Quick setup and fast phone support. I did have to call support as the link for free monitoring wasn't active. You must press the white area of free option for the button to activate. After that data starts showing in a couple of minutes. Mine show 16% for strength and works fine.

Dec 19 just updated the app and it still cradhes and will not open. Great job - NOT. **********Do not know what you did with your update but the app no longer starts. Not that it does much anyway

Unable to connect using browser and unable to connect with Mobile link if phone is connected via WiFi must disconnect from WiFi and use cell phone data.

USER YUKKY!! So, I'm on the road, trying to check on my generator and the app insists that I update it before it will connect. Unacceptably unfocused on the user. How about a warning next time?

Does not cleat maintenance warning after completed. Because of this the generator will not kick on when power goes out.

Chased me outside in the mud three times to install the module, then to get the serial number, and a third time to run the Mobile Link Setup. Went through the setup until it came to WiFi 10% and never came back. I gave up, pressed Auto, and closed the lid. I got a text message saying that the Gen is ready to run. Hope it's working. The instructions could have been a lot more complete.

Boo! Just spent over an hour outside in the cold trying to set this up. Beware, your mobile device must be on the same wifi as the generator. My phone switched to our slower but stronger signal when I stepped outside. Not mentioned in set up. I was so happy when I figured it out and it finally connected. Only to find out later that the app requires a paid service. Seriously? After shelling out thousands for a Generac now they want more $? No way. I feel duped.

This app is pathetic. My generator was installed a few months ago and it was setup with this app by the technician. The operation of this app is spotty at best. It works for awhile, then for no apparent reason, it loses connectivity. Then if I go to the generator and press the button for the Wi-Fi menu, it searches and voila, it magically finds the network. My signal strength is 30%; more than enough to work reliably. There must a problem with software, hardware, or firmware. Fix it!
