    Hillarious. Disaster. It keeps on telling you to put correct informations even if you really are giving them correct ones. Examples are, debit card accounts numbers, birthday.. when i got to choose over the counter to receive the cash, it got me stuck in there. No matter how many times i click on continue, it doesn't continue anymore. Such a waste of time filling those informations up.

    Home credit app needs to be updated every now and then. But, nothing changes/improvements to observe. Can't monitor my loan payment because of tge app that needs maintenance every now and then! They keep calling you to offer cash loans with SUPER DOUBLE HIGH INTERESTS and very strict on due dates even there is a pandemic. NEVER AGAIN!!!

    Why does your app is not showing the cash loan button whereas in some of the picture you provided here have? I tried to update the app just now, but I still can't see the cash loan button. I tried calling your hotline for this past few weeks, but they always told me to just call another day as your system is under maintenance. (Always under maintenance!) Note: I received 4 messages from Home Credit started last May 16 that I can avail cash loan.

    I couldn't log in my account on this app while I can on your website. It's annoying. I forgot my pin? yes. So I go through the steps and still it keeps on saying that it doesn't match. What's the other option? And please don't tell me to e-mail. I have read other comments. We have the same problem. What could we do?

    For me, it has a lot to improve. Inconvenient as well. Must have search engine, product/merchant must be specified in each location so i can reach the nearest store. Must have calculation page so that we can pursue in checking out the item with the most cheapest cost.

    As per your latest update, the adjusted payment schedule should be showing up on the account. But it's not. The app still asking us to pay the unpaid months covered by the grace period. Please update the app with the adjusted payment schedule I already sent you an email so please don't ask me to send you an email again.

    What is the purpose of this,, when you need to pay in full you have to spend much amount loading to call customer service every now and then,,, its useless,, annoying.. burdensome,, why don't you calculate and process my remaining loan balance using this apps... Why always directing me to customer service and after calling you redirect me to another customer service....full of...... If there is zero i will rate you zero... Please improve your services...

    Homecredit does not accept payment thru Gcash anymore. Ang hassle talaga. Boo! Homecredit. (Edited) In fairness, developer replied lightning fast to rectify my dilemma of not being able to pay thru Gcash. For the fast reply and very quick fix, developer deserves a 5-star rating. Thank you developer. I have now paid my amort due for this month.

    When i open this app and minimize it for viewing my twitter/facebook and restore my home credit app, this pin code authentication always pops up. What i mean is add some fingerprint authentication to avoid this annoying pin code pop ups.

    This app used to be great before its update. Its hard for some users to log in our Loan account number. its always asking for other infos. I wish bring it back to the old version. I tried logging in may affount using Phone number since they didn't asked for account number instead. But the app said You need to sign up? For what? I used to log in my account always before the update.. then I tried to Sign Up and after the sign Up there are no informations there. No Loan infos anymore.

    Well, regarding with the grace period they still asking for payment. Grace period is useless. I paid last may 11 for may due last april 7 since there was a grace period it fall as May 7. And I paid another last may 30 advance payment for June 3. Hoping for adjustment but still they asking me to pay more for my due this June 7. Still they applied my payments for April 7 and May 7. Still there is no grace period happened.

    Hay naku, this has been my third installation of the app and still limited ang options. I tried logging in pero the PINthe mobile number are not recognized. When I try to either sign up it says im already registered. Forgot pin via mobile number di rin umubra. Apologize pa kayo, same issue naman din! The old app used to be very easy to perform. This app sucks. Bring back the old one!

    I cant login to my credit card account anymore ever since the last weeks of march. PIN, phone & DOB are not recognized. My net is stable, updated app & already contacted your phone support & told me its being fixed & my acct is still existing. I always pay promptly to my acct & was never penalized. Is this how you treat loyal credit card holders? Just wait once Ive paid my balance, Im switching to another reliable credit card company. This is horrible.

    Waste of time going to branch just to completely fill the application for home credit . In app it says i am pre-approved ,but when i go to branch and complete the requirements needed , i recieved sms from home credit saying that my application for loan is rejected due not meet the eligibly criteria ..Hopefully soon you will have a more features in homecredi app ..

    Easy access upon checking credit balances. Recent update was great with some additional features. I am curious about the lost/stolen + fraud protection fee of 75pesos per month payment.. The latest update (may 5, 2020), error or unable to show and download statement of account.

I suggest you use their online WEBSITE in checking balances or activity as long as you have your account number and date of birth. I'm sorry but this app is USELESS! 😡

    i cannot open my account because i forgot my password..however when i tried to change my password, i cannot enter because it says that details I entered were wrong..i checked it many times but the details were not wrong...i tried to sign up but the date of birth is BUSTED..only 5 months and 17 days appeared on the calendar and the year is also limited...please try to fix this..i am on my last payment and i cannot open my app....i could also say there is nothing with my internet..

Please fix your app, we have 12 months in a year and 28 or 29 days in Feb, 30 days or 31 days in other months!!

    Just installed the app, signed up and registered. It says, verify your loan account number, i click it the I was moved to my profile section where I literally cannot view any loan account number. Whoever dev made this app is either being underpaid or just pure idiot who didn't know how to code an app properly.

    I can't log in. Updated the app and have stable internet connection. I even tried to forgot pin but there's no SMS came. I tried it again but this time, it appears that my number and DOB doesn't match your records.

    I am going to log in using my mobile number, I forgot the PIN that the app was asking, lately, I am logging in through loan account number. Now, I am trying to get a PIN and the app is asking for my mobile number and birthdate. I inputted what I have used in my application, but the app said that I have entered wrong details.     Can't login my account though I'm using the correct pasword it says that the records are not matched. I tried using the forgot pin but it also says the same. I was able to use it the last time I made my payment I didn't even change password. Useless app

    I'm pretty sure my PIN is correct but the app won't let me in. It doesn't even say the PIN I put in is incorrect, just nothing. Password reset is also a waste of time.

    Nice interface and timely posting of payment. If I may suggest in the next update please include the remaining balance and the summary of payment to in eSOA and the date of last day of payment. It would be a great help.
