This app doesn't allow changes to the default setting of the hearing aids. In other words, while app allows you to adjust the settings and preserve them within the app, you cannot create a useful default setting but are tied to using the app to set the hearing aids to your desired setting every time you change the batteries or restart the hearing aids. What a pain! If you don't like being tied to your smartphone, look for a different brand of hearing aids. Latest update doesn't fix this issue.

I had good reliability with the app although it had limitations it would always connect to my hearing aid. Since the latest update the app does not connect with my hearing aid at all unless I turn the hearing aid on and off. As I am in several different modes everyday I am constantly having to use the mechanical switch on the hearing aid to turn it on and off. It is exceedingly annoying. I have an Android phone and totally annoyed at it.

Update 4/19/21 - If I could give this app less than one star I would. Got an updated app notification today, and hoped against all hope that this would enable a direct bluetooth connection between my $6,000+ hearing aids and my phone. Nope - I still need a $300 accessory that draws attention to the fact that I have hearing aids. Please note that the main selling point of these EXPENSIVE hearing aids is that they are not noticeable. Now when I disconnect from streaming it kicks me over to a new sound program (universal), where it is supposed to return to the one I am using (pure). The Galaxy S20+ 5g is supported, I have the Note 20 Ultra 5g. Same chipset and have bluetooth LE. Terrible. Seems like there is no priority on android support. Update 3/30/21 ‐ Reducing to one star. No support yet for the Note 20 Ultra, same chipset as the S20. This slow rollout is aggravating and forced me to spend $300 for a clunky accessory that draws attention to the fact that I am wearing hearing aids. Defeats the purpose completely. When paying over $6,000 for hearing aids, not having streaming or phone call support on a phone with the same Bluetooth tech as an iPhone makes one think that the effort is not being made.

Gets a 1 until bluetooth streaming exists. Their solution is an expensive device you have to wear. They have a problem they are making you pay them for, so why fix it I guess. I can't review them well until they fix it

Ever since the update, WIDEX MOMENT app will not "pair" with my hearing aids, and they were perfect for months before the update. Some Brainiac at your end really screwed this up. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP.

You can add Oneplus7T to your compatibility list (now running Android 11). With recent updates, this device adheres to hearing aid BLE streaming standards. I would welcome testing of streaming firmware for Android, like Starkey aids can do.

Had to update my review, but apparently Widex doesn't care about their customers even more now with this newest update. It's funny how the update description says that it "fixes bugs" when the reality is, it completely breaks the app w/this update and NO LONGER LETS YOU PAIR YOUR HEARING AIDS.
