Had a complaint about the application and sent them improvement suggestions politely so that they could maybe work on the app. Their solution was for me to remove the application if I find it hard to use.. So I did exactly that..

You pay 0.49 euros for each time you use this application for parking, up to 10 parking times after which you don't pay for those anymore. But the question is, why do you have to pay extra when using an app??? I would rather walk to the parking automate and pay my parking there. Yes, I will spend my time, but the automates are on the way to the car anyway, so why would I want to give more money to this company?

Cannot remove payment card from app, only change to another one. Parked in Tampere Ratina, paid for it at the ticket machine, then got charged by app for same parking! App also charged a lot more than I paid in person. Why?! How do I get refund from app for double charge?

I had used this app once over a year ago. After selling my car I started getting charges on my credit card from Moovy for parkings done by the car's new owner. Moovy would be able to automatically get car ownership data from Traficom but they've chosen not to do that.

I used the app once when I was in Finland, removed it from my phone and I am being charged continuously. I can't sign back up from Canada to block these payment.
