Can't book an appointment. I enter my civil ID number and the serial number but the name neither shows up nor you can type it, rendering the whole process useless as you can't continue in order to make an appointment.

App does not work. I am unable to access medical services in Kuwait thanks to this app. I can't go to a doctor because this app decided to stop working one day. Uninstaller multiple times but still not good. I put serial Number and I'd number but name doesn't show up.

As usual in most governmental apps no proper testing and quality assurance done . I uninstalled the older version, then downloaded the new one , whenever I try to open the app i get a popup saying " a newer version available . Proceed or cancel".. so i choose proceed ,it redirects me to the store to choose" uninstall or open " if selecte "open" i go into loop of " newer version available ". Also i noticed that no one is getting back to the reviews and answering to the comments
