    Still cannot login, can't get past your recorded response on the helpline & your customer service hours are less than reasonable. My bank is open more hours. The auto- billing service never stops, and my rate is $25. monthly but you collected up to $150. I would like to know why, please.

    Before I had autopay it was easy to just touch the icon on the preinstalled app and touch Pay My Bill. Did it for years. Would only have to log in again if I deleted the cache on my phone. With autopay, I don't have to use the app much. It has always been easy to change my plan. Customer service people by phone or online chat have been helpful and courteous every time. Rural service (in the summer) isn't consistent except near towns. With wifi calling in the house, I can manage quite well.

    So far this has been a BAD experience. I called for help but when they finally called me back the guy I talked to was no help at all. A lot of my info from my old phone did not cross over. I had to enter many manually. Now when I go to log on the new phone tells me it has been locked. I am NOT happy.

    The app want let me log in. I reset my password. It's such a pain and a waste of my time. Every few months it stops working, then after resetting my password it would work for several months NOTHING this time. 0 star!! I'm not Happy at All.

    Right now I'm not liking this app since it won't let me log in . I reset my password . It is frustrating. I thought the purpose of the app was to make life easier. They want their telephone bill but hard to pay when you can't get in .

    I have not been able to log in this app and in this new phone from customer cellular the phone number is the old one from metro...I'm not able to remove it,so I asked for a support visit at 🎯 Target and went there this morning at 8.30 waiting for a technician and when I called customer service was told they can get me appointment on for 11 am.but I don't drive anymore, so.decided to leave and get another.appointment..no one so far has gotten back to me....I need to resolve this issue . thanks

    Can't get rid of it fast enough. It tends to run you around in circles using up space & data. Then bumps you up to the next price range

    My bill is automatically deducted from checking account for some reason it was not now my phone is shut down I cannot talk to consumer cell to see why is was not paid I just want to know why my card has not expired 9/23 is date it expires. Nothing has changed please help I need my phone.

    Not that much savings poor reception and internet and they play games with billing costing precious time and effort to resolve, im paying $20 more than they quoted its like cable they suck you in then your stuck for higher cost!

    I recently bought the Motorola G Power cell phone through Target. I bought the Allstate Insurance (Square Trade) plan. My phone did fall. The screen cracked Now I have to go through hoops to have the phone replaced by or fixed. I'm a baby boomer. Nowadays, nothing is ever easy!
