What an awful app! I couldn't even log on to my account. After keying in my password, nothing would happen. When I tried to log in a second time, it'd tell me that I already had an active session and I needed to log out first.

Can't purchase new investment. Every time when I select bank to make payment, it shows "check your internet connection". There is no problem with my internet.

Very very very terrible apps. Its hard to put my date of birth. Need to scroll calendar to past year, month by month. Now I'm 32. Can you imagine how much that I need to tap the calendar? After struggling to complete the sign up form, it said that the registration is unsuccessful and go the branch office. Wadehekkkk

I successfully made my account but it took me two hours! There were so many errors and I had to ensure the app doesn't crash or else my progress will be reset. Then the authentication of identity process was stuck on Loading... forever. It asked me for my occupation and banking details twice and I had to verify my phone number twice and my identity twice! This is by far the worse app I ever used! Please hire actual developers and not your best friends or relatives! Nepotism breeds incompetence!

Tons of problem during registration. I need to do it quickly, or else I will get an error. Sometimes after typing, the next part for details is missing and I cant scroll down further, need to press other textbox and only then it will reappear. To those tired of scrolling for date of birth, you can tap on the year to select it first.

NO STAR! why is it so difficult to set my password and i have already followed all the requirements. Please fixed your apps. I have been trying to set my password for the last few days none of it accepted. What a terrible apps! Try to register in website not available only through this horrible apps!!! Give another alternative to register online don't just give one and only way to do it online. Unbelievable!!

Weak. There's a thing call email in case if there's forgotten password, sent a link n done. Instead, they block from accessing n ask us to contact a number which never respond and we have to go to nearest asnb to made a complaint where we have to go for a long queue. Stupidity!

Terrible app. The registration page itself failed. To insert your DOB, you have to scroll the calendar all the way back. Whoever did the UAT sign-off failed. The font is white and they are making customer to download the app just to receive statement.

Don't offer any services if you can't handle it right.. Keep asking to update.. I've updated 2x in less than a year.. Yet nothing better.. Everytime after updating enter the same exact password but still can't login.. Got blocked and need to go to the counter.. So annoying and frustrating.. What a shame for Malaysia..lots of stress than make things easier ..
