I've been playing this game for 2 years. I love the graphics and simplicity of the game. I have spent so much money on gems and vip packs to draw the lottery for vip lucky box items but it's not worth it. Recently I've paid for 1month vip and haven't gotten a single item from the lucky box item lottery. I'm able to draw 5 times a day for 20+ consecutive days and what are the odds of not getting one single lucky box item.... This game is such a ripoff..

The game is great love it really, but sometimes some rewards are lost completely just beacuse its a network error.. And sometimes even for completing the quests we dont get rewards at all.. Moreover the support email doesnt work please look into it as I want to keep playing this game. Thanks..

Do something to remedy crashes that delete reward pots while opening. Need viable coin spend options: coin mall+ UPDATE coin lucky box. Stop inflating economy with higher PTs released every month. Remove PT quantity placement limitations, space is enough limit! Give players controls of WHO can apply to each floor in our bistro so we do not have to rely on people reading our rules OR allow us to assign each PT to specific friends. These are issues that have existed for years. Fix them already.

This game doesnt have many updates but each time it updates there always problem in updating. No notice was given prior to updates. And when i want to update, there is no button for update on the game page at playstore

I love this game, so fun to play. But I wish there was a clearer guide in some aspects of the game. I have to manually search for the answers online by other gamers and figure some things out along the way. For example, I had no idea where to get some of the items at first. And for some weird reason, my Deep Valley expedition site is still unopened even though the group affinity is already at Level 3. These things make the gameplay frustrating.

Cute and fun! A few bugs here and there, some UI issues do pop up. One I rmb particularly is sometimes Evan(? The shipping order dude) his name would appear in Korean, and his text box saying 'you can get better rewards by...' just cuts off there. Not a big deal, but occasionally I am unable to log in, I hope this one can be fixed soon Edit: currently it tells me to update my game, but play store does not have that option? Uhm

Is keep restarting and my products keep disappear. I had over 6000 hearts, milk bottles, 3 special containers from party etc. When it keep saying error or just shutting down on his own things keep disappear. Is not cool. And I don't have the same problems with my other games so it has nothing to do with my phone or internet. Please fix.

This game makes me so happy. It's so cute. The story is so creative and I love the fairytale theme the story has. It's a very fun game, the only problem I have with it is when the customer asks for seconds they only give you $30 for the second meal. When they should give you the full price for the meal. I think 1 meal is worth about $150. Edit: I was wrong, the coffee is $150. The food is about $12. Different food Different prices. Anyways now I have no problem with the game

I am so in love with the game! 💖 I am addicted to the fact that it is interactive, everything from the food, furniture & characters are just adorable! the graphics are clean, haven't seen any bugs yet... which is good. This app is very addictive, the app gives fair amount of coins and gems. I would highly recommend this game!

Amazing game. I just started not too long ago and I've come so far in the game. I love the decoration platforms and the part time jobs you have to do in order to get more coins. I also love the fact that you can also do simple things to get ruby. The only remarks I have is that the game always tells me that I'm not connected to the wifi when I'm connected and I have to reload everytime.
