App is not working at all. Not able to log in for 2 months now. If you are upgrading to a new version, you should keep the old version running till the new one is live. Whoever is taking this business decisions, I think it's time to let them go. I somehow managed to redeem all my money from non working website with multiple runtime errors, hope others get back too. Pathetic app/website considering financial business parameters.

It's been more than a month trying to login in the app which is not happening and everytime I try it. It says connection timed out and trying to contact the customer/branch there is no answer. Service is not upto the mark.

very bad customer service. I have made insta redemption of Rs 1800 on 6th May, but still have not received money. Also contacted customer care, they said it will be credited within 2 days, but that's not happened. Now try to customer care, it's getting busy. Please look into this matters. I have already mailed you 2 times. but not received any response.
