The last two updates have been completely unsuccessful. No maps, just a blank screen. Despite contacting the developers 8 times over the last 17 months, there has been no progress made with this app . It would seem that Skoda has dumped the app as well as the citigo.

Buggy, really could be great with a little work, but VW suck at software development. Can not store a home address, constantly crashes or locks up. Wants to update maps, but won't let you do that unless connected to the car. When it works I find it useful for the trip meter, the navigation is ok, I have no idea what the green score is about.

A complete disaster. There are essential settings about how the car is charged that should be absolutely made available in the Skoda Connect app and removed from this one. Having important settings in two separate apps is an UX nightmare. Main issues: app stays open in the background and is difficult to quit. Also: unable to set a charge limit (say, 90%) without having to deal with delayed charging settings, timers, locations etc. Not user friendly at all.

No longer opens after updating. Just a black screen as others have commented. Tried reinstalling but didn't work. Very frustrating. Please fix Skoda!

Miss this app. Stopped working a few months ago. Said not enough memory although my phone had 3gb free. I uninstalled as I wasnt exactly going anywhere anyway. Just get a black screen when I click to open it now. No loading, no nothing, just black screen for ages until I give up and go back to my phone's home screen. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 4 times now. Have tried reinstalling while connected to my car. Still just get a black screen when opening.

OK app, few annoying habits - keeps switching my GPS back on long after I closed it, until I force it to close again. Also keeps playing music from my phone whenever I touch the volume knob. Can't seem to switch between sound sources, so I can have the radio on, or route directions, but not both.

And now it just hangs on starting! Moto G4 android 7.!!!! I tried re-installing, rebooting etc - still it hangs. It used to work for me. What is going and why are Skoda not commenting? Skoda support have completely vanished. This is v 3.3 that is broken, but oddly, I can use the VW version, which is called Maps&More 3.3 without any problems!! You'd think they were the same apart from the skins/branding, but the Skoda version just won't work.... What is wrong with this company?

Overall quite a good app, but not excellent. My main gripe is that the charging speed keeps defaulting to minimum whenever I open the app. Currently I have only been able to draw around 4.2Kw from a public charger rated at 7.4Kw. I've had the battery management software upgrade done at the local dealer (to get round the single phase/three phase issue) and afterwards I was able to charge at the full 7.4Kw, but this week I cannot. Pleasw tell me, what's changed Skoda?

Got the update.. That fixed issues with Andriod 8... ***** Tried the app on a Android 7.0, seems ok. But the big problem is that my phone (Samsung S9) runs Android 8.0 (Oreo). The app crashes at startup. Please test and fix for the new android versions..
