    They've come a long way since they release the basic app. NEEDS A DARK THEME! Still missing key features you had with the old TWC app like call forwarding, call blocking, and more. Still having problems getting status on a couple of TV cable box. No remote restart. Might take Spectrum several more years to make this app more useful so we don't have to log into their website to get access to those valuable features we had with the old TWC app.

    login usually decent, community wifi can be a nightmare, outages can last hours out of nowhere, and lock you out of your account like it doesn't exist. restoration is slow and inconsistent (laptop connects, phone does not for example). 24/7 help line is actually very helpful though, unless it is in the middle of a full outage. maintained speeds at peak times are not as fast as advertised, and the forced tv service and lack of choice removes user agency, and no direct access to the router settings.

    tv App works well and much easier than mailing in a check every month. Another nice feature is that it states the next date your electric meter will be read. Very valuable features for those enrolled in auto pay and also for those, such as myself, that are not. Also, you can set the app up to retain your account info so that signing into the app is not necessary.

    app Looks and works fine for me. No complications everyone wants their money and this is an easy way to pay bills on the go or on the couch. Spectrum's Covid19 offer was very helpful to myself and I'm sure many others. Going above and beyond to help is the best sign and good to be a part of. I'm looking forward to improving current services and/or gaining more services through spectrum.

    wifi It has been a NIGHTMARE getting service set up. Missing equipment, your agent signed me up for a more expensive service than I asked for, my email and billing addresses were not entered correctly into my account even though the agent read them back correctly 3 times. Your app doesn't even list what service I am signed up for. The UI is so messed up I cannot find anything I'm looking for. Someone needs to SERIOUSLY fix your app and retrain ALL of your customer service agents.

    health Reliable app that allows you to so what you need to keep your vital internet services up and running. Not a bad UI either. I used to hate Spectrum after having experience with them before. While I know nothing is perfect and given time one will experience issues. Since recently becoming an actual customer in January however, they have earned my respect in all aspects of their business. And I get a faster speed for the same price I had with AT&T fiber for almost 5 years. Keep it up Spectrum!

    mobile So far so good. I've only used it 2x to pay my bill. Little confusing when you get to choosing payment method, just pay attention at top of screen for choices. When using a card I had to choose add a new card and start typing a number and then it brought up my cards on file. Hit the checkmark to pick the correct card.

    account login Great app so far the only and one problem right now is the auto picture for the credit/debt dosen't capture the photo. Thinking it's still not visible other than that easy to use, and cool features especially on android since I'm able to pause people devices when they enter my wifi so that's really neat. Apparently my cousin doesn't have that feature and she using a iPhone (idk if she cant find it so I dont know if its android only).

    internet Efficiency is the best feature. It should be able to advise of up coming sales or events. Maybe leads to green some specials that may come available in upcoming months. Discounts for social security or disabled blenders, or limited income situations. Maybe dinner advertisements that provide for special needs, and maybe some local events that are dedicated for these issues. Seasonal events,. I need a job, and I'm very good at putting these issues on the calendar.

    wifi password The app works fine - but if you're more than 1 day late with your bill - it won't allow you to troubleshoot ANYTHING! It pops up a window that says YOU BILL IS PAST-DUE, regardless of any other issues that may be going on. Even now, during Covid19! GREEDY - getting money is Spectrum's top priority.

    Interface is generally clumsy & not designed well for mobile devices. Poor video quality - regular pixelation - and channel errors. No troubleshooting or debug options are apparent. Fine in a pinch or to catch morning news - Have never had trouble with their news channel. Use Hulu, Netflix or Amazon which all have clear video and more reliable.

    its very user friendly. only bad thing i have is that it doesnt give troubleshooting options beyond talking to a bot. the bot has a lot of functions, but it would be nice to have the option to go further with an employee if the issue persists rather than having to back out and call manually.

    User friendly. Great to be able to Troubleshoot from home. Though I havent had to use it, thus far, so I may be speaking out of term, at the moment. Time will tell. Ive always been treated very politely while visiting their internal office, as well as on the phone. I do wish they would have a greater percentage of english speaking Representatives. Just bc, sometimes, youre speaking to someone from another country, and they hv a difficult time understanding what youre saying. And vise-versa

    Its easier than ever to take care of paying your bill. Its very easy to watch the shows on any channel anywhere and getting them ondemand on your own watch list is so very convenient. I love the app.

    It insist my email account did not exist, though it's been in constant use for a decade. Wouldn't be fair to rate the app, really, as I've never actually seen the thing. Don't actually need it anyway, but it's free from my isp so I gave it a look. UNINSTALLING.

    The app would not recognize my account number as it is printed on the bill. Then it would not recognize the 6 digit code it emailed me. How in the hell do they expect people to use the app when it doesn't even recognize it's own data? Useless and uninstalling it now.

    Its easy to pay anytime and anywhere . I think there should be a virtual customer service option though. I thought there was one before now I dont see it. Instead I have to actually call customer service and/or go to the website. Those links should be in the app.

    This app is infuriating. It's in a continuous loop with verification. You have start over after retrieving the code from your email just to have it send you another hence the loop over and over. Worthless.

    Good app to, add packages or services and pay bills. Only thing I didn't like is the option to re-edit the CC or bank account information to see if I got my numbers correct. The boxes didn't highlight in red, so I'm guessing I'm good.

    Spectrum's technology is WAAY better and up to date than AT&T!! I was with AT&T for a few years and the most frustrating part was their outdated, slow business processes.. Spectrum's user interface is way more intuitive!

    Awesome! A customer service representative advised I should download this just a couple days ago. I did. Tonight my picture started being all messed up little squares, I went to the app, tapped reset modem, boom, issue resolved!! I LOVE MY SPECTRUM.

    Simple easy to use sometimes breaks down and had incorrect information but also can tell you when there's a blackout in your neighborhood instead of you having to go crazy thinking something is wrong with your personal set.

    I'm not writing this for the app I'm writing this for the actual internet the internet is actually bad im supposed to be having 200 Mbps wifi but it's usually at 120 and some times or more like most of the time the internet is down 20 mbps download and 0mbps upload we were supposed to be having 50 Mbps in the past but we upgrade because the WiFi was verry slow and we have been through 2 different routers and nothing has changed

    I like the app...but not pleased with customer service when I got the device. I was not informed about auto-pay or I would not have signed up that's why I give the three stars. I'm sorry but I have to edit this post. This may not be the correct place to post this. But I'm going to anyway. Spectrum customer service in not good at all. There was issues when I purchase the lease of the internet service also and my phone.

    I hated it at first because i have 3 email accounts 1 for business, another for just me n my kids shared and then my personal and then 3 live streaming apps and i have 5 dif passwords including for this app and i dono why my brain can oerfectly remember all of them except never could this one but now whatever the last update was i can now just verify this one through my business# lmao 😂😆 so no more stresses when comes to paying bills changing services etc.etc. very helpful thanks soectrum 😌🙏

    I have been a Spectrum customer for over 30 years and I have been charged for the spanish channel that I didn't ask for 😪 I can't get though to anyone on the phone or though the app. The app hasn't worked keep telling me wrong password, so I changed the password still getting the same thing. To top it all I get disconnected if my bill goes a day late 😡😡😡

    Horrible. Wifi hotspots or not reception is terrible. And no voicemail? Every company I've had has had a free voicemail. Even these little rinky-dink companies. I'll go a 2 just because of your pricing.

    I have the basic internet package only and its all I need. I never have problems with connection, I don't get kicked off. I can Netflix, stream music, play online games all on different devices at same time and there's no lag. I am currently a happy customer. I found that it does matter where you put router for best performance.

    When the app works it is wonderful. But sometimes it does not work at all. I have struggled with it for two days, and calling is a total waste of time.

    The app is fine, relatively to to the service. I get kicked off of my ps4 too often. Thank goodness I have unlimited data from Verizon, otherwise I'd be screwed when I want to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. I really don't understand why I pay 80 dollars per month to not be able to use my internet. No one EVER offers a discount for the month when I experience issues. I'm going to start searching for something else.

    Love it! Took me 1 minute to pay on app. Helps me keep track whos online and can easily pause wifi on devices for kids when needed lol

    GARBAGE... I should not have to keep resetting my log in and password every single time I try to use this app. Useless and I would not give it any stars, but I had to do it to leave a review. I will be deleting the app
