Ready Works
The place to withdraw funds; is still hidden on the U.S. account. Very confusing 😕! They also take longer to deposit your money into your bank account than any other method; I've ever used in life. Glad to hear Moomoo's working to fix these problems and I'll update my star level and review if you all are able to fix the problems.

I have been trying to open an account for several weeks now and Moo Moo keeps sending me a notification that my address needs to be updated/verified. I have sent pictures of mail proving my address at least 5-7 times and i just keep getting the same message. Smh. Heard a lot of good things about the app, but haven't been able to use it.

MooMoo, I really hope you can benchmark how the Tigers plateform layout, it is tidy and clean and the color not so black that seeing eye pain. The computer version trade window is confusing mixed with those real time colorful table. Can fix it a layout that could easily see and trade without much click? Also your premarket price row is too small that hard to see when we wanted to do premarket trading.

The app gets worse with each update. Since the last update, I no longer get alerts when prices are reached and when my orders are filled. Problem is still present in this update.

Do not trust these people with your money! These people have a poorly designed and probably fraudulent product. First of all, their platform is not user friendly - WAY too busy for a mobile app. Secondly, they make it difficult to fund the account and even harder to withdraw. And worst of all, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. When I got tired of trying to deal with their terrible platform, they refused to let me withdraw the $105 I have there. Thank GOD that's all I have on there!!! EVERGRAND ANYONE?

Missed the incentive because my transfer is taking an ungodly amount of time, absolutely ridiculous! Webull is faster and I'm ashamed to say that. Despite all the analytics of this and the promotions that I had earlier praised, what good is it if you can't use the money quickly and efficiently?

I like the news feature of the stock you invest. This is very important to decide my investment options of that particular stock. I hope they will be on top of this feature regularly and will include at least three rating companies about each stock. This will make this trading platform better than the other.

Not much on this app. I always use a test deposit to see the turnaround time for funding. Still waiting on the ability to withdraw funds after a business week. The app is busy with to much info in one place on all screens. Can't navigate app smoothly with all the clutter. Deposit button is easy to find. Withdraw button is another story (hidden). With some work this could be a good platform. However, I'm happy with the existing platforms I have. We'll come back later to see if any updates were do

Disappointed. Too many pop out rewards ,msg etc etc, very confusing app. Im lost. I have Saxo and without any knowledge you can operate that platform but moomoo is far behind.
