Allows network access without showing device in app. When my kid connects to the 2.4Ghz connection, his tablet is not listed in devices; connected or othwise. But it works on 5Ghz. One of the primary reasons I bought this was to block night time access for my kids devices and it can't do that. Looking to replace it with another brand.

The mesh network is awesome, so much better than what I used to have. Only thing I miss is the ability to block specific websites either per device or all devices. Seems like a simple update to me.

Crashes whenever trying to test speeds. Also doesn't show connected devices. A poor experience compared to the iOS version. Expected better

Absolute rubbish app. It is forced upon you when buy the device, and doesnt make it any smarter or better. A web browser would be much more preffered than this app. It only hides the complication, and when "the intelligence" fails, you are given a loading screen. There is no way to debug what is going on, and you are either forced to just accept it isnt working or return the product. Why would you force an app!?

Sow slow its painful. Update: 9 July 2020 - Everything was working but today 1 multi has decided not to provide WiFi access - ethernet OK and this app is refusing to do anything. Been on it an hour so far. App is just about OK but performs very slowly when adding access points and gets confused if adding a point fails - a delete of the Multi and a hard reset on the unit normally fixes the problem.

Constantly crash if trying to enter settings. Generic web interface on routers could be 10 000 times better than this buggy app. Disappointing application and product overall (get multy u pack of two - feel like wasted money). Avoid. To update picture - it cant change DNS IP. There is an option in this 'app' to set DNS IP but it simply don't work. PLEASE give us GENERIC web interface or telnet/ssh CLI!

So useless app don't work on most mobiles. Have to run around and try to find a mobile that the app can connect with.. And if you managed to get some units installed the WiFi stops quite often and resets itself so one must reinstall it all over again. It's a real pain. I stopped using 3 units and now only do 1 since one must reinstall them all the time.. Wish there was another way to install and configure without the app its so buggy and takes forever
