The app showed a message saying I had an overdue payment though I didn't (I checked my account statement, bill history, payment history and also with Origin on Facebook). The option to hide messages should be much shorter than 90 days or their should be an option to bring those messages back if you need them.

Inaccurate. Has recently completely failed, detailing large fees instead of a malfunction notice. When we rang up to ask about the malfunction origin said don't worry about it the app will be probably get fixed eventually. This is not the kind of service you'd expect from a large corporation with high fees. Solar is a good idea just choose a different company.

I have been a customer with Origin for about 5 years. We had a rocky start, however we sorted out the problem in good time. The main thing I've noticed in the past years is the progress with customer relationships. Always willing to answer question and prompt in returning calls with a pleasant disposition. The I origin app has improved in both speed and quality. Strongly recommend this company.

The app does the very basic things but anything more than paying a bill is either very complicated or it doesn't work. It's really disappointing and frustrating. sadly my experience with the call centre and email contact is not much better.

For some reason for the last few days the usage information is now on 48 hours delay instead of previously 24 hour delay, eg today is Wednesday but I can only get Mondays usage in daily and up to Mondays info in history. Also for some unknown reason the history section in usage is now labelled hourly.

The graffical information is good but it would be better if the numerical data was readily available. It would be useful to be able to manipulate the data in software such as Excel.

Good but a long way to go compare to AGL app which gives a better breakdown of your energy consumption per day in dollars and KWh including solar metering and feed-in tariff sold to the grid therefore must more easy prediction of bills.

Looks good in theory but we've had almost every bill be reissued and charged more after payment, with a long time to correct it. So cant rely on the app to monitor usage at all
