I registered my computer and never receive any kind of help or info about my computer. Most of the services shown in the demo never were included so whats the use of it besides chat, call, register, check repairs? Absolutely Useless and the Diagnostic app doesn't install or open lol what a joke

Need support for kunai controller 3 as I have that product for my ROG Phone 3 and it is having issues. Was asked to register product using this app. But once installed it is inaccessble. many others also having issues with actually accessing the app. Seems worthless. BTW, updated to android 11 on this device. Maybe part of the issue.

GOOD FOR NOTHING APP. DAMN WASTE TO HAVE THIS APP IN OUR MOBILE. BEING A ASUS CUSTOMER, I JUST INSTALL AT EARLIER TIMES WHEN I BOUGHT MOBILE. FOR EVERY THING IT JUST ASKS YOU TO CALL TOLL FREE. ITS NOT USEFUL FOR TROUBLESHOOT OR ENQUIRE SOME DOUBT...ITS FOR NOTHING. ALSO ASUS IS NOT GIVING ANY UPDATES FOR NEW ANDROID OS. ASUS IS TOTALLY SUBMISSIVE TO ITS COMPETETORS LIKE SAMSUNG, MI, REALME. NOT ALL LOOKING INTO BUDGET SECTION. ITS JUST RELEASE ONE GAMING MODEL ONCE IN 2-3 YRS.AND SITS LAZY.

I can't even find where to access this. Asus has horrible customer service. I can't find any service center near my location plus the customer support does not answer the call, they kept me waited for more than 16 minutes and then they disconnected. I need help with my ROG 3 phone but can't find any help from Asus....worst service experience ever!!!

Easy to register new device, but can't add info like where I bought it. It also assumes that date you register is the date you bought it.

App does not function. Unable to launch the app. If using an older version, you will be forced to update to the 'latest version' which cannot be used at all.

Love it easy for me to use wish I had more memory so I won't have to delete my game for all the update to many updates that take up memory and some stuff on my tablet won't let me remove it to get more memory
