Using your Photo/Media/Files and Storage permissions, the My Shaw app will:
• Enable you to view a PDF of your bill
• Test access to protected storage for the purpose of facilitating user data retrieval and use of content for registered devices to facilitate technical assistance should network access be denied and to increase the application productivity.
Using the Prevent Device from Sleeping permission, the My Shaw app will:
• Enable push notifications used during Support Chats
Using your device’s fingerprint scanner, the My Shaw app will:
• Link your fingerprint profile to your Shaw account via the app for authentication purposes 
Using your Notifications permission, the My Shaw app will:
• Send relevant push notifications
Using your first name and postal code, the My Shaw app will:

    3 days a week I have wifi that is streamable. 4 days a week I see 2 minutes of a movie then 2 minutes of a delightful circle spinning on a frozen screen. I also have 3 Shaw pods in the house to boost the signal. I tried to order the sport package twice. Each time after 45 minutes I was told it is all set up. I still don't have it. Good news they did bill me for it. I am waiting for my agreement with them to end so I can try another provider. I live in Red Deer, Alberta.

    Terrible service, throttled connections, and horrible customer support. Way overpriced services for how little you actually get (I pay for 75mb, get maybe 15 consistently with drops to 1-2mb) and they do absolutely nothing to help. If there is even a remote possibility that you can go with a different service provider, do so.

    For some reason my app doesn't load or even open anymore. I've downloaded, updated, and restarted my phone. Been like this for weeks.

    This app is garbage, since they updated it. Crashes, reboots, won't connect, freezes phone, chat service crashes, wipes the conversation if you leave the app to do something else

    You would think that this app would actually work, rather than just sitting on a loading screen for 10 minutes considering there is a new version every time I open it. Awful.

    The chat function is awful. I swear I was talking to a robot with preset questions and answers. I will never use it again!

    The app is getting More information and is easier to use. You have finally got rid of most of the meriad of apps and signins so I can get in and out of my account quickly without having a number of problems getting in and finding the service I was looking for.
