Pizza arrived 1 and half hour later, and cold. Poor tracking system. Don't waste your time. There are other better options. Edit 2: they constantly keep sending promotional messages and they sell your phone number to other EAT CLUB apps. So now i am also receiving promotional spam messages from Itminan biryani, box8, mealful wraps. I never agreed for my phone number to be shared. This is a major privacy issue. Please stop sending me promotional messages.

I have ordered pizza and order got cancelled without even my notice. I didn't even get the refund as the delivery guys unable to reach me. I tried reaching customer support but didn't recive any feedback. They don't even have their contact number to reach them. I will never order anything from mojo now onwards.

IT'S WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. There customer support is hideous, i placed a order at 1:54pm it's been 3:54pm still it's has not been delivered, I tried calling the outlet no one was picking up the call, the customer support was terrible the only response they have is "give me some time". After 1 hr told me to wait for more 25 min I waited still I don't receive my order nor my payment have been initiate. Do not waste your hard earned money and time on such scam.

Mojo is the best option for pizza. It's 50-50 pizza is the best option to select, where you can order two variant of pizzas in one, half portion will have one variant and other will have different. The base is very soft and topings are very cheesy. And it also keeps running discount which makes me order from here more often.

Very disappointed on this bkwas app I have order on 8 oct 21 at 1952Pm approx but I waited till writing this at 2205 there is no option to cancel my order I have ordered no.09MEZT pizza bill price RS 313 in offer and still waiting for the order lastly I order elsewhere and there is no any option to cancel I chat with care then replied me that new delivery boy will bring that he was cook who did not able to deliver that.

I have tried many pizza's before but nowadays I'm addicted to the taste of mojo. They have their unique taste with 2X toppings and they also serve it with 4X organo , red chilly flakes. Price is affordable to when compared with other pizza's.

I have ordered multiple times from mojo. Every time I'll get surprised with the taste. Superb. Mainly the packaging 👌👌. Still now I didn't faced any issues with the app. Hope will get more user friendly by updates

Lot of scope for improvement. Ordered for the first time. Pizza's are nice. You get more toppings compared to dominos. Prices are similar to other pizza outlets. Thin crust is amazing, however, cheese blast is a must avoid. Lequid cheese is too sour and tastes more like mayonnaise. Smoked paneer is overpriced. Though pizza was delivered in 50 min, 10-15 min that was taken to asign a delivery agent after the preparation of pizza should have been avoided to deliver hot pizza and retain value.
