They have GOT to stop updating this app. Every time they do it gets worse. I've been with Beacon about 4 years and I have never been so annoyed with an app. It has the fingerprint feature to help you with "easy" log in but every time I try to use it, it kicks me out or asks me to use my fingerprint multiple times. I just want to look at my bank account, and it's such a massive process to do just that anymore. If they would stop updating it we wouldn't have this problem.

You would think after months of this new version being out that they would have fixed the issues but no. It still pops up a box saying your session has timed out, so you must close that before you can continue on. Plus if you accidentally get a digit wrong then it goes into a circle for buffering and will then lock up and not let you do anything. Happens good half the time. About annoying enough to switch banks.

Beacun use to have a great user friendly app. It was a little plain looking, but it worked well and was easy to use. Current app is the reverse looks great, but a pain to use. I have had major issues with the app that has left me locked out not knowing what is wrong. I have to call during business hours to figure it out. When it does work it is really hard to use and has redundancy on dumb stuff like if you want a transfer to be immediate or not. Please fix this app to be user friendly.

This updated version wont ever let me log in. I hope that you will go back to the old, user friendly version, or fix this one. I noticed that the majority of the reviews said the same thing. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

The information is useful but the app itself is so slow and takes SO long to log in. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but it is still doing the same. Doesn't matter if I am on my home high speed wifi or mobile data, it is always very slow.

This app is terrible! It no longer loads transactions and I hate having to get a code texted to me every single time I try to log in! Please fix this app or go back to the old one!

It takes a long time to load and then several times I have had to answer the security questions!! And this is even after I was told it's new give it a little bit of time! If I go a few days without logging in, it sometimes will not load at all and I have to shut it down and restart it. This is very irritating!!!! I think this app is awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

■👎UNINSTALLING THE APP👎■ Annoying! I have to close repeatedly because it just has the waiting swurl and doesn't open. You never know which time of repeat sign on and hitting enter to wonder "will it let me in now?" 🤦🏼♀️

Unable to paste username or password into the login page directly, I have to open up my phones clipboard and select what I want to paste from there. This also prevents my password manager app from being able to enter the info. As for the updated look, as others have said, it was definitely a downgrade, though the capabilities of the app has expanded significantly. The transaction display isn't formatted correctly, so the date and description are overlapping.

Every time I log in to the app it tells me that fingerprint login has been disabled because my fingerprint data has changed (it hasn't) and I need to re-enable fingerprint login. EVERY TIME! The other features seem to all work fine, but I dread having to type my whole password in, so I avoid using the app unless it's absolutely necessary.
