It is tiring watching Mola. In the middle of every -yes, every- movie or tv show, it is always "Source Error". You have to restart and fastforward searching for the last scene when it stopped. A few mins later, the pic freezes while the sound & subtitle keep running. Dear Mola, you're not ready to be a paid movie app.

Really really bad customer service response. I subscribe the EPL for full season priced millions IDR. And still, I have the worst experience almost every weekend games. I have no internet problem, I stream youtube with 1080p resolution with no problem. But when it comes to this app, either the app is extremely slow, or it says I don't have internet connection, or it says I have to subscribe (REALLY? AGAIN??). Please, fix all your problem, or stop the EPL monopoly broadcasting.

First, i subscribe for a couple of years already, the laptop device is very bad! Can say the same for mobile, i can't stream football without buffer, freeze, and lags. I repeat, i CANNOT stream football without distractions from this app Second, i subscribe for premium package, my subscription is still active for one month and suddenly i cant watch movies, it told me that i need to subscribe, what in the hell is that? Third, it seems that Mola CS doesn't even bothered to acknowledge anything

I subscribed to Mola because watching football on illegal stream is slow. But in this app I faced a similar problem. Delayed stream, error prone, which gave a notice that your 'subscription has ended' while you still have one ongoing and in my case I ended up subscribing to the same package in the same period twice, and the inconsistency in the quality of stream. For comparison, I can stream NBC Sports while using VPN without any problem. tl;dr Disappointing streaming app

Thanks to Mola TV for broadcasting premier league. I just have one question. Can we subscribe sports stream only? I would be great if I can. And for the recent update, the app is becoming poor. Because I don't have any internet connection, but I cannot watch Premier league matches. I already subscribed for 6 months.

I may not have the best internet since i live in a small city, but i don't have connection problem with other streaming service like youtube, netflix, disney+, etc. unlike this app i barely can watch a football game without any connection issue every other minute. For that reason i'm not gonna renew my subscription until this issue is fixed.

Poor, lots of errors. The worst thing is their notification system is misleading and you can end up subscribing to several packages which overlap each other both on services and active period. I experienced it myself and ended up having 3 overlapping packages. Never had this bad experience with other video streaming services. And their CS response is horrible, they're not helpful at all.

Some of times the app doesn't run well in weekend. Maybe because of big traffic online on that time. But the related admin doesn't give customer big support. Only suggest us to refresh, log in, clear cache, etc. Bad service

First of all it really frustating if your app crash every 20 minutes, it's not always happened but it's quite often. Second, The app doesn't always record my watching history so if I dissconected (either crashed or bad internet connection) while watching an episode I must manualy search where you left off.(most of the time) Third, the app automaticly skip to the next episode if I had a bad internet connection. Why tho? in what realm this idea is good? Fourth, you have an ugly logo.

Upset with the Mola app in Android phone. Bought a package for Euro Cup and just for Euro Cup! But cannot watch the live event, tried to contact live CS but no feedback. What a waste of money, really consider not to continue the service again. Hoping to watch football in Mola but cannot, so sad and upset with this. Addition: after a few days, Mola access now is getting better, only minor error but can still watch the Euro Cup. Hopefully can increase the service again.
