Crashes a lot when pressing the back button. In one place my mobile phone payments are visible, in other they are not. Profile picture does not get cropped well on upload. After paying the monthly bill it takes 2 weeks for it to appear as payed... Needs a lot of polish.

App crashes every time I even think about touching the back button, can't change my subscription plan (keep getting a message that the request wasn't sent successfully), I sent a message to customer services and never got any response other than an automated message that they received my message. All that makes the app completely unusable. I've been using the Tele2 app for a good couple of years with no issues, so I'm extra disappointed 😞

Crash after a package purchase. But this is not the only reason, overall the app doesn't feel right. Back press after going into second level UI navigation item shouldn't close the app for you, it should return you to the previous screen

I've transferred my number from Tomato to Telemach. They've told me it takes 3 working days to transfer it. After three days I install the app but I am unable to add my phone number. The agent says it takes another day to "activate" the number, so I had to buy a physical prepaid to transfer funds. After I bought the prepaid I wanted to active a prepaid tariff, and in the meantime I somehow lost 3 HRK. Seven days later, my phone number is still not "activated".

Still a solid 1 star. Tried to change my subscription and getting the same message that my request has not been sent. Tried the support call with no success as the automated system was keeping me in the loop without connecting to a real person. Opened the app again and miraculously had the new subscription activated.

Nothing good to say about it, crashes, there is nothing useful there and it's so annoying to have to go to the web app all the time because there is NOTHING USEFUL in the app

Ne mogu registrirati broj, tvrdi da ne postoji u mrezi./ Unable to register number, it claims it doesn't exist. 🙄 28.06. - nakon update-a, jos uvijek ne radi./After update, it still doesn't work.

Awful app, you cannot check your plan renewal date, UI is bad, after 10+ years of Tele2 I decided to move on
