    The network of idea getting weaker and weaker day by day. I am using this network for the last 10 to 12 years. In the beginning idea was not so good, But after some time I personally felt that it was the bestest network provider. But after joining with Vodafone the range of their network went down day by day. At my work place, at my home, infact sometimes in the outdoor the network goes down. It suddenly goes to 0kb/s from 235 or 300 kb/s speed. Please idea I request you to increase the network.

    my idea recharge and payments apk download Idea sim is the worst , I have been using it from past 3 or 4 years but now it is really malfunctioning, the internet speed is too slow and also the network is very bad no matter wherever I go I can't use the internet properly, when I asked for help in the app it told me restart my phone but it didn't helped at all the network was the same, I had enough of this I am really going to port out.

    my idea recharge and payments app download Data Speed is very low, unstable connectivity. Takes more time to upload requested pages, and Data speed is not constant. Some time going to be very low. Idea tower is just 300- 400 meters distance from my home and no barriers in between. Last day there was no network from morning to afternoon. Today on 20/10/2020 after noon till evening there was no network. And no internet connectivity. Suffered a lot. Verry bad service

    my idea recharge and payments app This app is really simple to use and eliminates the need to head out to get mobile recharge transactions done. It provides details about your plan, mobile data usage and all essentials However, the application keeps asking me to re-login everytime I open it again. As a customer, I have one sim card on my phone and having to login again (USING OTP) every time I close and open the app is really frustrating. Hopefully that is something that will be worked upon and improved.

    Upgraded to worst. Now there is no details of -Calls -Messages -Data usage and Balance deduction. When it was 'idea' we were able to monitor all our all call history & SMS history details. Now they upgrade to Vi and become the worst service network ever. No we are only able to do online recharge and can see the main balance. I don't think we need a app to know balance and to recharge where we have lot of apps with the same options.

    Worst app ever. I was using idea only for calls. I never used data, but in the app it is showing your data is exhausted and when ever i was using data from idea, only to open the useless my idea app it keeps on loading. There's no use with this app. I even don't want to give single star also, but without giving that star i can not post this review.

    Worst app I have ever seen. First of all you cannot get your data balance on one go , it always shows unable to fetch details. Secondly when you try to troubleshoot, it simply ask you to enter your phone no and login again and again . The internet speed is too slow that you cannot even open Google page . This is so radiculous . Not able to register any complaint as well .

    A completely useless upgrade has been done to this new idea App. There is no feature to contact live support for help. App hogs on phone memory. Most of the time, features are unavailable and apps breakdown with "Oops" message. Developers and their team who have designed this upgraded version of idea app are fresher programmers, it seems, and should be fired from their jobs. Its a completely useless app from IDEA and earlier Idea app was far better and never had any problems in its working.

    New version is not showing usage information.i have never seen this type of application.i can't understand why idea can't able to develop a stable application for their users .this is the basic features if any to show Last 10 call and sms details information.even through idea providing regular update but not able to resolve the basic issue.

    There is no option to report the problem or raise complaint in the app. Atleast not easily visible.if its deep inside some menus then its of no use. The app only has option for getting information and offers. It didnt even allow me a live chat. The bit options was offering irrelevent information. The customer care phone number, after keeping me on hold, disconnected saying "the number you have called is not reachable". Pathetic service by Idea or so called Vi.

    After i updated the app, it should be fast.... but no the speed of the app highly slow downed... even not showing current information.....if we scroll up to get new pge so its restart again, and again i have to put my no. Then i get OTP and then i can see my pge. But again 2nd tym if i'm trying to check again the same things happen😑

    Useless app👎🏻 Here not option for 0 star. If it is I sure give 0. Data pack is good but don't give service as per data plan details. One thing I noticed when your data pack is near to expire that last tow or three days data speed is more but when you recharge next month plan it will stop working. When you call are on call that time network break issue I face a lot of time in a day. And last worst customer support, caller executive are totally manner less.

    Useless app. 1. For every 3 day I have to log in by entering phi e number and otp. 2. After every login it shows walkthrough screens/message, which should have been only for fresh installs. 3. Always show some error instead of displaying data balance. 4. On idea network it doesn't load the current data balance, API call alway fails. But once we switch to jio network it starts displaying data. #Uninstalled! Done with it.

    Completely Useless app for Customer Support. No option to report a complaint or raise an issue. While performing checks on Network Troubleshooting, it shows 'High Speed Limit 4G' even when available network is 3G. And when you call 198, the number which is mentioned as complaint registration number on app, even there is also same scenario, no option to register complaint.

    2 weeks back I recharged my number with the 149 plan. The money got debited from my account but the plan was not activated . On checking the past transactions , it showed a recharge of just 100 only and not 149 but even this was not added to my account . Inquirng about this I called the idea customer care and it was just a waste of my time . On visiting the idea showroom , they promised me the Money will be refunded within a week . Now 2 weeks has passed . I feel cheated of my hard earned money

    I am not satisfied with your udpated version. Your old version was good. While updating why call and sms history option is gone. Updating app means keeping the required things not removing it. Others provide all record and statement in their app. Update call and sms history, otherwise we can port to another service provider. I will rate you 5 star when you update it.

    Please improve your network coverage and data connection speed.Data is good working only at might night, but in day timing data speed is very low and network is very bad in my area(map location 20.075879,74.107911) So pls improve your data connection speed and network and in the app be add the data, calls, sms usage history such as the other company apps (Jio).And also I special request you to make speed improvement for students between exam period atleast till 15 Nov2020. I already email same




    Caller tune not working in v! caller Tune App customer excutive told uninstall and install it will be going to work.but eventhough it is not working after followed words of customer care excutive. and also biggest problem is V! Caller tune App is not recognising the is showing kindly try after 72 hours like so many 72 hours gone.eventhough not recognising. Kindly resolve these issues.

    DND service has been intentionally deactivated by company. And they don't provide proper information also. - After communication with your customer care, i sent SMS on number given, to activate by DND. I, however got response that "srv_unavailable". Now how to go about. You are not activating my DND. Neither you are properly helping, nor your system is actvating my requezt for DND. How to go about? Jio is much better than you. Once DND activted no unnecessary phone calls. You are truly useless.

    iam not able login from last 5 months or more than that when ever try so it shows a blank white screen and rains still even though the network connection in great . At the starting it worked well but now in one of the useless apps that I have still installed in my phone and even updated twice or thrice. Its a request to idea tell me how to deal with this issue .

Takes centuries to fetch data and doesn't give response on time. Please do look after the problems I reported.

    I have never seen a less user friendly app. Requires me to enter my phone number and OTP every time I open this. And every time, it walks through some intro wasting time. And even after it opens, it shows that server could not be reached. Can't see the balance. Poor design.

    Changed my review.from 5 to 0 stars. As the recent update is disgusting. Never does what it says.logs you out every 2 to 3 days tied of loging in every time. It takes ages to load the account details. very slow. Can't give custom names for each no added. This was possible in the old version. No history of last 5 calls

    Zero level quality it does not provide any information about the data usage and data left My data pack was of 1.5 gb and it was showing 8 GB left and after some minutes it showed 0 mb left I thought may be a little bit technical error and I reinstalled it but all the efforts were fruitless and also it need to log in again and again

    Not good at all..its very troubleshooting for me does not show my data balance correctly.Today, i had not use any data and internet speed is very slow so when i come to this app to see my data balance, it shows 0MB left..but i had a pack of 1.5 gb daily till 18 october....please solve my issue if u can otherwise i think about changing my idea sim to some other.

    After this merger my Data pack that was already recharged and was running, it got exhausted and I am not able to use my Data pack as its not showing just after 12 AM data lose happened. Don't know why it's happening but I Had recharged for 2+2GB UL calling plan worth RS 299 for a month and that seems worthless now.

    Very using idea sim since 8 to 10yrs it was good...but after merging wit vodafone very very slow network n connecting calls is impossible...oly cal drops...incoming n outgoing calls both become very troublesome..tried to contact customar care but it was of no use..i like to continue in idea if the problem persists i like to port if the problem is cleared...plz try to resolve d problem very soon fed up of this...though i recharge it for 699 it is of no use to me in network n both calls

    I wish i could give no stars,this app gives us that bad experience that u fed up using it after a few months only.One of the countless problems is it does not display the remaing data of the day properly forget abt accuracy,I sometimes use it all day and still it shows the total data used that day as null and if we try to refresh it or reload it,the app asks us to register the phn number in the app again for atleast 3 to display the data properly.plz fix this repeated complain atleast after this

    Why We Download Your VI/Idea App When there is no call / SMS record page available in it. And why do we use this app, neither offers nor SMS/ call deduction page. There are many more apps for recharge. For the last several months, the network has not been running right, there was no improvement even after complaining three times. why do we use this company? Tell me why? Not working at all.. Always server error. Old version was good. I hate this new version.

    Dear" Vi" my net is dead slow for last few months this was started when you have tie up with "vodafone" when there is only "idea" My net is perfect speed ..but now !!!! Please look into that ....kind request I can't even use my daily data plan properly I have paid unlimited pack but ...!!!! What is that purpose .. First i liked this idea but now ....i'm disappointed with this What is the purpose of recharging without any benefit and use !!!!! Look into that please .....

    Just showing data balance & Earning money just Seems too diplomatic, dishonest & No fear of God. Internet speed is too slow & App is also too slow. Since 3 years network only 1 or 2 signal bars, and internet many times displays 'H+' 'E' 'G' but 4G is inconsistent in locations even Hyderabad city. Many times agents told same suggestions for settings(I changed accordingly), room/premises issue from customer place, Vodafone Idea merging process going on..but even now merged, same issues.

    Worst App. EVERY NEXT DAY YOU GET LOGOUT AUTOMATICALLY. Next day again relogin & after this, cannot fetch the data shows if you've to see the data balance. After 3-4 try it will show. Next day same repeat. Nothing improves on Updating the app rather it becomes worse.👎 Everyone is complaining and bad reviews everywhere still no improvement.

    From my last recharge onwards, which I did few days back, I don't know what happened but my net stopped working and still it is not working. I'm not getting net for 4G, 3G and also 2G network. Not even getting proper range to call. This idea app is also useless, because of low network it doesn't work. Please do something really fast or else I'm planning to change my sim to Jio.

    I usually don't write reviews and this is the first time I'm writing one. BECAUSE I'M VERY MUCH FRUSTRATED. This app is the worst app I've ever come across. It needs an update every time I open it, like every damn time! And no update seems to do anything but make the app worse. I just need the app to check my data usage, which I'm never able to check because this app takes centuries to load these details and to recharge my card, which again is just next to impossible to do in first 20 attempts.

    Not working at all.... Always server error. Old version was good. I hate this new version. I and my number of friends are unable to check usages... Call details, sms details & data usages.... We unistalled this aap multiple time & installed again... Still there is no options in application to check our usage details. In Maharashtra, pune number of people racing this issue. Are you serious about this issue?... We are thinking to Port out... If this issue is not resolved, we will port out.

    This app has gotten useless after a few updates. It keeps signing me out every now and then. So I have to register on it using my mobile number and OTP everytime which is very annoying. Secondly the data balance doesn't get updated. It still shows the data balnce of the last time you opened the app doesn't matter if you did it 3 days ago. Even after refreshing several times it doesn't updata remaining data. And many times it shows server error.

Why my account is logged out automatically after every 2 to 3 days ? Please have solution sir !! Before I get rid of it 🙏🏿

    Waste app and network ever I seen before. In every day two or three times they are showing no network connection. Because of this wate network I missed most of my classes. The only development is increasing the recharge amount but not the network speed.

    Worst sim ever... don't do a mistake to buy the idea will be your best idea ever. I recharged for Rs. 700 for 84 not at all worked single speed is too low that you can't even browse anything. Therefore I tried to talk to customer care, but there is no direct contact to customer care. Then I tried to chat with them in Idea app, you won't believe that they can't even recognize my network. Please don't repeat the mistake and don't go for Idea Sim.

    If there would have been option to write a comment without selecting even a single Star, I would have preferred that the most. Everytime I open the app, the "Error" popup appears.     Worst app.... Vodafone has lost all their name and goodwill by collaborating "Idea". Idea is one of the company which is being known for its poor network. I check into the MyIdea every 2 days and I am surprisingly logged out everytime??? I wonder if this is a backhanded move to make users switch to the Vi app or just another bug.     I have raised multiple tickets with full details, they get resolved without any solutions!! No improvement in service nor in network coverage! --------- No or very very poor network, no solution since more than a year. Can check, I couldn't utilise even 1mb since 8 months and couldn't make voice calls more than 10 mns in this period. Imagine!! No words of desperation for the customer service, they keep on closing the tickets. I am forced to keep this number alive due to I have updated this in various platforms. But surely, it's enough now and will have to change to Jio. Even to open their Idea App, I have to use Jio data.

However, the connections were down and my money, though a meager sum was a waste. I am your customer for more than one decade. However, since last one year your service is very poor. If you try resend otp option after few clicks it shows that Attempted too many times. My otp not yet received. And the calls also getting jammed so many times. Slowest internet speed (in 90% cases 0.00-0.04 k/s), "no service" and usual unavailability of network, no benifit of additional or double data infact unable to access internet after consumption of 500 mb, poor quality of calling and messaging services and many other issues. Work from home is literally impossible with idea. I'm leaving my long time association with idea and switching to some other network. Really the worst app and network.

I am now editing my review ..Idea is still the worst network ..I cannot even play an online match in pes .Due to this rubbish sim I lost every match and now my rating decreased to 1074 .The worst network. Please don't choose this network. After 2 months , I am editing again . Worst network ever!!! I cannot even play online games. Choose some other Service providers

    Previous app was better than this app, i added two accounts togather but only after 1 day when i tried to see second account details i found nothing about that second account, even after sometimes my first account also has gone, now again i need to register both numbers. This app is really waste of time, need to solve the problem. Now again one problem, how shall i see history of call and sms?

    Since 30th August My Call info and SMS info in general balance deduction or balance usage details are not updated. Pls solve this problem I have already sent a mail about this issue. I thought that this problem would be solved in 1 day but no since 30th August Call and SMS info or Usage details are not yet updated. Pls solve this problem as soon as possible. I hope this problem will be solved in few hours or in a day.

    In starting from purchase of the day tha app show my data ,call and message usage but after 4 days app not show my status onward . I don't show my call and message charge usage history. Update version is poor and help less this is not show my call and message charges usage history . Before the update version app is very good helpful . And now it's worst app only. Please change the app settings and add old version feature of showing call and message usage charges history.

    New version is not showing usages info. I have never seen this type of app. I can't understand why idea cannot able to develop a stable app for their users. This is the basic feature if any app to show last 10 call and sms details info. Even though idea providing regular update bt not able to resolve the basic issue.

    Very pathetic. Especially when it is WFH and restrictions to go out. My idea sim was having active plan till Aug 28 and suddenly it stopped working. It stopped showing me any network. In effect, a dead sim. I recharged again for Rs. 300, assuming that it would be because plan had expired.Still no use.When I contact customer care, they ask me to go and get a duplicate sim when we are not allowed to travel freely.And they wont extend the unused recharge to a future should lapse, they tell

    Very worst experience with this need to login many times entering your number..I don't understand why.. reliance my jio app is far better than this once we login it continues no need of entering mobile number whenever you open the my jio app...if possible idea guys rectify this issue

    This app has become worst after formation of Vi. It doesn't load just shows a white screen. I tried my idea number of Vi app but no OTP received. I can't even know about my current plan validity. Very Bad service form Idea.

Latest version is very worst..... several times it doesn't show anything (Data used etc.,) Previous one was some what better...BUT this newest version of the app irritates us.....😡😔 i Hope you guys will fix it soon....     Every service provider is providing free caller tune facility but i don't what is issue with Idea. The are still working as in 2000. Come on idea wake-up. Every one is providing free caller tune Jio as well as airtel and you are still charging heavy amount for that. In that way i don't think you could survive any more.

    phethetic ... leading bank HDFC not in payment which fixed.. now new issue .. if dont use the app for a day or so.. it logs out and needs login again so a new otp .. worst .. still no progress, it runs on its moods .. signs out automatically numerous times...

    As always crappy app. Crappy Updates...Crappy Information...developers doesn't know how to make the app work. Doesn't show accurate information at all. Always says "Error, Couldn't fetch details". That's why with every update you give to this app the ratings are falling down. Because you are ruining things with Updates instead of improving.

    I had done a recharge from idea app and amount was debited from account. I used GPay. But the recharge was not done and i called the customer care but they have no idea, told me the amount will be credited to my account if no recharge was done. At present no recharge and no money.     I don't understand idea app is upgrading or degrading the app, everytime after update something missed out, this time call duration log option is totally gone, & if idea don't have any international roaming packs for prepaid customers then why its showing in app IR packs section, idea is the only mobile company which don't have IR packs for prepaid customers though they r in market for more then a decade, even competitor who came after them have IR packs for prepaid customer,pathetic experience.

    I would rather give "0 stars" because this app is good for nothing. Very poor internet speed in my locality, Frequent errors while checking data balance. Only good looking user interface doesn't means everything. Spoiling good of Idea & Vodafone. No actions where taken when registered the complainant. Extremely disappointed!

    To much poor internet connection now a days really frustrated I am still uses idea over jio as it really give better offers than other networks. But after 9 PM network really goes down even I have full signal could not load movie in youtube even at 360p😒. Next the wonderful my idea app really don't know what you are doing looks you are not test the app before gave updates old version is better than new version it have full useless ads....

    In my account its 4 gb But i tried very hard to use 1.8gb data only.its not fair pack . Which you said 4gb can be used per day at same time you are saying your data is consumed today .again i refered in my data history its left with 2.2 gb remaining sry to say like this you have to look after your customer its your duty to keepup your said package .and when i said my problem in chat its saying talking to is fun when your customer face trouble is it fun for you think once .     Data connection is very very poor. Network connection too. I have raised complaint but no use, I am your customer for more than one decade. Initially it was good but now it became worst service, but I have my business dealings with this number so I am unable to port with other networks. Better if improve network facility.

    Poor connectivity and worst customer support i m complaining through Gmail .and in response i get such kind of message "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly." Poor data speed 10-15KB/s. please resolve my issue. And fake promise off double data you cant use 1 GB data in 24hours due to poor speed how can people use 3Gb in 24 hours? still poor connection.

    This app and idea or Vodafone network is absolutely useless. Whenever I want to check my balance it always ask to verify my number. Never shows the balance and other enquiry directly. Totally waste and useless app. If you are living in delhi, Up(lucknow) or in bihar(patna) never buy this idea sim. In all these area it is always on out of reach. You always have to find out network and it is not even working on 2g. Absolutely useless app with useless network.

    This app deserves a zero star rating as whenever I open this app there is a error and I can't even recharge my phone... and the network of idea is the worst ,,,, it just say that it give us an 4G network but actually I have an 2G network experience with it... I always get some silly messages from idea that they have an bigger and faster 2X network in our area but actually I can't even dowload an 50mb app before an hour!     At least do some minimum fixes in your app so that one can check his account's internet data balance left, everytime I open the app I'm not able to see any details of my account, just a sorry with some other pseudo satisfactory stuff written to make it less frustrating but trust me it is very frustrating!     3rd class app & 3rd class network, after merge with vodafone.and now today 4/8/2020 i have give 0 star for your 3rd class service and this application, its just not shows my use only show network error.-----NOW today 23/09/2020 i have give you (-5) star because you have not solve my network problem since last 1years , every time you give tipical answer that problem will solve within 48 hours, but result is zero....same on you idea and vidafone...
