    App is okay overall. I don't like that I set up autopay in the app, but I am unable to cancel it or manage my payment information for it. I've looked at the online troubleshooting articles, and the instructions in the article are inaccurate and tell me to navigate to things in app that simply don't exist for me. I can't even manage my autopay info online on the site either, so I guess I have to actually call. If I wanted to go through all that, I wouldn't have needed the app in the first place.

    Every time it updates, it forces you to update and then deletes all your login details. I absolutely dread having to use it. For those of us who maintain good security and don't just use our pets name as a password, it's a huge pain to stop what we're doing to set up the app all over again just to see a bill. I almost never have the time in the day for that. You shouldn't make it this obnoxious and painful to pay you, period.

    This app works great to see my account and be reminded it is time to pay my bill. Try to use the Wi-Fi away from home feature I am right in front of a hotspot and get the login message wrong password but it is the one I sign in with or authentication error. Tried to get help at a spectrum store all they wanted to do was well me more services.....I am getting all a retired Vietnam veterans can afford

    Most times I have trouble logging in to make my payment then I just say the he'll with it I will try later and usually it's the same thing. I have gotten so tired of trying that I actually drive to a Spectrum store . This really should be a priority fix...Everyone I have spoken to have the same problem and they all say they run behind on their payments due to the issues on this app when trying to make their payments. Come on Spectrum...with today's technology this shouldn't be happening.

    Every time I log in to use this app I have to update it. This is taking up storage on my phone. Why are there so many updates?? Update - 5/15/21 another friggin app update, surprise, surprise. This is ridiculous. 10/28/21 - the last 4 times I have needed to log in to this app I have to update it to do anything. This is absurd...

    I think this app is pretty nice and useful, for the fact I haven't had cable internet in the house since 2011. I had to get a tech out to reactivate the lines that were already installed across the house, but after that, setup was done in about a minute!

    Works okay. Fairly straight forward and easy to use. Can't tell if the glitchiness is because of the app or my phone. Still, it serves to save time and gives you access to tools to solve problems you used to have to call a customer service line to take care of.

    so far so good. my favorite feature has been the save screen shot option after paying a bill. been using it only for a couple months and has been decent so far. Update 11/2/21 - it was working well so far but now suddenly every screen is taking 20-30 seconds to load. It's very annoying to use. Please fix it!

    This app is incredibly frustrating. Every time I try to log in, I get a message "oops something went wrong". I get tired of having to call to pay my bill, because the website never let's me on either. Internet is great, app and website are trash

    Actually very good app. Shows useful information like next bill and has very good tutorials on how to setup your modem. Even shows you live status the device. Very good design, easy to navigate. Good job Spectrum!
