund/replacement

    The return service is pathetic. I have a return placed since 15th march. I always check at the time of buy if it has return option and it had return option. Still its already more than 10 days no once coming to pick it up. No one answering on the support as well. Its really pathetic service. I cant buy anything anymore from this app.

    Myntra is all good but has a big hole in it. When ever we filter at least 15% of the Items are out of box in womens section 20% of the items are men's. Captions are not proper in case item is a v neck it shows round neck . Also many times if the item is not in stock in my phone it is in stock in my friend's phone. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    It's been an awful experience. I've always had problems returning stuff. I've been asked to return a product which has already been returned. They're not collaborated at all, contact centre guys can't contact the delivery person and the delivery guys cannot update the systems. They keep raising tickets. Everytime I shop with a hope that at least this time the service would be better and disappointed every time. I don't know why they can't provide a seamless experience like Amazon or other Apps!

    I gave it 1 star because of the myntra credit.. when i return the item there was an option. first it was recommended myntra credit without proper detail i thought it can be withdraw from the start so i choose it and the problem was started that means can't withdraw any amount and stuck on the app until then i started order again from myntra credit and wanted to return again because of the size but still i can't get any refund on my bank account.. worst app ever

    Waste and useless service Only people who are guaranteed to have some family member 24 hours at home can use Myntra. For others they will attempt delivery anytime they wish and then cancel it after 2-3 attempts. You can't even change an address. Example scheduled delivery was weekends (you give home address) but they start attempting nexd day and you are in office.

    I am terribly disappointed with this app now. I had a worst experience while returning , I gotta so many things to upset and irritated with the return issues. I realised that this was a mistake that I did. I have faced so many issues and problem in getting back my refund, its 20 days till the refund initiated but till now after 21 days I didn't got my money back. No care for customer satisfaction. Refund cell didn't take it seriously. Not good at refunds. Disappointed with app and worst ever !!!

    In Myntra app i couldn't find QR code scanner..So raised ticket twice but the answer was not at all useful...Rather then giving a small time resolution they have to check once in app personally to verify if QR code scanner is working for them or if it is even there on app..Because i couldn't find any such option. Disappointed by customer service of Myntra app.

But I really want this one feature which I found in my wish list, but its not available anymore, where all the items get divided into categories and sub-categories automatically. It was at that moment that I realized that Myntra has debited twice from my account but both the time order was not placed.     I received a damaged item. I placed return request. Tags are still in tact and unused. They have mentioned quality check during the reverse pickup the delivery boy is not accepting after getting afraid of seeing the word quality check. Mantra canceled my return request saying reverse pickup not possible. I lost my money. Transit damage is not my fault but I lost my money. They are doing it wrong.

    Lately I'm facing a lot of issues with the app. Not able to collect Insider points for a few products and the support team gives pathetic responses. They just focus on reoslving a ticket instead of resolving the issue itself. Tech issues are handled by the support team directly, they don't bother to actually escalate this to the backend. Also, until last night I was able to make partial purchases from my cart but that feature is gone now.

    Undelivered product marked as delivered. When asking for status of refund, they copy-paste a reply " will revert back in 24-48 hrs". Now already 40 days passed, but still same reply. If you are ready to wait for lifetime with PATIENCE, it's good for its team.... Otherwise make a call/write everyday to wake them up and to know the status and still get same response. Pathetic service! It's better to shop from other ecom company.

Also I had ordered an item from my dad's account which was defective so I placed a return request, but the location is not eligible for pickup, while the same location is eligible from my account...     Myntra used to be good. You don't get the full refund amount credited back to source of payment anymore. Part of it has to be compulsorily added as myntra cash and this change was not made clear before purchase. A friend of mine got banned temporarily for returns and now has to always pay an extra convenience fee while ordering. Again, all that without any warning while touting themselves to provide hassle free returns.

    Be cautious, if product comes without price tag and if you wants to return your product for any reason, then they are not taking back. Then you have to call customer care and then also they replies to wait for 4-5 days for approval. So, why we need approval. This is your mistakes that you doesn't provide product with price tag. Now you have taken back product without any argument. Customer care person answer that you have to take video when opening product for proof. This is most negative thing.

    Never ever add money to Myntra credit. Once added, we are bounded to use it. Just pay online or use credit card. After successful transaction when I moved back to Myntra app it redirected me to home page. My money got debited and ordered didn't place. When I complained this to customer support, they said it was packed in tamper proof packaging and refused to accept pilferage.     Only one problem is being faced that is during the time of scanning the QR codes, it says that the code is not active when i scanned it the second i recieved the package. Myntra kindly solve this issue .

    Overall experience with Myntra is amazing. Good quality products and brands are available, delivery is also very fast. I have not given 5 Star because of their Customer Service which is really pathetic when you encounter any problem and the way they pack the stuff is really very poor. They must work on Customer delight to sustain in this competitive market.

    Products are good. But service is third class. Nor the delivery partner is helpful neither bthe customer service. Without solving the issue I got the message and in app notification for issue resolved. And the customer support started favouring the delivery partner w/o listening completely.

    New version is very bad. Lot of things are missing.There is no option for applying coupon during checkout. While refund on returns the Back to source option is changed to back to bank where u have to fill all the bank details which is time consuming.

    Lately there is either a bug in the app or a strategy used by the app. After selection of whatever one wants to buy, while placing the order app leads back to the shopping bag and doesn't let me confirm/pay for the order. This especially happens during the sale or discounts. Has happened 3 times already. And the customer care can not help in this. I tried uninstall/install, browser log in and all. None worked

    They started a new system called "convenience fees" i.e. if you return your product the next time you will be charged with extra money. Such a rubbish one. Had a very bad experience. Not at all worth!

    The refund process is very irritating. If we order the product they will add delivery charge to it after that if we want to cancel the product they didn't pay back firstly after that they didn't add delivery charges to our refund amount, ๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ˜ž I hate myntra

    Really bad experience. I have been trying to return the product but the executives are closing the issue without even listening properly. It's been more than 10 days but no one cares to resolve. Only a single liner with sorry for inconvenience comes to you over a call or message. I am sick and tired of them.

    I am so fed up with their services. From past couple of days I am trying to return my packages but without any reason they are rejecting my return and there is no way to contact them, the number which they have provided is of no use and write to option is also useless. If you can't resolve our queries why the hell you are providing customer service support.In myntra app i have opened a ticket for now fourth time but no response from you. If my things are not resolved will uninstall the app.

    Hopeless shopping site, I have ordered a product which is already delayed from the delivery date, and the most worst part is that the delivery guy do not even call you but a message pop up that attempt is failed. Just pathetic.. Ecom delivery is just hopeless.. Earlier myntra was good but now it is just horrible.. No more shopping from here.

    This was a good app once upon a time. Now it is simply pathetic. Recently, I have tried logging in. Apparently, they are collecting all our personal info from Google. And logging in is impossible. It says that the password is incorrect when it was never changed. Mobile number is incorrect and the reset password via email is also not there anymore or maybe they have hidden it. But I receive useless emails from myntra.

    Very poor experience. I had shopped for my friend and had paid for it through upi. But somehow I had to cancel it. But the refund was not done and even after that the app was showing that they had refund it that very day. Even after calling their customer care they didn't refund my money back.

    There's service was very good before but now They don't give nay damn to customer's query. I had ordered one lehanga and its Duppattaa was missing so i applied for the return but their man said i won't pick up this order as Duppattaa is missing and since then its has been 6 days that they didn't pick up order for return. And it was for more than rs.2500 how hou can let it. i call them then they say the same thing we are working on it..this and that.its very disappointing. dont trust them..

    I install this app only when I need to purchase something that I cannot find anywhere else. Otherwise, there's no point keeping an app that maddeningly sends you notifications every 5 minutes.

    App is good, I ordered many dresses but one problem that i faced is when any product is delivered, there is a QR code on the package by which we can get surprise offer but it always shows QR code is not active.....Pls solve this problem.

    My first impression on my first and only order is WORST. I have placed 6 items with pre-payment and I have received only 3 and other 3 items were missing(2157/-). MYNTRA helpcenter is really terrible. Their presence in the company is no use for customers and they don't even care us(They closed my complaint for no reason and my issue isn't solved). If the issues from the customers isn't solved by their helpcenter, I think better go for other superior places for getting justice.

    Product Return is declined without paying a visit by agent on assumed grounds the the product does not have any tags. Instead it has all the tags intact. I also shared the pics and filled a complaint with myntra. But to my surprise they declined too without any ground. Seems like it is company policy to decline the return on fraudulent grounds.

    They pick the return product on date, but won't refund money soon..It's been more than 1 month I didn't get my refund..For same product prices are comparatively high than other apps..Poor customer service,we can't speak to the customer care person, only computer will respond..Late response for our queries.. absolutely money looting app.

    I have raised multiple queries for a single concern and somehow it just disappears from the list. There is no option to update saved bank account details and the issue is not resolved yet. After speaking with multiple customer care executives, managed to get a refund in a deactivated account.

    Really has very poor customer service, I have order somethi but they delivered different one, I have made return requests immediately once i get it, Almost a month has passed, still I don't get any responsible reply. They have a ready-made answer "No worry sir, the issue will be solved within 24 - 48 Hr, after 48 Hr nothing happened, If again contact the customer service,they replied the same, the 2nd cycle has started, then 3rd, 4th... Actually it's like a "hide and seek" game very interesting

    I have placed lot of orders... Mostly got lil different than shown in the pictures and quality issues.. never got the same product. And everytime (mostly) this app restarts automatically without notifying once you leave the left page you won't get the same page. It restarts itself...

    Myntra is all fun till you get into an issue. Worst customer service I've ever come across and I don't write negative reviews. I've been troubled for a month over an order and another month for the refund, and I did NOT get the refund. They'd open a ticket for you, say "we'll get back to you in 42 hrs", and won't get back ofc, and then close the ticket while the issue is STILL going on. Up your customer service, how far can one go with unsatisfied customers

    I rated 5 star just to pop my review. They don't pay the refund. While complaining they'll tell you to wait for 24-48hr that's it. Once I complained about missing products in my order,they took the bank details that's it but didn't send my refund . Also when I cancelled 2 orders which I ordered paying online, I didn't get my refund. If you want to be at safe side just don't buy something with paying online in this app bcz you won't be getting the refund.

    Worst place to shop. I have ordered a kurta which got delivered to me without a price tag or an invoice and due to it's gaudy colour(not as potrayed in app) when I am trying to return it, the courier is not taking it back and most importantly I am receiving no cooperation from the customer service. I will go to consumer forum if that disgusting kurta is not picked up and I don't get my refund soon!!
