This 'Me Translator' device is the greatest invention ever invented. I can actually chat with anyone, anytime. If I protect it like my life depended on it, this translator will last a long time. I liked it so much I purchased two. The second one is actually for a Chrismas presant. I like it so much that when ever someone asks me where I perchased it at I will gladly tell them. I wear mine arround my neck at all times. I give this product ***** stars.

WARNING. THIS IS A SCAM. Is not stand alone as advertised. Must use smart phone. Google Translate has conversation mode. Use that instead of Muamo. Volume is better on smartphone too. Poor customer service. I attempted to cancel the order within minutes of placing the order. My card had been charged and I was told the order is already in the process of being shipped from the warehouse. I would have to wait until I recieved the translators to ship them back (at my expense) for a refund.

Translator requires an app..any other translation app will do the same thing without purchasing any equipment..

This device would be better with voice recognition software. I do not like having to repeat myself multiple times, in order to convey a message accurately. I speak with good enunciation; and in a relatively concise manner. Perhaps my tone trows off the software? Needs a little work... I might just opt for the more expensive device; being that I wanted this software for interacting with and training associates who speak languages other than Spanish and English.

After contacting the manufacturer and getting a response, the device and app still don't work. I have asked for more help. Still haven't received a manual. This is sad. After another email round with customer service I was supplied with manual showing how to connect to app. No trouble shooting help. Device continues to disconnect and turn off and fails to translate more than 90% of the time. Save your money. You have to pay to return it.

Instructions are awful but it does work. You have to use the device not the microphone image to speak. Tap the red mic once then press and hold the bottom of the circular tab on the device while speaking in your native tongue. When the foreign language speaker is talking, press the blue mic and talk into the device while pressing the top of the circular tab.

I followed their directions for my Android phone to the letter. The translator device will link with the V5 version of the app but my phone's blue tooth will only recognize the V5-BLE version and they NEVER talk to each other. I tried it on my son's phone with the same results. I am so pissed off that I am considering a lawsuit. I've contacted the company 6 times. They replied twice. Both times they told me essentially what the instructions say. They were no help at all.

Waste of Money, writing this to warn others who check the app before buying the device. It does not download any language files. in order to use this you need the device "really Bluetooth mic and speaker only", your phone out and the app open and connected to the internet. if you need to have the internet and phone google will translate for you. Its not even really good as a mic to give the other person as the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting.

After the app was downloaded, I turned on translator device. I enabled my Android Galaxy S5 Bluetooth and scanned for device. With translator ON, my Bluetooth recognized device and loaded it into "scanned devices" category. Used app to scan for Android and showed translator connected to Android. I pressed B button, held it down as I spoke, then released button. Audible translation came out of phone speaker. Worked fine on multiple languages. Must own translator device to work with smartfone Wifi
