Second time using the MRP app for Online shopping and the first time was magnificent, smooth sailing and straightforward. Second time around I was posed with the challenge of selecting a MRPHome store nearby but the stores aren't preloaded like MRPrice(Fashion/Clothing), that posed an issue and I almost didn't finish off the checking out process but chose another delivery method that costed me more, please look into that you don't want to be chasing customers away.

It will be really nice if you had a online support on the app. Often when your main photo in the category is on the actual items are not there and when it does eventually come up it doesn't have the sizes left that you want to buy. I only shop on the Mr price app so it's rather disappointing when you see it and can't find it.

I have an issue with linking my account on the app. And the call center is beyond disappointing! Ive spent 4 days and 1hour 46 minutes - and haven't even reached the person that CAN help me. My account was linked before and Ive even purchased on the app too. I am really disappointed in the service. No one cares!

Dislike this app. Searching products, categories, filtering, etc is so difficult. Much easier to just use the web page. The app needs a lot of work.

Great app besides the fact that I can't make payments on the app and searching for bed sheets is no walk in the park. I think having one description for a sheet and then having options to choose colour once you've selected the item would be way better.

The app keeps requesting that I log in even after I have successfully logged in. I cannot access any options in the app because of this issue. Extremely frustrating. I would not recommend using this app to place an order.

Very easy to navigate on the Mrp app. Only thing i would change is that once you have your items in the cart they should make it accessible to tap onto each item to view them separately. Apps like Cotton:On and Superbalist makes this possible.

Live the convenience and ease of shopping the app has introduced, adding the laybye option would be lovely and the online only exclusive sales are great...except that the online store does not show everything especially the baby section.

Keyboard reopens and it goes to the top of the search each time I exit a product. It's really annoying. Can't specify price or so on.
