Totally disappointed with this application. I am using this application since last july 2021. It was working beautifully but on Friday it was restricted due to some regulatory requirements. I mailed them 2 to 3 times why again there is any need for verification when I already did it. They are not replying.. today is Monday still no reply from there side only sending me auto generated mail or request No. I wanted to withdrawal my money but I think my momey is not even safe.

The name is MuchBetter but it's worse than other platforms. This App keeps telling me oops something went wrong whenever I try to withdraw or send money to a friend even after being fully verified, all my transactions keeps declining. It frustrating. I've messaged the customer service but no response till date. Below is my ticket number as requested. 898308. I'm trusting you guys to fix this issue ASAP. Thanks

I have been looking for a replacement fob for my Barclaycard Bpay / Barclays Pingit for a while. Muchbetter offers a similar pre-pay fob, with without auto-top-up. I thought I had found the perfect solution. I signed up on 31 August, passed the ID verification and have used it several times since. I've topped up by around £90 over 5 weeks. I topped up by £30 yesterday & when I logged in, Muchbetter are demanding more documents and a selfie. Why after 6 weeks? Is this going to be every few weeks?

Everything works pretty easy with the app itself. Their biggest issue is that if you change your phone number you have to essentially stop using that account and start a new account with the new number. And then you have to re-verify your ID and all that... And then try to change which account number you are using for that site you go to.. most sites can't from my experiences. Even a support guy tell me to click a pencil icon next to my muchbetter app.. of which i none off

Transfered money in now it won't let me do anything. I have tried numerous times and have only gotten this error message.. it says oops something went wrong please try again later. This has been going on for a week now. And its really hard to get a real person

Well the app works, I had an issue with topping up but now it's working again, although still a little buggy. It took a week corresponding with the help desk via email. Haven't tried to withdraw yet but hopefully it will be smooth.

one of the worst app to use.. not recommended.. Very Bad Customer service, needed more than 5 days to "try"withdraw my own money. sent card photos, bank statement, even after my account it's fully verified, wat a real Joke. not funny..

Horrible company. No direct support, locks accounts without providing reason or notifying customers. Support can't read English well, they tend to repeat themselves in emails rather than your answering questions.

Registered last night, verified my account, received a payment from pokerstars and withdrew the money. I wake up today (on a Sunday) and the money is in my bank. I cant complain. Its quick, free of nonsense/drivel and the fees are low. It takes a lot to impress me and this app does it flawlessly
