The Flow App is a real disappointment.. The app does not work , it gives inaccurate information, and or little to no information. The customer service team has very little knowledge of how to rectify the problem. What's the sense of the Flow app if it doesn't work, and secondly what's the sense of having customer service representatives if they can't assist? A real disappointment.

I tried using the app chat feature, however if you leave the chat its impossible to retreive the ongoing and when you try to start a new one your told to end the ongoing before you move on...even though there is no way you can end said. This app need to be modify to accomodate better chat flexibility.

The app is rubbish. It won't open much less show me my bills. Further they have been sending bills out last minute, no doubt to encourage payment via this broken app over other methods. I won't do it! I'd rather ditch Flow if they don't get their act together.

This app is currently one of the things that annoy me the most! Previously I was able to view my account, pay bills etc, bit for the past few months all I get is "loading" and having to find other means outside of the app to add plans, pat residential bills or see bill etc. What's the point of the app?? I did as customer service suggested and uninstalled TWICE! That fixed NOTHING

I am a new customer I made my first payment through the IVR (telephone) and flow misplaced my payment. I was told to give them 30 days to fix it and they started harassing me everyday for the payment even though I provided all the information they need for the payment. I wanted to avoid another issue like that so I called customer service and was told I could use this app instead. I signed up made the payment and it is not reflecting on the app. Do not use this app!!!

Absolutely horrible I've had to continuously change passwords because it logs me out and would not sign back in. It doesn't allow me to add any new accounts or delete old ones... this is ridiculous.

The worst app I've ever used. The auto payment only stopped after 6 months of me contacting support as the app and phone never worked. No service in that time and now they refuse to refund. Avoid

This app a rubbish. Had it a while nw and it was working intially where i could pay my internet bill. Now for the pass couple months i cannot open my account much less fi pay bill. Error pan top a error! Mi did wah rate this a zero but true zero was not listed! FLOW fix u damn app. It makes no sense nw. Nuttin but rubbish

the least you can do is let me be able to see how much data i have left in my plan instead of the very false and misleading "unlimited". the app tells me nothing useful, i have to dial star 127 anyway. waste of space if we're being honest.

I get hate the my flow app it so damn slow an when I use the other network app it move fast when ever am putting my flow plans through the my flow app it takes for ever so am begging the flow company to do something about it an try upgrade the system cause it's really slow bad an am using wifi an still moving slow.
