Pointless data grab. -- Does nothing a ticket terminal in every station cannot, other than make it very easy for things you paid for to disappear to some technical issue. -- Tries to get you to install YET ANOTHER app to see train times, will not even provide a link to do the same in your browser.

DO NOT GET THIS APP. Half-way through my round trip my account was blocked and I was unable to access the tickets I'd purchased. (and just used to get from New Rochelle to GCS). Customer service had "No idea whatsoever why" my account had been blocked, and just suggested I "buy another ticket". IT'S A SCAM. I'm out $45.00 (2 roundtrip tickets) and now STUCK at Grand Central Station like some knockoff horror novel.

Kept saying my card info was incorrect. I check my bank statement and it charged me for every attempt. This is absolutely egregious

Works. Please make multiple tickets swipeable like before. And increase each size of the ticket numbers on the bottom so they are legible without a magnifying glass

App allows for unconfirmed purchases, saying "¯\_(ツ)_/¯ you MIGHT have purchased a ticket but we don't know! You should check your wallet that won't refresh because of error code SDK_200. Oh well!” Hire some top notch programmers, this is ridiculous.
