Old app was a lot better. Registration flow says registration failed. Login attemp says number not found. Is this app meant to be used or just to look at the logo? After few attempts OTP screen shows up but how to login OTP was never received?

A greivance on this app for 15 days is not addressed so far.4 times on 4th,16th,18th,19th june and reminded on phone,customer care.No mechanism to monitor the complaint.Sorry state of affairs of GHMC.Good governance is only show not able to implement on ground

It's a very worst service from GHMC, they won't resolve any issues as I lodged many complaints to fix one street light in our area because people are tsking advantage of the darkness and drinking alcohol, making unusual noices, and we are unable to go out after 7pm. I have lodged around five complaints to install a street light in our area but they have closed my grievance everytime saying no funds. This is our GHMC and their worst service and they are good for nothing.

Very bad Plz remove certificate number option. If a newly applied birth certificate of a newly born baby is to b checked then from where we should enter certificate number, it is better to remove that option and keep only date of birth and contact number.

When officials are not even talking over phone to lodge complaints, this is helpful. Online grievances over phone are not acknowledged and no grievance ID number is given. When followed up phones are cut. This is really helpful to locate the address in the map and to submit photos as proof. Grievance is acknowledged immediately online and number is given. Very good app.

Since 15 days its not working Very bad. Time killing. Very worest app. No updation of our property tax payment. Not uploaded online complaints. Asking photographs and location. Its too unwanted in raising Issue.
