Watch gth does not Track sleep well.... the sleep record on the watch watches the sleep record on the phone, however the watch does not start tracking sleep until after midnight. It has been this way since it was delivered over a week ago. The sleep records are there, but inaccurate. Now I can't load up new watch faces, what garbage, please don't buy

I am using TicWatch GTH since last 3 months and I am really very disappointed with the Mobvoi app... Following are some of the issues I am facing... # App takes ages to connect with the watch, key data are not updated on app regularly... I have to manually refresh it a number of times # Sleep tracker is not at all accurate.. # need more watchfaces which shows more data like heart rate, temperature and other important vitals ... Disappointed😞

I'm using my ticwatch pro for 2 month and this app is useless. To view activities you need to refresh for a few times until it loads something. UI is awful. First screen is decent, but on the other tabs, device and explore screen, everything is useless. All the buttons get you to a website to buy other mobvoi devices. If you are not connected to the internet you cannot see anything.

Unfortunately sleep tracking is very inaccurate. It considers a dream if I read, watch movie or even play on the phone while lying in bed. Cheap fitness bracelets did it much better! Other annoying problem is you always need to pair it with your phone after each connection loss (you went to another room without the phone, swim, etc).

The app takes a long time to fully sync with your watch. I'm not sure if this is because of the watch I have (Tic Watch S). Navigation through all the data feels a bit clunky. It feels like the app isn't really tightly focused on tracking important health stats, which seems...odd. I love my Tic Watch S, but the app is purely mediocre.

I'm giving 3 stars for now. If the app becomes more functional in the future I will update my rating. But for now... Half of it's features aren't working properly. So even tho it's still installed(since I own the TicWatch E4) I've disabled it from using any data and stored it in my "junk" Apps folder. Hopefully they make some updated and fix the bugs. But until they do... I won't be using this app.

Honestly I give it like 4.5! I have a 4 year old E series that still runs great and batter is awesome, but with the newest refresh of the app, it actually pairs even better and tracks more accurately (not sure if that's the app or watch) But I don't plan on changing my watch any time soon, so I'm glad that the app is more functional and user friendly.

It's a great application but it needs some improvement so I gave it 4 stars. It's easy to use and it's been designed well but in the weekly goal page which is supposed to show the stats it doesn't show until you enter each part and reload it. Thanks to Mobvoi 👏

There are so many things wrong with the tic watch pro 3 and this mobvoi app that I uninstalled it and put the watch in the drawer. I now use a Huawei GT. 1) my cycling distances of 20kms are recorded as 0.2kms 2) they take forever to upload to my Oppo find x3. I have to turn both devices off and reboot for them to miraculously appear 3) you can tell there's a problem with their philosophy when the country you actually bought the watch from is NOT shown. Switzerland. Epic fail.

Good..But could be better. Everything works like a charm! Bluetooth is excellent. Batteries last for days! But I want my Smart Watch to become a real Smart Watch..So I have HIGH expectations of Google Wear OS 2.0 release mid '22. Samsung G4 Watch and TicWatch 3 will be the first ones out! (Due to the insane hardware which atm isn't utilized 20% on these "functions". BTW, This is a SMART WATCH. That means it doesn't concentrate on Tracking your exercises..Buy a Fitbit or sports model for that!)
