This product is no longer supported. I believe that because nobody replies to my emails for support and the product and app are pretty faulty. I cannot reset mine and it is stuck with the graphics I originally loaded. If someone replies to my 3 request for support them maybe I'll think you guys are in business still

It does not work as shown or described, constantly having issues, doesn't save info for long, also Good luck if you do get the device that goes with this app. They will not refund, I've been trying since a month after I ordered it and they rarely responded to emails, it took over a year for device to arrive and it's nothing like in video, especially for the price which I seen several that were cheaper and did the exact same thing.... My mistake indeed.

Despite the bad reviews the unit works well for me, one thing I can suggest is to have Google assistant linked voice recognition for Android users so they can atleast change pictures and text on the fly, since the in app voice recognition doesn't work at all for me. Best to use lower pixels for images and gifs. Tenor works well depending on the pixel size of the gif. It's handy for people who want to send uhf channels for drivers behind with the crawling text!

Pretty disappointed! The app is lacking a better way to create your own gif's, you cannot share them with others, and it's VERY time consuming if you are a person that just wants to use the product, NOT have to be a developer to. I wish there was a place where users could upload their creations so we could share with others. Also everytime I turn the item off for a period, all my "uploaded" favorites need to be uploaded again, such a bad design and waste of time to have to wait all over again!

Great product - my only request would be to add the ability to import animated gifs creates outside of the app. Maybe it's possible, but I haven't figured out how to.

Have not seen any real updates/upgrades since launch and software Is very dated and buggy. Divoom makes a much more compelling product that has great software. You can't even share your creations with others and the creation system alone is very cumbersome and not well thought out. 2/10 in my book unfortunately. I turned mine off 2 months ago and haven't had a good reason to turn it back on. Edit in reply to devs: I've had my device since 2019. You're using such a weak excuse to not fix ur app.

Needs a firmware update to enable power on when connected to power/ignition start. Pointless having a power button on the device. I'd have to turn on my ignition, open the boot lid, turn the device, shut boot lid then go back to the front of the car to drive. Poorly thought through. Still full of bugs. App says I have 8 drawings on the device, when I go to the drawings page, there are 6. App is just a mess. Update? What did you do in it?

The mojipic device has a great finish and LEDs with awesome brightness. It lacks operation state indicator lights, though -- it should be using some of the pixel LEDs for that. The app really sucks. BLE connectivity has lots of issues, it's really unreliable. Need to reset the device almost every time I try to use it. Really frustrating! Connection is not kept alive in the background, which really sucks. It's a mess! No community functionality either. I've sold my device again.

The app is a bust, I can't even upload 32x32 images on my s9+ the library of pictures you can use is subpar at best I'm going to send this thing back it was not what was advertised at all, its a busted peice of tech that could have been awesome if it wasn't for lack of support from the developer. I saw a post from the dev that was from 2/20 and if this is all they have to offer save your money!!!

Ok three parts first the hardware, great mostly looks a bit cheep and kinda breakable to offer games for kids. Second customer care great would give them 10 stars if I could they got item to me fairly fast and when I asked about shipping info they responded right away. Next app.... Needs updating few new modes more emojis yes it has basics and you can draw your own takes time, text you have two options and u can't do anything along with scrolling and static text u can't add anything with static
