The older version of this app worked with all versions of the Android operating system. When they either updated or replaced the app it now causes all devices running Android 7.0 or earlier to crash upon startup. After contacting customer service they told us to run the app on a device that is running an Android operating system newer then 7.0. When we replied saying we need the older version of the app and not a new device, they stopped replying. They made the app incompatible with older tech.

The mooning santa jumper I bought that had the animation is now not in the app .just vanished. Or should I say been removed . Rather annoyed I didnt check before leaving home as now wearing a pointless jumper at a party instead of a eye catcher . I wouldnt buy anything again after this. Hoping the beating heart dont vanish for next Halloween too

I've had a reindeer shirt for several years that has his eyes move. This year wanting to wear my shirt just to find out its worthless. They no longer have the eyes on here. How many of these shirts were sold and now they are worthless. My kids loved seeing this every year and now might as well be used as a dust rag. Sorry Digital Dudz think you should return my money and take your dust rag back. Loved it when it worked.

I wish i could give it less than 1 star. Wont load continuously crashes now i have an expensive sweater with a hole in it since the main reason i purchased was for the effect. What a joke, dont bother.

I have the pinned eyeball t-shirt, I have downloaded the app to my phone but the animation part for my t-shirt doesn't seem to download. T-shirt is still great just disappointed about the animation itself.

Hello, I'm writing you a letter, confirming that the clips on the app are refusing to play. Every time I go on an option such as the iWound or the Moving Eyeball, it keeps saying "Can't play the video". I use this app every Halloween and it is slowly approaching in the next 2-3 months. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.
