This is 3rd year my kids with this school. Alway had difficulty login after 1st time login... Password all same never change but still had difficulty to login if out of sudden u was log out by itself!!! Seriously pissed off.. This is my 4th time get the password from school office... Please do something with this apps!!!

Would be great to make the text in the post and announcement section able to copy paste. Those that are not so proficient in either English or Chinese are unable to copy and paste for translation now. If able to do that, I reckon would definitely increase usage. Something for your consideration to ease user experience.

Hopefully the app can improve with the following features: 1. Allow the parent to post message for teacher 2. Allow to change photo of the kid 3. Update kid information such as height and weight Been using littlelives before. Sorry to say the app is much more interactive. Hoping this app can improve too. Thank you!

During registration, the officer told me that parents will be able to see photo of the person who fetch the child everyday in this app, however there is no such photo in the app but just a name of the person who fetch the child. Does it mean anyone can fetch a child out of the centre as long as he or she can provide a name？

Can you fix and remove the need to launch the picture whenever we download a picture..!!?? This is making the bulk download of pictures more difficult from a already excruciating painful experience..! FYI, your tap-and-hold feature to multiple download of pictures is no longer working. Please user test before updates each time!

Always have issues logging in. When I'm absolutely certain my password is correct. It just says an unexpected error has occurred but doesn't say what is causing the error. Very user unfriendly app.

Had problem to log in since there was change in new login. Same message keep asking to log in with new ID which had tried but no use. Is there any email which can write to adminstrator. School was unable to assist, tried to uninstall and install many times and is frustrating to use this app since change using new ID.

It will be good if we able to leave msg to the teachers via this app. Some parents might not be sending / fetching everyday. Hope there will 2 way communication via app

Is there a way to retrieve the past years pictures. Under portfolio tab, there 3 pdf files but only current one have pictures. The rest can't load pictures. Also u able to retrieve the pictures last year or 2 years ago.
