Application always says disconnected and won't let me setup my vehicle even though I am connected via Bluetooth and when I I open the app it gives me a pop up that says "connected." Terrible mobile experience and will affect my purchase of a nissan in the future.

I could not get it to connect to my car at all. I got the pop-up notification saying that it was connected, but then it never did actually connect. This is horrible! Why even make an app like this if it literally doesn't work.
J Sli
Useless. It does nothing. It rarely works. Try to manually open it when it won't work and it says disconnected and there is no way to connect it manually, even though the car is on. It does nothing. I can stream audio from my phone via Bluetooth without this. Why do it need this? For Facebook? Who does that while driving? For Google maps and trip advisor? I can hear the map through audio from my phone via Bluetooth. This is just poorly done. I expected better from Nissan.

agree with all the other posts. The App isn't worth it. Phone connects via bluetooth and you can stream music from any app on your phone. It displays on the screen without the need of this app. I want to use Waze and downloaded this app in hopes I could install it as an app, but no such luck. At least I was able to remove the Facebook and Google Search app buttons. uninstalled it from my phone. I'll continue to use my phone for navigation.

The latest version of android (8.0) is not supported. Support was not able to provide a date on when it would be. Seriously? Why would I buy Premium Plus when I can't use the benifits of Select because the app does not support the latest OS. I mean, new OS releases don't sneak up on you. 8.0 was released to the public in August of 2017. That's 17 months if you waited for the public release, 22 if you got in when Alpha was released. Talk about missed reoccurring revenue... Way to go

people with all the bad reviews you hafe to down load something like Android auto where you can see all your apps from your phone on your radio screen and everything works just fine . if you take the time to read the book that comes with your car or even the instructions in the app you download you will say that it says that

I have to agree with all the other review. This app is completely useless. I spent so much time trying to get it connected, which failed every time. From what I can tell, you get facebook and twitter..(in Canada) ..not sure why you need those when driving. The most frustrating part is the promise that the app does more than it does. My car says I have 1 gig of space to install apps. But as mentioned, there are only two apps that can be installed. Kill the app, use apple car play or Android auto.....

Woefully disappointing, having to click through multiple screens to get to the features is a lame design. the buttons should be on the main screen without having to go through layers of web pages. Worst "convenience" app I've ever seen. Beyond disappointing and one would expect more from Nissan. Simply put, this app doesn't provide any value over the key fob and completely misses the mark so I won't even consider a pay subscription.

Atrocious. Extremely awkward to connect for the first time. And all that effort was a total waste, since it is only compatible with two apps useless to me (Facebook and Line search). No Waze, no Google Maps, no Spotify, no Audible. And I question the mental sanity on who decided to make Facebook priority, for people to use it while driving. If this app was any worse, it would be a malware. Shame on you Nissan.

Just installed and tried to see what this can do. I wasn't interested in radio stuff and only thing that may potentially be useful was the Google Search. But not worth installing this app for that. I saw my friend using an app like this on his Honda that allowed him to use Google Navigation instead of car's navigation system. Well, I can't do such thing with this app. It was useless for me.
