A bug in the app. Cannot create or set up Bank Management. Myt Money confirmed on Friday 01 Oct 2021 that there is an issue. Not a stable app. Has it stopped working or compatible with Samsung A50? Concerning issues when Customer Care asks your Bank Acc details when they know already your Full name, Address and NIC! Pressed with questions, they cannot state if this is mentioned whether they can ask and is in their SOP, T&C and Agreement.

There is a bug in the app. Always asking to set time to network time before starting. It keeps pop up despite the application in the device is in network time.

I understood the app has been updated and therefore to be able to use it without getting the errors each time i had to uninstall the app and go through the registration process all over again. Seriously my.T money team do you think people have time to uninstall n go register again each time there is an update? Cant we just update the app??

Is not compatible with Samsung A32 supposedly. It was working nicely for the last 3 months and since Friday last my bank account was not recognised and could not add a bank account. Been trying to get help since almost 6 days and cannot actually pay my bills.

Useful but still need to refine, after payment it shows only"transaction reference no" it should also show some precise details as payment is done for which month or some specific details for a particular bill..... thanks

Great app so far but needs some improvements as follows: 1. Review the limit of Rs5000 per day. The higher the better 2. Provide option to extract history as Excel file.

Great app but giving 3 stars become the payment limit of 5000rs per day is too low and not conventional when a bill amount in more than that. Needs an update as a high priority because unable to use app as myT bill itself is more than 5000rs
