"LAME AND OUTDATED" THE APP IS SO GENERIC AND SLOW THAT IT ACTUALLY PUTS THE S in Slow and the G in Generic. Makes you kinda question frontiers ability to satisfy your needs on a technology level. I was never too impressed with frontier from the jump. ..the only reason I use them is there car effective but u get what u pay for!!! Bye felicia!!

After signing in, app states a problem, try again later. After over a year and still cannot get app to work. I've tried everything from Uninstalling and reinstalling to manually entering correct account and password. This app is a POS!

Displays an incorrect balance due 100% of the time. If we can't get the most important things like money correct how am I supposed to trust that the less important items like Wi-Fi speed are going to be accurate.
