It's better now. I have received help with my previous issue (and the comment wasn't deleted, the Google play probably didn't show it where it was supposed to be). The app is still barely functional and the most important features are missing.

Pls, add possibly to operate with a few numbers like in apps of other mobile providers(upd3 NOT working). Not all services have description especially in Ukrainian or leads to incorrect info page. Many bugs. -1

Can't top up from app. Something went wrong during 3ds confirmation. Previously I was able to successfully top up with this credit card and 3ds confirmation (card origin country - Belarus)

Why do I have to turn off my mobile internet in order to add some megabytes over my tariff? If I'm not doing this it's just decreasing to 0 my balance no matter which amount of money I have at the moment

I'm very disappointed of the level of service that Kyivstar is providing in Ukraine. I was using home internet for more than 2 year and was using mobile number for more than 15 years. Each time I paid for services on time. In May 2021 I decided to migrate to contract subscription plan. Employee of Kyivstat Service Center started process of migration from pre-paid subscription plan to Contract subscription plan. And some technical issue occurred on Kyivstar side due to recent migration to new billing platform. Since that time (May 7th 2021) I'm not able to use neither mobile phone nor home internet because this issue is not resolved yet. All my contacts\inquiries to Call Center are not taken into work and as a result I'm still not able to use home internet. Here are list of my requests\inquiries re not working home internet and wrong tariff on mobile: 522371, 523605, 531073, 570857, 629378, 646073
