Just bought a day ticket and didn't come up in my app, money taken out from my account. Tried to uninstall and reinstall then locked my account in the same device. Had to buy another ticket from the driver and surprisingly was cheaper! Still waiting for the money to be refound and my account unlocked. Just waist of time trying to contact customer service by phone as they cannot help had to email and wait...

Pretty inaccurate frankly!! Been waiting ages for a bus, nothing showing on the app map so decided to walk only for TWO of them to pass me and I hadn't walked very far 😡😡 That's just one of many instances, so although I use it I know I can't rely on it.....

Flawless app. Simple but priceless.

Somehow this is worse than the pre pandemic service. 1. Day ticket is more expensive on the app vs from the driver. 2. The live system is showing a bus being 9 minutes away, but the bus has arrived so I don't know which bus it's tracking but it's wrong and if I trust the live system I would have missed an hourly bus. 3. Slower than it used to be. 4. Asks for users to feedback on how busy the bus is and availability of wheelchair/pram spaces but doesn't actually show that to passengers.

This app is great, and now the Morebus app is exactly the same, it would be great if you could get together and integrate both into one app to make travelling around the area easier. I'm sure BCP and customers would appreciate less road congestion and a more linked up bus network.

Not very intuitive. We read left to right, and the information is right to left. In the app, get a departure time list, the time is on the right, the destination is on the left!

I find the app good it might be extra 20p than getting it from the driver but saves you from losing your ticket
