Your recent update where you automatically widen the age and show already passed profiles again after you have no more profiles to show is really annoying and waste of my time. I'd rather get empty screen saying no more profiles than have to look into all already dismissed profiles. I'd be happy to wait until new people join and then decide if they are a match.

It's a good app overall. They're over money that's true. Within a really less time they've increased their subscription charges so much. But you can use this without subscription too. As subscription only give you unlimited swipes nothing else. And without subscription 100 swipes a day are good. Mostly Guys are not serious here, tough to find someone decent. That's a thing too. Will take so much time. But I've found some good people too so not impossible. It's a matter of luck only.

If you pay for premium, it starts charging you extra. Apparently the way this app works is if you pay them, they know you can pay, so they increase the prices for everything. And they increase the prices by at least double or triple every time. Punishing paying customers... Too many bot accounts. No customer service. 0 real replies. When I insisted they reply, they simply unverified my account so I have to do the whole process again as a joke. Muslim or not, avoid this app like the plague.

The new update which automatically shows you the same people again after you've scrolled through everyone is annoying and time consuming. Once i'e scrolled through everyone i'd rather then on a daily basis only see new profiles rather than having to scroll through the same batch over again. Also the auto widening of filters is useless. If i wanted older profiles i'd have changed the filters myself.

Claims it's free but some essential features keep prompting you to get gold. If someone liked you then you will need gold to just see their profile. What a great way to encourage people to waste each others' time. My friend who encouraged me to try the app told me it wasn't like this before. Also, they don't make a distinction between people reading your profile and just seeing you picture. So how do I know the person even bothered to read requirements to see if they are a good fit?

I agree with the previous person's comment about the recent update. The most recent update where you automatically recycle and reshow passed profiles again after you have no more profiles to show is really annoying, a waste of time, and don't like that ppl constantly see I'm viewing their profiles over and over again (kind of creepy). I would also rather get empty screen saying no more profiles and check which ones I passed on in my passed section. Please revert it to how it was before!

A new low. They started of saying how they're better than all the other apps and websites because they allow you to message people that have liked you. Lo and behold, now they require a premium membership to send messages. Ridiculous. Hard pass from me. 😒

Still needs immediate attention to profile reviews. They need to look at the queue refresh. Ask the user first. Right now it will refresh every single person even if you ran out of a small range. Vulgar people are not being banned fast enough. Profile review is obviously not a thing either. Still lots of work that needs to be done to make this app better from a UX point of view.

New update is dreadful, if I've got filters on, please stop widening them automatically once all the profiles within my filters have been seen. If I wanted someone younger who lives 50 miles away, I'd have put that as a preference in the first place.
