    app download I am going to give a suggestion to improve the user experience... Include an option to temporarily disable a package when you have more than one packages activated. So that one can consume one package completely rather than consuming both at the same time. When this option is included in the app ill give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

    apk Zong App do not show the history of calls. It shows the number of calls and duration. But what number was called could not be traced. Further more zong deducts balance for no reason. I mean I am not using zong data but charged for using data on daily bases. Volume consumed is 0.0001 mb and charged for Rs. 4.8 every day (twice a day few times) till my balance was 0. Also shows a call of 10-12 Min but no details and amount is deducted against call as well. Tried to contact C.S several times but there was no response. Hope you can clarify the situation and stop deducting balance for no reason.

I tried 2nd time it gave me error again and after one day it recharged amount of both attempt to my number. when I don't need it anymore. If application gives error. It should not Recharge after one day this is cheating.

    my zone login Update: issues still not fixed after a month. Changing my rating to 1* until it gets fixed. Great app but doesn't give you the option to resubscribe a monthly package to roll over your current resources to the next month. Only option is to unsubscribe. Also there is no option to Auto-Subscribe and i have lost Rs.500+ many times because my package expired and i forgot to resubscribe.

    app offer Dear Zong team your app is fantastic but unfortunately the latest update doesnot work with Android 10. It just hangs on language select screen. Kindly resolve this issue. Thanx Edit: The app becomes unresponsive with no error message. Touch becomes inactive. I have found that problem was due to screen color calibration which I use to protect my eyes. My Zong app fails to receive touch input when “draw over apps“ is being forced by other apps. The previous version did not have this problem.

    app download uptodown The new look is a lot better than the old one. Good work! However, it is still a pain to use more than one account. It keeps asking for the pin numbers again and again every time you switch. And then gives error messages sometimes, saying the pin and number doesn't match. Please fix this. And allow multiple accounts to be added on same device. -- The developer responded to this request as follows: "your complaint regarding My Zong App has been catered. Upon switching account, you have to enter Pin each time" Seriously?? Secondly, the more I use, the more bugs I find. There is no way you could check your usage history for a date range. You can only pick one date at a time. If you view one date, and then select another one, the results are all mixed up, and duplicates. The date column is missing from the table, so there's no way for you to know which records are correct. I have already reported it to the developer. But by the looks of it, I may get a similar response like above.

    apps 1. Get e-bill is working partially. Unable to view previous month bill. 2. How to set default account when multiple accounts are added? Currently first account is default and switched back to first account after restarting. 3. How to remove any single account from multiple accounts? Billing details should be available as bill is changing, so user can explore how he is being robbed.

    apk download Overall experience is good. I just have one suggestion, "unsubscribe" button should be in red color not green. I am new to zong and just unsubscribed the package mistakenly. Replying "Y" at 3982 was helpful to recover the package's resources.

    app old version Its very rubbish, the speed is poor, the worst internet i've ever used, literally the Zong is stealing its user's data. We can't use more than two mobiles simultaneously. Service centres staffs poor, they are there just to listen the user's problem not to solve it, moreover we can't play online game as the latency is always high. In the short I suggest people not to use it, its just a waste of money. #poor bandwidth. #poor service Poor everything, lol. zong 4G just a name....

    Zong, what is wrong with your app? My balance has decreased from 176 to 110 automatically. I haven't even used the balance. I prefer to mostly use Telenor Internet, but I see my Zong's balance decreased whenever I sign into the Zong app. What's the matter? Restore the balance or I'll stop using Zong and ask many, many others to stop using it.

    App is Good, but Internet service is so poor, I thought zong have the best internet but I was wrong from the day I get your sim I'm facing new problems. I also call your help Center and exactly do what he said but it doesn't change anything net is still poor, I purchased your sim because I want to play games and now I can't even open FB or Insta my device is 4G and sim is also a 4G, I downloaded this app and it gives me 4GB free net when i open mobile data net is not working so plz help 🙏

    Fabulous App... I just need a functionality in this App.. Hope the developers will respond positively. I need that Average Remaining Data be shown on the App. For example: If there is 24000 MB data remaining and the package is going to expire in 10 days, then Average Remaining Data (per day) will be 24000 ÷ 10 = 2400 MB (per day remaining) be shown somewhere on APP. I'm sure this feature is easy to implement and will be liked by a lot of users.

    The new update is cool only to the extent of GUI. One major bug I have noticed and which is irritating me is that if you open the app after a day or two, you will be automatically logged out and will be asked to enter pin. Resend pin option won't work in situations when you extremely need the app like for package subscribing or else. Once you log in, there must be no reason to be logged out itself. Develepors should fix this.

I appreciate your concern and will try to convince you to my suggestion. Old one had each n everything in one page with all the information. The last date for the package was not hidden. Operation to subscribe was easy n quick. Was quick to show balance.

    I had the issue and tried contact us feature through live chat but couldn't connect to any representative.i waited for more than 10 minutes. Approximate time was 1-2 minutes with only 2 peoples in the queue but no CR connected even after 10 minutes. Also I activated monthly WhatsApp bundle through app but when I am going to deactivate the bundle now due to balance deduction daily it's not allowing me to deactivate the bundle from App..

    New app, though has better interface, but is buggy. Welcome screen and language selection appears each time app is opened and has to be skipped. No way to check 'dont ask again'. Moreover, have to enter OTP every time the account is switched (for registered multiple accounts). App, as of now, is more of a nuisance than service.

    Wow the new update is just amazing, alot better than previous version, just for more improvement of the app, kindly consider changing the internet icon (where it says internet remaining, it's a wifi icon which confuses the user you can use the 4G icon etc) and also consider changing the social paclage icon (the one that has thumbs up, you can use icon of what's app/Facebook, because it also confuses the user a bit) other than that the app is very improved now👍🏻

    There is no choice available to renew an already subscribed bundle like the previous version had. There is onlu Unsubscribe button and no option to subscribe. We have to renew the bundle via sms. Previous versions were good.

    This new update made this app the worst of it's kind & when I opened it after new update, somehow it managed to subscribe itself for ZongGPALY services for which I had to pay from my account. I called the service center for unsub process, they told me that some 3rd party app links made the successful subscription for ZongGPALY by themselves, eventually I had to pay 2 times. Too many bugs and this is not giving the details of Internet usage etc.

    I am using my zong app from almost 3 years, but this version disappointed me a lot, as I am experiencing many issues like OTP required whenever I switch from one account to another how can we get OTP again and again when we need to switch quickly? Moreover we have to select language every time we open this app as wel as we have to skip app ad. When we stuck to OTP then we leave with only 2 options whether to entre OTP of desired number otherwise delete all accounts, why should we delete all a/c?

    All things are managed good, but i suggest add one more option for payment directly from visa cards, like when we are going to subscribe an offer it will be subscribe by our balance, but if we have zero balance in our sim it will not be subscribe, add a button/option for directly pay from visa card or mobile balance while we are going to subscribe an offer.     Update problems so had to uninstall and reinstall then update. Not good app updates. The update notification would not go away, so I selected to update after which I restarted the app and the same notification came again. I did this 5 times. I could bit use the app because of this notification. In the end I uninstalled the app and reinstalled for it to work. Wasted my time and I could not get usage an package information while this was happening.

I think Developers or the designer don't know anything about UI&UX because if they knew then they will understand that user needs login only at first time when the user want to login.     New app design is better but I was already sick of the advertisement messages from zong, now it is giving me ad notifications too. There should be an option to in subscribe and limit them to only low balance/end of bundle notifications.. . Also have weekly nationwide offer activated but it shows in only "remaining sms" and not in "remaining minutes". There should also be notification for when the bundle ends or near to end the way ufone does

    After 2 yrs of togetherness with zong 4G device I finally separated. These two years I experienced many problems to the extent that I have to change my device. There were problems of signals. But the main fault was in their device which sometimes refused to start, sometimes it was open but couldn't connect wifi with my mobile, I complaint ao many times to the franchise but they refused to get it repaired and told that device is not entertained by zong.     This app has an error. That is, it shows the social media internet in one place. For example, in a month's package, YouTube and WhatsApp's Internet can be seen in one place. Ie WhatsApp 2500+ YouTube 1000 = 3500 Lets see That means only 3500 views. This does not indicate how much of WhatsApp and YouTube's Internet remains Also include the package tax in this app so we know how much the tax is.

    The update from February 27, 2020 freezes the application when launched. I'm running Android 10 on Pixel 4. It just stays on the first screen for selecting language and no option can be selected. STILL THE SAME APP FREEZING ISSUE WITH THE MAR 15 UPDATE

    Every time I switch between my numbers, the app again want to send a 6 digits code to the number, even after you register your numbers in the app. This is absurd. This even causes more annoyance because if you don't enter the code the app does not even let you using the number in your hand.

    Zong super card bundle have roll over option but with this app one have to unsubscribe his previous bundle to subscribe again. There should be an option of re-subscribe along with option of unsubscribe. Overall, this app is improved a lot over a time.

    App is good but their service is poor. Internet speed is going too slow to do anything. Just imagine download speed is 5 to 6 kb/s. In this speed, how one can attend online classes. When I contact them using Facebook they don't reply. (Ab chaloo zong internet ore sub kedo...........).

    As you well know we have been given these two buttons so that we can have our own custom package.I want you to stop the package and update the buttons in this application such that the user can automatically pause one package and use another package. It costs MBs of weekly package even though it is a social package.

    UI of new app seems better but there are hell alot of bugs in it. From the day it has updated I am unable to see free resources I have as it shows all of them as Zero. I have sent email on the mentioned ID but no response. I called their helpline but in vain. Pathetic App.

    - LiveChat not connecting at all even waited whole day. No agent available. Disappointed. - Attachment icon in LiveChat not working - Hybrid Packs don't have all the information required - App not adjusted to P30 pro resolution. You can't see what you typing in chat section (covers under dial pad). I'm using Huawei P30 Pro.

    I'd rate 4.5 after the UI improvements But I'd like to have my own personalized profile photo . Also the app is missing one of the most highly demanded features in this era " the dark mode theme", almost every app has it , feels so much pain to open this app in the night & have those white themed pixels ruin your sleepy mood.

    Poor interaction with system. Packages are not activated through app rather activated through manual code. On Feb 16, I tried to activate monthly Punjab offer through app and had to over recharge but every time i got msg of low balance but when i tried manual code it activated instantly. Now i hv extra balance in my account. This system should be more efficient Manual codes should also be mentioned with each offer in app.

    The new update is futile. The bundle tab has no options at all despite of refreshing again and again. I recharged 500 rupees and the bundle activated automatically, when I unsub the bundle, the balance remained the same and again asking for more balance. I lost my 500 rupees due to this app. Very bad experience from zong.

    if i had subscribed mega data offer and facebook bundle together.....So wh at the time ofmega data offer means froma 1am to 9pm ever i used facebook mb's deducted from facebook bundle why not from the mega data offer as of that time i am using that offer.....This situation irritates me alot.....i called on helpline number they talked with me very arrogantly and thier behaviour was not bearable....

    There is a problem in new ui update. It does not load packages page. That page looks empty at all. Unexpected response shows after every 20 seconds and some others bugs are also present. Please fix it soon. And please add dark theme in it as it is the need of today life.

    Though UI has been updated but it s not productive. Now it takes more time to subscribe a packgage. Also, whenever I open an app, real time stats seems to lag. Apart from this, they should also mention the total price with tax. Hiding it makes me suspucious everytime.

    It was offered that on downloading of My Zong app, the consumer will get 4 GB. But I did not get. Another thing. App is good and facilitating app. But app should work when consumer has not balance and want to get more data (any package).

    It's a nice way to keep record of your packages and balance but it has got a problem as the app does not immediately update the balance left and data remains you have to manually refresh to see what's your current stat

    Very bad and useless compony with very weak signal in my area unfortunately im using zong sim but i am sure im close it quickly i advise all that dont activate zong sim and anyother which you like but dont this very very bad useless and waste compony You may activate jazz sim which is very best compony useful and with best data network and signals in pakistan

    The new updated mobile app is horrible. Very poor service. They have removed the details for packages. I tried to subscribe to weekly supreme offer and the apps always show me a "recharge required" message. My balance more than 350. When I checked the website on desktop this package does not even exist. Looks like Zong is soon going to loose customers. They don't know what they are doing. Very disappointed 😞

    2 stars for this version. although UI is improved but it forces updates now. one cannot use it if he/she doesn't have extra data left to update this damn app. think about all the use cases before you shove your policies down the throats of your users.

    It's somehow difficult to use. And it should have daily free mbs reward and it take much data to open or seeing offers. I can't do anything with 3G internet even 4G also doesn't work properly to open this app. It should require less internet and should have free MBs daily reward

    This app update is way better then the previous. I just want to say please do add some bundles/Packages for online gaming like PUBG. Just gaming bundle like no WhatsApp no Facebook no YouTube no browsing. It will be great if u add this bundles.

    App should work without Data when there is no data package will help the customers to subscribe data packages and other survices. I experienced inconvenience multiple times when I didn't have data package and wanted to subscribe by Using d balance. If this is resolved,this app will deserve 5 Stars.

    Still app is having few bugs. When app is open it shows old status of balance data. I have to refresh it multiple time to get actual status of remaining data because most of the time a single refresh doesn't work.

    When we subscribe any package for a week or month, zong rewards free MBs for 2- 3 days duration, Which we can't consume until we don't finish our bought data. This app should add option to select data, where consumer can choose what they want to use first.

    In monthly zong unlimited call package the last date of the package is not showed correctly. It shows every day is the last day but at 12am it changes it to the next day is last even the package last date is so far the end. So, kindly check it and correct this issue in next update as soon as possible. Thanks!

    Response is very slow by server . Packages are are also expensive. Like other networks' app there is no discount or special offer on zong app. Speed is not enough for good network . In short it's rubbish. I want to give zero .......!

    So far this app is quite complex. Instead of showing the last date of the monthly voice offer are told at 12pm daily. We do not know what date will end our monthly voice offer.

    New update is pretty good than previous version but now days dark mode is in mostly apps, but you never thought about that if you bring that dark mode feature with your new UI update that will be very exciting update, overall this new UI is ok but think about dark mode surely...!

    Sir old App is very nice but new app interface is very nice. In a old App you manage your account in a single click. In this new app when you Goto another account then you need pin for this. This is not good in my opinion.

    Bad experience they just made things worse.... if we have multiple acccount and one of these accounts need varification, we can not switch between accounts. Also it requires varification of accounts each time you login into app. Why to varify account each time as one account is varified.

    I think the team have not tested the app before launch. It doesn't refresh automatically or even i swip again and again it shows the same content. If i want to subscribe bundle it show that you cannot purchase or says that insufficient balance even i have enough

    This app and ZONG whole system is gliched. It does not show original balance just says balance is not sufficient . Fix this and do something about 4G speed in ISLAMABAD. I am so angry on ZONG and there are alot of other issues that i didn't mentioned. You take the money and dont do anything satisfying your customers.

    This new app is total gapshap previous was good because. My package finished and expired.. This app still showing the usage while i rechaged and got new pakage there is no deatils of current usage... This new update do not update resources which i used it strucked on my last data pakage while i would like to unsubcribe the older one my new pakge become unsubcribed... I lost my all pakage before use...

    Worst app.. Worst navigation.. Stucked 20 minute for payment completion.. Restarted app, cant place new order.. Too many details to fill just to renew a package.. Cant you even autofill my mobile numbe? .. Never expect such worst usability from a top telco..
