    I am unable to open this app after update. When i use wifi, sometimes it works and suddenly stops. Earlier version was ok. I am using Samsing M30s, with latest software update. I called customer care, they have no idea. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app from play store, restarted my phone 'n' number of times, removed SIM card, reinserted, ....but no use.

    my jio for everything jio app download Useless app. Just like their network. Recharge benefits keep lapsing but network shows only emergency calls. Customer care doesn't connect to agents or they keep cutting call within seconds after long time on ivr. The market needs more competition from other service providers to prevent such bad services. I'm moving to other providers.

    Worst network till date.worst customer care, good for nothing. The only thing they say is there is a lot of traffic in your area. What we are supposed to do about that. Even at 4 am in the internet isn't working inspite of 2 gb data. They think customer are just fools. First they spread the network and now they don't know how to give enough speed. Have some shame if you are human! At times they are many important things we have to miss as a student. Idiot's!

    Really bad app. They are fooling people to extract money. I recharged data pack for 12GB they deducted 101 rs and never refunded it and the pack was also not activated. I recharged again of 12GB , this time they did recharge it but the expiry date of the pack is the same day as the recharge done. Great job Jio fooling people and getting Ambani richer everyday.

    🐌 Very slow Internet or (no internet most of the time). I am having good network but still there's no internet & whenever I call the customer care they always say I'm in a low network area. I don't think so, because if I was in a low network area I would have not been able to make calls or message but the only problem is Internet. I raised my complaint atleast 4-5 times & everytime they say it will be fixed but till now it's the same. Actually I can say it's worse. Very disappointed with Jio.

    Why can't i get access to the song i wanted to? Everytime i search for my favourite English songs to set as my tune it will say,' oops, we've searched far and wide but can't get what u'r looking for or whatsoever' what the hell is that? Far and wide... am i searching for a song which was recorded and sung by Alian or out of Galaxy?

    My experience with the interface was good but the problem with the speed. Network was full strength but speed was only 200kb when i download anything. I swith my recharge form airtel to jio and i get the worst speed of jio. In compare with airtel jio speed was slow slow that i think i never do recharge of jio again if and only if the speed was not improve. I respect the whole JIO team not because of there speed but of there change the indian cenario of less data price. Pls IMPROVE SPEED.

    Superb app by jio , everything is hear. But when it comes to data, I don't know how to my data gine finished when I'm not using it. A statement of data shows that you have used data. But at that point my data mode is turned off even though my data was cut. For example, jio will show that you have used 400 MB of data at 5:AM the morning. And even if you dont use your data, it will still show you how much you used. If you use 500 MB, it will show you 700 to 800 MB. Data side bad experience.

    This is the worst app in the history of the planet. Takes minutes to load, crashes frequently. Literally drives you crazy. And dont even get me started about the network service. Worst ever. No signal in our locality. Lodged complaint multiple times. They dont care to fix it. All 5 of us in the family are porting to other networks. So done with Jio.

    When i play games. Jio network automatically gets disconneted. Jio was great once. Now need to change sim i guess as jio care also can not resolve my problems. Care member always say that due to high users in my area i am experiencing poor speed and they are working on this issue. Its been months now but nothing is done till date. I have changed my review from 5 star to 1.

    I agree with the customers who said worst customer care service. I also raised the issues regarding Jio services, they just listen to the complaints and finally innocently apologize for inconvenience and gives the stupid answers that they couldn't solve the problem and sometimes they assured for betterment but fails to solve. Executives attend the customers only to fooling. Well done Jio team

    Jio services in my area is so poor. Not only me but also a lot of people in this area faces same problem. Whenever I check this your system through my jio apps you guys shows that I live in a slow signal area. Try to move in network coverage area. Poor indoor coverage, lost of connectivity, poor signal a lot of problem. But I have lodged complaints a lot of time. But you have not given any proper solution.Actually you and your company has not submitted that it is a slow signal area.Just hopeless

    Jio is not for everything. Its for nothing. I took a 6 month plan with them. I changed my house to a locality where Jio is already existing. When requested, they are NOT transferring my connection to the new place owing to some technical issue. When asked what it is, they have no answer. This has been going on since January 2021. When requested for cancelation, they are not refunding the amount as well. Worst customer care and support.

    Don't go for jio fiber. They have a hidden charges of Rs 1000 as installation changes. This will be charged without your consent when you return their connection after the end of one month trial period. I was using jio for an year. But when I transferred to new city and surrendered my jio fiber connection, they deducted 1000 rs as installation charge from my security deposit. This was never intimated to me earlier.

    I stay in Ratnagiri and the Jio Fiber connection is simply fantastic. I have been using the service for more than 8 months now and the fiber connection is working perfectly fine. Also, I just had one complain with the old router and that was replaced within a day of complaint.

    Mobile internet speed is the same as before barely 5 Mbps , got a jioFiber connection (300 Mbps), download speed around 100 Mbps on single device use. Sitting beside the wifi . Call to complain . Speed goes up to 300 Mbps after the call . Then drops back down an hour later. So basically call and complain every hour so the speed is up . Randomly drops net connection . I am just tired of listening to the prerecorded messages you have to sit through while calling jio customer care.

    Very slow internet. After 10am surprisingly there is no internet at all in the area. Other service provider network fine in the area. After looking at all reviews on play store, itclooks like the same problem is with all JIO users. Why ask to write if you don't want to reply to the mails.

    It was very bad experience, I have 2gb per day recharge but it's useless as data speed is very poor, showing good network but no speed Jio team also not responding and Jio app worst. Good bye Jio, by the way I have already requested port code I am giving this positive 1 star coz there is no minus rating or not below that otherwise Jio is not goos as to get 1 star also

    Very slow it's 2G internet speed,,,,,. Continuous following with customer care but no result in internet speed...... Jio team fool peoples. Last 1year lockdown we faced the problem at my current location and so many complaints on this. Why it's not solved yet???     Sir I am totally unpleased by the service of jio tower. When in the morning my plan for 555 was about to stop at 11.23 am, I was only use 700 mb of my daily plan 1.5gb. So my rest 800mb I was unable to by the bad service. On morning today at 8 am tower was full. But after 11.23 am the tower suddenly come out, but why why??? This is totally a cheating. Also on our daily usage before plan exhausted to 1.5 gb the net got slow down on 1.45 gb onwards, so what is the reason behind this cheating. Whyy

    Very bad network. Deta always roaming. 🙊🙉🙈 now days every phone have 2 number slots . Jio person tell us ,jio number always put in first slot. My another number is from airtel in 2 nd slot. Whenever I cal from 2 number means airtel, you have to wait for 40 seconds for dial tone. Then may be luckily connect to other people. And u dial same number with jio immediately connect. Then u try and close jio number network, and connect from 2 number airtel to same person, phone immediately connected.

    Since last 2 weeks am not able to access my device settings. I want to change wifi password and and also check how many users connected to my wifi. When i open my device settings, all that i could see is a blank screen as attached. I have re installed and updated the app, tried the same in browser also followed all the steps as provided by the twitter handle but nothing quite worked out.

    There's no 4g speed at all in my area even its open area and very good to get network still I'm facing so much difficulty to browse anything.. Can't even send message on time.. I'm using Jio from long and suggest many people to use Jio.. But now I'm facing those problems I'll never suggest anyone to join Jio network. I'm doing my recharge for 4g network and I'm not getting even 2g speed in Dwarka Gujarat. I've complaining from 30 days but there's no actions taken by Jio team..

I have raised complaint many times to customer care and everytime I get reply that Jio is going to expand their infrastructure and network team is working to resolve the issue.     Worst app. I have linked my 2 mobile numbers in this app. I switched to 2nd number in app and did recharge. Still recharge is happened to 1st number only... Bullshitt.... Jio sucks.. Lets do one thing. Transfer our bank account and money to jio. What the f.. You start showing recharge expiry notification 10 days before the date.. why.? Why u have an eye on our money.     I am Sr. citizen of 72 but JIO app and data is very fast, easy and user friendly. Only problem occurs when due date of recharge lapses for 2-3 days the it is consuming lot of time to recharge.     Data sharing with add-on connection in Postpaid Plus is Horrible and not needed. Please make data sharing optional. ie any Child connection can use any amount of data from Main Data just like in Airtel Postpaid Connection which provides good Management of data in Add-on connections.

    I always have a problem with connectivity It shows the signal and when I make a call it goes blank everytime I go down and come or the next day morning it doesn't show any signal then I have to switch off and on the sim then it shows I changed from Airtel to Jio thinking I will get better connectivity if this is not happening will have to go back to Airtel after 3 months

    We stay at marine lines mumbai. Since past 10 days there is practically no internet. The customer support has a standard line irrespective of the time you call or the number of calls u already made " there is an outage will take 2 hours". Somehow in Jio care watches 2 hours havent gone in last 10 days. Guess they meant 2 hours of some other planet. In short guys if u dont really care if the internet works or not and wanna keep paying this is the service to go for. Its like asking for trouble

    Very bad experience with jio fiber. The connection has been pending for almost 2 months and now when it is applied for unInstallation before installation, it is also hanging. I do not know if I will get a refund or not. Sorry is heard whenever you call. Now we too have started feeling sorry.

    Once upon a time JIO was very much ALIVE, now its gasping for breath!! The app upgrade does not go beyond 96% even after 1/2 an hour and neither can I access the app on the old version. I don't get SMSs as well and neither the Otp for my Bank transactions. JIO is dying!!

    Jio means Very Slow internet , even I am in the main area there is only 3 points maximum . [SPEED] Takes very long to upload , but little long to download .     Jio fiber is 4/10. But OTT support is horrible. If you have a jio mobile number tagged to amazon prime and while taking jio fiber if you provide your mobile number as primary contact number, then prime for jio fiber gets activated on the same mobile number. Now your amazon prime personal and jio fiber's prime is associated with same mobile number. If you plan not to renew your personal prime, you loose your jio fiber prime also. Jio fiber cc is horrible and you can never get back amazon prime

    The internet speed is great but the moment there is something wrong and you need help from Service centre or engineer, there is no time limit to the waiting. We can keep making calls after calls requesting an engineer visit yet they keep rescheduling (without even informing us). This is my 2nd experience with them in this regard. 1st time too I had to keep begging them for 3 days to send an engineer and this time too I am doing the same. Its really sad when such a big company behaves this way.

    Its network is too slow (most of the time fixed to 0.0KB/s) to use. It is worth giving up. You download 30 mb, and the message will show 50% of daily data exhausted. Terrible. System updates of any device is out of capacity of Jio. I updated some apps on 17.8.'20 and completed before 11: 50 pm, but received a message that I have used 50% of daily data on 18.8.'20. Thanks Jio. The same happened on 23.01.'21. Moreover, it will interrupt your call by notifying you to recharge before four days left.

    I had a very bad experience with this app today. In BACKGROUND the app used several gb of net inspite of the mobile being idle. When contacted customer care it's very hard to get through an agent. When you do, the agent leaves mid conversation as he's capable of solving my problem. After several attempts one of the agent finally helped me, or so he might think by saying that we don't know what the usage might have been and also there was no reimbursement. So restrict the background usage of app.

We had recharged for 1 year and for 2 months not internet i.e for 2 whole months daily 1.5gb is not being finished. Instead of asking me to change my place for better signal,improve your signal strength. First improve your 4G service and signal strength, then jump on 5G service. Very disappointment with the service. Tried complaining so many times, but there was no response. They only know how to sell, but have no clue as to how to provide proper after sales service/customer service.

    slow internet at my office location. previously internet speed at my office location was too good but recently from 1 year inernet speed is slow there is no any complain facilty at jio app also there is not any customer care calling facility

    Dear Sir/Madam, since 2 months facing network issues related to low internet connection. If trying to complaint the answer is giving by support people like " many people are using internet at the same time in your area, use after some time". Iam not understanding , is this the solution for the issue? Not even after testing ,found there is an issue with speed, people are not saying that will increase the bandwidth something like that. Plz take it positively and resolve the issue. Thank you.....




    Very very slow internet. I have been reporting it but there is no proper response. They always say to restart phone and they will also say that this prob would be continued for several days but won't mention the number of days. Feel like waste of paying.

    I have a lot of network issue inspite of complaining. What i get to hear is you are in low coverage area. If someone is in low coverage area than don't provide the sim card, told them you are in low coverage area. Stop misleading customers. if we have rating in minus i would have given that. And yes this app of yours is also not working. It's not even opening.

    It seems all their money is going into IPL sponsorships, so they are not bothered about customers who need Internet to work from home. My service appointment got delayed at least 5 times and there's no resolution in sight. They were on time while setting up my new connection but the after sales service is simply appalling. This app is also no good, just keeps pushing my service appointment further and further.

    Jio is a money grabber, all time they says the network issues are temporary and are caused by many people using at the same time but their problem is never ending . they come up with new story to confront us but there is no solution for years... worst service ever. cant send a msg properly on full signal... dont go for jio cause they sell cheap but their service is much cheaper also

    Very bad service. Coustomere care not answer properly of your problem said can't excess for sms and mail. Even can't manage call back also can't transfer call to supervisor. I raise complaint regarding network and Internet in December 2020 said to me its temporary issue it will resolve soon.seens that day not yet resolved network issue and still said its temporary issue wait for week or two. Don't trust ant more on joi. Better to use other network.

    After a complaint from mail in Jio Care, I get a call in Jio everyday and time is given that it will be done in the next 8 hours or it will be done in 24 hours.But the problem is the same.It seems like you are having a time pass with me.

    Poor internet service. And another important problem that every one facing I guess is oneday ahead of expiry date of recharge, internet connection stops. If my balance expires on 15 of March, means it should stop working on mid night to this date but it is showing that -" you do not have any plan" in the morning of 15 March. That means internet service is stopped. Only I can call to jio number...

    The app crashes a lot, takes too much space. Also, i think that Jio cheats on the amount of data it provides. Even for simple browsing of data , it deducts 150 mb of data. With airtel, i can browse, play video, listen to songs, play games etc. for a much longer duration compared to Jio. So, they are actually cheating the customers and its not cheaper anymore.

    Worst......too slow. It's not 4G. It is slower than 2G. All the time needs updates.....not stable for a week. Jio 4G becomes 2G. Total waste of time and money.

    Internet speed is abysmally low. Even loading My Jio app takes a long time. Something is terribly wrong. When contacted they always end up telling me through a computerised program, "you are in a low aignal area". I had reasonably good speed all these years. What's gone wrong now? I was a proud owner of Jio SIM with free calls and good bandwidth and data plan all these years! Will it become a thing of the past? Thirumurthy R

    I wish I could rate them negative cause of the worst Customer support. There is no internet at my place since morning and we are trying to get it resolved ASAP but they don't have service engineers to sort the issues. On top of it the customer care executive has the audacity to end the call though am trying to speak. They are not ready to escalate the issue to higher levels. I think as they expand,the quality of the service is only getting worst. Time to switch to better networks.

    I feel your JIO 4g is providing as 2G Base Data Speed. I feel your Network is waste to use because, live matches are not seen clearly,always struck to show the match. But, Advertisement is running smoothly without any problem. I spent my money of Rs.600 for your network. But, not useful, if i want to see any channel it is always loading.... Even i have a more Data MB remaining. I'm going to change from the Jio to other network.

    Inspite of having data balance it is useless, because there is no quality and strength of signal network. No matter how many times you call the customer care they keep telling you "what id your area?? We are improving in your area. There are more number of people in your area so load is heavy. We are improving"always same reply. The data price is cheaper compared to what used to be 5yrs back, but what is the use if there is no quality?can't watch live cricket on hotstar due to poor signal.Waste.

    Any means to deactivate a recharge plan? I usually use the 1.5gb/day plan which i can use smoothly. As it wasn't sufficient, i recently recharge the 2gb/day data plan which i could barely use. Help!!!

    No live issue resolution. No Customer care. Very poor network provider. I have reached them on email they have provided. But they provide one link and it redirect to MyJio app speed test only. And finally they say network is good but many people accessing internet hence speed is slow. But this is not the case. Jio becoming poor network day by day. Guys shame on you....Third class jio network.

    They'll say that after completion of high speed data you'll get uninterrupted data, but after completion of high speed data we can't even browse any social media also. But now a days there is one more problem we can't even browse our social media with high speed data, Don't know what the hell is going with jio. When ever we call customer support it directly connects the computer recorded voices saying that you may face some trouble In playing videos which will be resolved very soon. Poor network

    Extremely Poor performing app.The app freezes and causes errors.Jio has designed it in such a way that no one will ever be able to complain about the slow internet that Jio provides.(Which is exceptionally slow from last two months).Tge troubleshoot option is useless. It tells you the problem but not the cure to it. Just port and be releived.(Moreover, why does a network related app needs permissions to Location and media? )
