    After installing, just getting a black screen. Nothing else. I am on my home wifi (SFR Box). I removed and reinstalled three times. I am in Paris. I have installed the app on my Sony XZ2 phone purchased at FNAC Paris in January 2020. My internet/cable TV provider is SFR . When at home, I am connected to 5G wifi and I have a subscription to Canal+. I also have the latest Android updates approved by Sony. Let me know if you need more info. P.

    Does not even deserve a 1 star. Terrible app where with the previous app we could enjoy the "à la demande" feature even if we were subscribed to Maurtius Telecom's internet, now with the new app you can't even watch à la demande videos. And worst is that the CM on playstore will simply respond that "Hello we confirm that only the Emtel network allows access to MyCanal.. blabla.. We will not fail to return to you". Stupid and terrible decision!!

    Bad experience after the last uptodate. There're several buggs inside especially with the sound : When you use the live item some channels are provided without sound !! I don't know why but some are ok and other are without sound . Why Canal proposes a new version of My Canal without checking before ?

    The app allows you to share your screen on a smart TV but it doesn't work at 100% While navigating through the app it works fine but when playing any video, I only have the sound projected. Does it make sense? Can please help to sort this out?

    Worst app ever. Does not work on smart myros tv.canal+ is empowered by a 'bande de bras casses, rien dans le coco'. tech use only for profit never work, study case wikipedia versus encarta, please!

    Issue: App not playing video. The video does not load at all. Error message says video fails to load. Please help. Application being used in Mauritius.     On the one hand you keep confirming that only emtel users can view live channels via the app and that you are investigating why other networks can't connect. But at the Trianon outlet one lady clearly spelt out that being with my.t I will never be able to use the app. Literally she said that my.t is the competitor and that they won't allow them access to the app. All that with a triumphant smile might I add. Y a deux catégories d'abonnés je suppose.

    CANAL fell very low with such a marketing strategy. If you were to allow this app only to airbox subscribers, why would you announce it otherwise ? I have been a Canal susbscriber for long but I think my.T is the way to go if things go on as such with Canal. Instead of pulling your subscribers towards airbox, your marketing strategy is rather pushing us away from both airbox and your channel subscriptions.

    I dont understand why i should have emtel have coverage to operate streaming on my mobile. I have paid canal plus for more than 14 years and it is the worst decision you have made qith this restriction. I will have to go a level up.     Can this app get worst than it's actual state? It will never load when using Myt. We are paying our monthly subscription as much as everyone else but we are being deprived of certain services because we have subscribed to Myt for internet. I am filling an official complaint to ICTA regarding same because it's been a very long time that Canal Sat is finding out why access is not being given to Myt users.

    Terrible. The app does not work with my S8+. Its doesnt recognise my credentials while it is perfectly fine on my laptop. No way you can speak to someone else than through their Q&A which is not efficient when you have an actual problem...

    Very upsetting, due to the fact that you need an Emtel connection to enjoy the facilities. However on the previous app, you could view the "a la demande" on any network. This is purely a marketing motive and you'll be losing clients. I bet in other countries, you need not to have a specific connection from a particular brand co, to have the facilities available. You really need yo review this facility.

    Don't expect subtitles - much content both live TV and A la demand is missing subtitles, either in VF or VO. This includes films where subtitles are available from other providers, or when broadcast via cable or IPTV (e.g. Le Sens de la fête has subtitles with Orange VOD and when broadcast on Cine+ premier). myCANAL obviously only care about users who can enjoy content without subtitles, so don't bother to subscribe if that isn't you.

    error loading video msg! garbage app and service! it should play via my sbscription but it does not. is this an out of France region prblem? I am currently away in Canada and tried to view F1 but I only get an error msg of loading video problems and have seem other reviews with a similar problem with no solution! expensive subsribltion for nothing! also no FAQ to address this issue!

    App is not bad but they don't have all their a la carte offers on it. For example, they give you offers like sport and cinema offers to upgrade to if you want but others like family pack is not present. Please correct that and I'll improve my rating.

    The app does not work, you cannot watch Live TV. It's probably because I use Myt at home. I cannot understand why CanalSat Maurice is putting restrictions based on network used. You have no right to force the client to use Emtel just because it is in the same group of companies. Emtel network is not reliable, stop insisting on your clients to use this network to be able to use a service that we are already paying for. I've been a client for more than 10 years!!! I deserve more consideration.

    Why only one ISP??? When i pay for my Canal+ subscription, why discriminate between myT and Emtel? Over 60% in Mtius has myT, so why favour Emtel, jst because same group franchise the brand in Mtius??High time Canal+ France, maison mere, look into as we cant be unduly penalised just because we dnt use Emtel! Other channel providers like DStv for e.g. no such discrimination! So stop fooling around MC Vision & make this available to all irrespective of network, else shut down this pointless app!!!

    Paying an exorbitant amount of money and trusting them that I'll be able to watch my movies when I'm out of the house to find that IT WORKS ONLY WITH A SPECIFIC NETWORK? This must be a joke. Canalsat Maurice should warn their clients before (i) signing a contract (ii) inform us of any changes in the contract. UNPROFESSIONAL Better using DSTV Network :)
