It's not possible to buy tickets within the App. So it's more overhead and not what people need. Get around in the most common cities in Germany and buy a ticket everywhere, without a App zoo. So I can use the Apps direct. Please create one App which makes this possible. DB, and the public transportation of the most important cities, including Car2Go and DriveNow.

I'd give 0 star if it was possible. I'm supposed to get monthly a mobility bonus from my employer and ReachNow fails continuously to credit it to my account. This was raised several times and ReachNow did not manage to solve it for all. Every month is a lottery, it's the 4th month I'm losing it. I'm highly disappointed in their standard of unprofessional and unrealiable service, a company I cannot trust.

There is a bug in your app. I booked one taxi and there were 3 taxis at my door step. My app showed only one booking but I saw my name in the app of the 3 taxi drivers. It was not a very good experience.

It's not possible to buy public transport tickets (BVG). It's not possible to pay for a taxi, not even possible to enter a destination of a trip. My promo account disappears every time I want to use it. Last time support answered my email after one month.

Ability removed to buy tickets. If this was a strategic decision and won't be fixed while all customers are asking for it, I predict this app to go down.

The most worst app I have ever used.One can't rely on this app specially to use Car2Go. Every time I need to use car2go it doesn't support then I have to book Car2go using "Car2Go App" there I can't use my moovel balance and it endsup paying from my bank account. -No trip history -Jump to SSB BestPrice,why?? 1 star because of My Taxi Its a Daimler company "Best or Nothing" either improve it or remove it completely.

Good mobility app. Obviously there still a lot of things to improve. But I like the idea of having all the modes of transports in one app!

Silly app. You can rent car only after reserving. App crashes all the time you try to start car2go car.
