I can't login at all anymore. It used to crash the app if I went to login directly, but I could go to the Vote section & the redirected login from there would work. Now, the app doesn't crash but it never actually completes the login (no matter which method I use) so I can't vote at all. 100% useless at this point. Please fix the login issues that have been happening for YEARS!!

The app isn't accessible. As soon as you try to log in, it crashes and the cycle just continues over and over again

Just like other reviewers I have trouble signing in. I kind of found a way around the app shutting down though. 1.Go to the prevoting section. 2. Click on your group and press vote. 3. When it asks you to try again press ok. It'll send you to the page that will give you options to sign in. I'm giving it 3 stars because it's fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it. The options are mostly straightforward. I also like that there are different competitions going on all of the time.

It was a nightmare trying to sign in. I forgot my password and it continued to say that no one was registered with the email I was trying to send the password to. So, thinking that the email was unused, I tried to create and account with it, but it said the email was already in use. I tried signing in for almost an hour before giving up and uninstalling the app.

I've tried almost 8 times to order an album yet it didn't work. I used paypal and it would say "we can't complete your order" then it'd take me back to the home page. Other than that the app runs well and is good for voting for music shows and things

This app is really useful and easy to use in general, but i' m having troubles with sign in. the screen doesn't load or show any sign of loading after a certain point. I can't sign in even though the signal is very strong.

The app does crash when I click the Please Sign In option but I found a way to get around it. If you're voting for a group first go to the prevoting or voting page and click on the group you want to vote for. It'll tell you to sign in first to vote, then you can access the accounts from there. For me it took a few tries to get logged in to my wechat account, but it works!!!!

This has the potential to be good and love that my vote could count, unfortunately the app instantly crashes so I am unable to do anything or use it. Hope they fix this and notify all of us soon.

I love what this app offers, but like many other people I am unable to log in. I want to buy more signed albums, but every time I select the account I want to log into, it won't let me. this is incredibly frustrating.

Even if I log in, I appear as not logged it, no matter how many times I redo the same action. Please fix this bug and make it possible to use the app.
