Well I loved this at first it was working grate. But today It wouldn't connect to the camera so i deleted the camera and tried to add it back on but it wouldn't add the camera I've been trying for 2 house and nothing . My husband tried and again nothing. POS I don't get why it just won't work. Might have to look for a new one if I can't get this stupid app to work.

Love this camera and app!! Now all of a sudden it won't let me into camera. Just says reloading over and over again. Or if I get out of app and to something else and then hear my baby, I go back to it and it wont load. I have to close the app out and the reopen it. Which has been a pain in the a$$ but I could still get in. Now I cant it wont even load. Please fix!!! If you fix it gladly will give it a 5 star!

app crashes a lot. if more than one or two users are logged on, it stops working all together. we often have to reset the camera. now, with this last update, they took away the music option!!? please bring this back. The music option was one of the only good features about the camera.

The concept is great which is why I didn't give it only one star. But it is so damn buggie it is frustrating to no end. I have to constantly restart the program or the link to the camera to get it to work. The camera itself freezes up sometimes as well and when you are trying to look in on your baby in a hurry you van imagine how annoyed you get.

i love my camera, I've been using it for 3 years. you do have to reload the app completely if you click off of it. but that's to be expected since it has to reestablish a secure connection. my biggest issue with the whole set it, is i cant put the app on my laptop. i don't always want to tie up my phone with the baby monitor. and i don't always want to set up the tablet and juggle multiple devices when i could just put my laptop on split screen. aside from that, i couldn't be happier with my camera.

**update The one feature of this app that I enjoyed - the ability to play music/white noise from the camera - is now gone. PLEASE RESTORE IT!! ** This app is garbage and if I had another option without buying a new monitor I would use it. The app constantly times out and if you hit the blinking reconnect button it either times out or gives an error. You constantly have to close and restart the app, which defeats the purpose of having it open for sound alerts. If I could give zero stars I would.

love this app use it all the time and really helps me ensure my daughter is sleeping comfortably without have to get up and check her physically every time. the picture quality it really clear. My only complaint is that since this update my music option has completely disappeared... I use it pretty often and dont understand why it just disappeared. pleasee fix!! this really sets me back for that was the main function I used. I also dont get all the negative comments. I love this monitor and app.

Awful, awful, awful. 4 out of 5 times the will cannot connect to the camera. It crashes often. And the lag... Sometimes the monitor app is MINUTES behind real-time. This camera wasn't cheap! What is wrong with you, Project Nursery?!

When the camera can only be checked via an app....don't you think the app should WORK?? I cannot believe how buggy the app is. I can hardly ever get a connection to actually see my kids. I really regret buying this camera.
