    The app never allows u to redeem the vouchers. Once i tried to redeem, the qr code wouldnt scan and when i pressed "redeem now" the voucher disappeared from downloaded and is back on the deals page. And never was able to redeem the voucher. Spent 30 mins in a restaurant to use the deal from the app and never got to use any deals at the end. Please fix this app, my friend uses the mymaxis app and it works fine, please do the same for this app. Hopefully it gets fixed soon

    Useless app that crashes! Keep getting the message "Oops, something's not working. Try again". Tried 5 times with the same result. It's shameful that the app of the so-called largest mobile operator doesn't work.

    The app always Auto.. log out... Don't make something if u don't know how to handle it u stupid developer... Fix it... It not one Time but more than 30 times it log out

    No error. But sometimes we need to log in again. Easy open easy access. Not like others like TNB and SYABAS need longer time to open.

    Problems faced: 1. Logs out by itself automatically when I did not log in after certain period of time (days). 2. Takes a long time to load the main page. 3. Pressed on rewards/settings page, but it is not responsive or takes long time to respond. 4. Very lousy app. In need of refreshment to make it user friendly and less problem.

    The app already got off to a bad start when they unnecessarily asked to access my contacts and files, no explanation given. Then the screen got stuck at "Please wait while we get the app ready for you". 1 hour and 2 phone restarts later, it's still stuck. Perhaps because I won't let them access my contacts or files? In any case, I never knew it was possible to mess up a credit balance and mobile data checker app this much. Bravo Maxis. Instant uninstall.

    Just like its maxis fibre, always crash. Especially when you try to open the "Deal" option and it just logs you out, like it is putting there to tempt you but nothing is there. Lousy.

    You will get - "please wait while the application load your settings prompt" that will takes forever. You will have to kill the apps from memory and the next time you run it, you will have to do the TAC verification again. I suspect the apps update will corrupt the config file and require you to reconfigure the apps again

    UPDATE I think i got it figured out... The DEALS get stuck every beginning of the month. When they are finally accessable towards the end of the month, there's only a few days left to utilize them. BRAVO, MAXIS, BRAVO!!! 👿 -------------------------------------------------------- The DEALS wouldn't load, even trying to send a FEEDBACK through the app failed... Uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out, logged in again, forced stop... tried all the methods I know, still doesn't work.

    The first time using this apps just nice,I'm using company's mobile number and I can keep on checking the data left. But since new update on Feb'19, it keeps on crashing and doesn't seem to open the apps at all. Please fix this. now on Jun'19, still 'please wait while the app ready for you'. been really stressful. on nova 2i

    when it works, it's great. otherwise, app getting ready, just spinning, spinning, spinning... waiting for end of the world. [7/7/19] app hasn't worked for many months now... better fix your server load balancing. for now I'm uninstalling.

    Hard to imagine such a lousy apps by maxis. Always hv to uninstall & reinstall, login & tac code....., really frustrated, and after so long not improving at all.

    Kindly update your apps. Since your last update, I am unable to open the apps. It keeps on loading and would not login. Before your last update, the apps was easy to use and I am able to see how much my data left, the offer from maxis biz and etc.. Appreciate if you could fix this problem. Thanks.
