    Zip pay is automatically active and charges 99 for activation, didn't show less wallet balance and money transferred from it. I hate it when I pay hidden charges without consent. This account deactivation is again a process, They raise a ticket, but no info on ticket number. Cannot chat to customer service. Its a bot with name tag..

    Initially I had provided 4 rating based on userfriendliness but now I am dissapointed due to payments failure. How can we trust if we are getting failures in between trasactions. This happens 3 times in a day for me. For one recharge, amount get deducted from bank and failure came at mobikwik frontend saying that "connection time out error". If these things are going to happen then how customers will trust on you.

    Very very bad and poor network and customer service. 1. my credit bill payment was delayed and failed which was made 8 days prior the due date and caused interest charges. 2. Payment got debited from wallet to merchant but no payment made to merchant and my order got cancelled.

    Very Bad Experience. The service of this app is not satisfactory to the customers. If you want to connect to the customer care for any help they didn't respond to your call also taking lots of time to resolve the problem. Some of features they have added and that are out of control they don't have any command on it. They didn't refund the amount of failed translations. not recommed anyone to use this app.I'm giving 0/10 rating to this app.

    I recommend this app a week ago but I was wrong. On this 12 th April I paid my credit card bill through this app was not paid. The last date of payment was 15th April 2021. When I contacted to customer care they said It was failed due to technical reasons. The bank charged me Rs 450 as payment not made within time frame. This mobwik can pay this amount to me. No they don't.

    The app works fairly good. Nice offers. BUT customer care service is very bad. You got an issue then goodluck because it will take weeks to resolve one issue. Very slow and dumb people attending your queries. you have to explain your query minimum 4 times and still not get satisfactory answer. So the experience is good only untill you are stuck somewhere or have an issue.

    Payment management is very poor. They will add zip balance in your wallet and didn't ask any payment option while purchasing anything. Once you used zip balance they will ask for activation fee along with your expenditure. If you didn't pay it they will add more charges and it will also affect your cibil score. I feel it is totally scam. I would suggest don't go for the cashback offered by this app on any website. I did payment in Myntra and didn't receive any cashback.

Evverytime when i try to restore the account, it causes trouble... I try it for last few days but still i can't restore the account... It will good, if you make this service better...     They are making frauds. Giving you their credit schemes and implementing fees without your consent. I also downloaded this app with a hope some relief and ease of payments. But in the end, the only thing i got is dissappointment. I discuss my issue with support team, they also are helpless because its company policy. I will suggest not to use this. The fees they impose you have to pay otherwise there will be a reminder for your credit score. So you have no option but to pay

    I wanted to recharge through UPI on this app. But the amount is deducted from my bank but the recharge was unsuccessful. This problem was arising three times but I am unable to contact you. Fortunately after some days issues were resolved. But now the amount is deducted and 48 hrs completed, till now this issue not resolved. So please fix the issue immediately.     Mobikwik has no sense of trust on its customers. They call and send notifications multiple times a day to remind about the due payment even almost a week before the due date. It would have been much better if Mobikwik starts sending a reminder a day (utmost) just 3-4 days before due date. Their current practice really is disturbing and is not healthy.

    Won't be suggesting this app to anyone. No customer service and support. Made a payment to partner website for cashback offer and cashback received but due to some reason website was unable to deliver 1 item of total order of 6 item so they refunded the amount of that item to source (mobikwik) and what mobikwik has done, it had rolled back all the cashback received on total order.. Bad policy with no one to listen or help

    Horrible app.. Charges in everything. If you're paying credit card and adding money from cc they will charge a huge amount . If you'll have to transfer your wallet money you've to pay 3% charges which is very bad. Different platform like Paytm is btr than mobikwik. And at last your personal data aren't safe with this app. I Uninstalled this app after seeing a horrible content on tweeter. All the user data of mobikwik cc, phn no, mail, personal document are avilable on telegram by hackers 😡😡

    I have been using this app since very long time now. I had a ZIP pay later account and due to some reason I could not pay off my debt on time. Now I successfully paid the money along with the late fee and interest. But after I paid off the whole amount my zip account is not working anymore.     The most pathetic payment app ever i came across. No customer support is available. You can find customer care no. on Google which gets disconnected after its intro. Automatically, they activate their zip/ pay later and ask user to pay ₹99 as activation charge. No other app or even banks charge activation fees on pay later feature, that too activated without my concern. Kindly make your customer service strong.     Worst customer service I have ever seen. Other apps when failed in transaction ,they refund money within 2 days but here whenever I raise a dispute it says "sorry invalid request". I have raised ticket many times, but it didn't replied me properly. I tried to recharge my dth 2 days before but it was failed and money was deducted. So i raised dispute still I didn't receive my refund. Don't use this stupid app.

    After updating to the latest version of mobikwik .....not being able to use the app anymore....have done a couple of login,logout and reinstalling of the app ...everything has failed....whenever im trying to open mobikwik its saying the app has stopped unexpectedly kindly wait or report or exit....waiting for hours still not working,reported multiple times but to no only the last option is left to exit from mobikwik forever....really tierd now.

    I suggest not to use this app. Better application available than this. I installed application and it was seen ₹2000 in wallet, I used it but when I went to pay 2K back on time. they are charging ₹99 and ₹17 as additional charge. I recommend this kind of application should not be in Playstore. Else being Customer (we) should not use this. IF YOU STILL WANT TO USE READY TO PAY HIDDEN CHARGE.

    Worst customer service. There is no way you can solve issues. There is no response If you raise complaint. No way we can speak to someone and explain our issues. Stopped using it and now requesting them to delete my account but there is no response from them. Raised complaint multiple times but absolutely no response.     The process to add bank account is very bad.the app doesn't allow to add bank details through upi or through card and it will give the same error like we are having some hiccups ans then it will spam messages to clear pending dues.if you encounter any issue while using the app its very hard to get the issue resolved.

    Worst app, Donot make payment of credit card and they will take your money keep in their pocket for 3- 4 days and messaging you it is processing afterwards they will return your money to your saving account and they will quote that payment acceptance declined by credit card and you will get unnecessary late fees as they are keeping our money for 3- 4 days, payment process is not instant, no customer care support in correct way, they just manipulate things and throwing their balls to our court

    In my previous review I mentioned that they are decreasing the super cash amount redemption for the gift cards but still now no updates regarding this.... They are continuously decreasing now also... And one more issue adding debit card and credit card section needs a remove option of debit card and credit card.... It's a rights of the user to remove the card if they don't want that... But what is mobikwik doing with our card..... There must enabling a remove option is good for the app

    *Ticket ID 18925738* Support people doesn't give any response. They say that it will resolve any issues within 5 days but till now there is no response from this. Please don't take blue card, this will definitely decrease your cibil score. My score was 853. Now my cibil score is 702. If Support don't know to do why do you descare other cibil score. Now I have uninstalled this app but need to get my cibil score up after that I'm not going to touch your app.

    worst's a dept trap don't ever install this aap friends ... otherwise you will end up paying extra 99Rs without your permission... they will activate your zip account (it's like loan) and automatically set it as your default payment mode without telling you...and when you do any recharge or any transaction amount will auto cut from zip account and you will be in dept because it's like they will give loan without your permission and in order to repay it they will ask extra Rs 99.

    It activates ZIP features without your knowledge and charges you ₹99 extra. In addition to that when you settle the ZIP due it charges additional convinence fees. In my first experience I used ₹2000 from ZIP balance and ended up paying ₹2149 for settling the dues before due date. Very pathetic app. Not a consumer friendly one.

    Even when you turn you turn off ZIP balance still this people keep ZIP as primary in the transaction and you will end up paying transaction through zip. I had made transaction and by default it was debited from ZIP balance but the order was not placed. Even the merchant confirmed of failed transaction still Mobikwik is asking me to check with merchant. Now I have to pay 99 extra charges for failed transaction which is hidden untill you make payment. This guys looks like frauds to earn money.

At time of payment through merchant site money gets deducted and order don't get place and on the top of that your app does not show the transaction. Now how someone will raise complaint. I made an order from ajio app using your wallet.1250₹ got deducted bt no transaction is shown in your app. No order place and m stuck with your pathetic customer service because there is no option to connect.

    Not able to use shopping loan amount on partner sites. Also unable to transfer amount to anyone. Everytime I try to purchase using wallet it says unable to do transaction. I have shared a screen shot but no response from the team. I have DM them on Instagram but no revert. They have all my bank details I am worried that they will deduct money from my account. I will not recommend this Wallet to anyone. Not easy to use. No customer support. Everything is so complecated in the App.

    Takes your money and doesn't give back, I lost my money and they have hidden charges and convenience fees which they don't talk about upfront while paying bills and all. I wish I knew it and I had to pay more and when I paid using Amazon for the same bills not only there were zero charges I got decent cashbacks which helped me recoupe some of the money I lost on Mobikwik , guys trust me, AmazonPay is lights years better than this app. Stay safe and take care guys.

    Don't use this app, they will give recommended offer that should be used,but actually u don't get any benefit of it, and if try customer help centre then they reply u next day except automatic reply. Also once bank account is link it is hard to deregister your bank and upi always they will show there is an error with your bank.

    Unnecessary activation fee , which all other trustworthy wallet apps simpl, olamoney, paytm , flipkart paylater, provide for free. Its a trap they will automatically open a credit line as soon as kyc is done and automatic charges will be applied , and if you don't pay your cibil score will be affected. Stay away from the app.

The emi was deducted from my bank account through Nach but the amount was not updated still in the app( more than 10 days) as it is still showing as overdue.     Be aware from this application. This is cheating you. Actually I use mobikwik pay later is called zip paying for electricity bill and it's declined and i paid bill from another app. That was ₹1912 and now they are sending bill due message. ₹2211 amount to due. What nonsense this happening. Why iam paying i didn't use money. And also No costumer service available for you assist.

    The american express card once created can't be closed though can be blocked.If you unfortunately open it & didnot use,then your CIBIL score might be affected. Their customer service too told there is no such option to close the card.

    Bro amazon gift card is not working. It was unable to deduct the amount from wallet. Myntra, more supermarket and other all gift cards are working its automatically deduct my wallet balance and show remaining amount how much i need to pay. But for Amazon gift card it telling me to pay full amount, not showing wallet balance in payment gateway. Please fix the issue.

Costumer care - you have to de register and then register your account and. You can start your UPI and you're able to get UPI rewards. And. Today i can't get 1% supercash on adding money They told that it's our T&C. Totally disgusting.

Make sure that add name of the policyholder to make sure that the people whom he is paying. Example like Other app ,phonepe,google pay ,etc.

    I have faced nothing but trouble with this application regarding my loan and my queries, none of them are answered and even when you make the payment they still claim that you haven't made it after sharing the proofs and their partners for loan DMI is a legendary lender who has no customer services number and no reply to emails. I assure you if you're borrowing loan from these guys be ready for mental harrasement and frustration at the same time. Amazingly worst customer experience guaranteed!

    Pre-paid electricity recharge option is not there. Many electricity meter have been converted into smart meter by govt now, so please bring this update to your app too

    I had an issue with supercash...which was not credited for my 1st transaction on swiggy for the month of April.... I had even posted a negative review for the same here... As they told me reply on the given mail.... I did the same and within 2 days... Issue was resolved and amount was credited in my wallet.... Thank you for the prompt solution Mobikwik Team...and I hope I don't have to undergo this kinda ordeal ever again :))

    I added money to the mobikwik wallet but I'm still not able to use it to pay my bills. It's showing me card n UPI options only. Now that I want the amount to be reversed into my account the customer care is not responding. I'm starting to doubt anybody is even reading my queries.There is no other way to contact them also. So disappointed and regretting this.

    It's showing continue hanging msg of class the apt or weight it and even I pay my credit card payment but it's showing panding and from my account it's deducted. I am un happy with this service

    Awesomei gave them 5 star but recently they charged me 356 for payment on which they were not been able to answer my questions on why they have charged me 356..other than this incident they deserve 5 start rating. But in future i can't trust there payment method.

    Upi transaction is not working and their customer service also very bad. The excutes which works there only know to extend the date as longer. They don't even know anything.. Sh...t service . Please don't use this app.

    Before paying to any website from mobikwik be care full. Without your permission they will activate zip account which have 99 Rs activation fee. Which is not specified while paying. No response from customer care. Its a new type of fraud. I have cancelled my order. But the amount is not reflected in zip account. So be carefull.

    My cibil score discreased 97 point after using zip balance, every time i paying full amount before due date. When i check my cibil score i can see there's late payment (₹1) more than 90 days old. i'm 100% sure i didnt make any due amount.

    It's an nice app because this app gives zip services like advance loan type service and charges ₹99 activation fees but this app gives cashback of ₹50 for doing transaction with ajio for the first time.

    For the refund amount also they are charging if you transfer it to bank account. Not good service no customer care contact details are there it's my fault that I have used this app

    Pathetic experience from the app. Please don't discourse this app. If u want there are way more options and apps that won't eat u r money. There's is not a customer support in the app. If recharge is done it'll take days to complete. Please if u value u r money please don't install this app. Not at all recommended.

    This app is taking three days for updating credit card bill payment, while there are other apps settling payment within minutes. Not recommended for CC bill payment.

    I am editing this review again this mobiqwik app is cheated me...already lost my money by 500...but this time it was 1060...i think I am the fool to believe this app again and done the transaction...ther is no customer care number in this won't be able to contact them by phone... This is a fraud company I would recommend other apps rather using this...

    Would ve given zero stars if there was such an option provided. I was charged 200rs late fee for a late payment by 1 day. On top of it, i was charged 50rs twice (a total of Rs.300/-) for denying to pay the late payment fee of Rs. 200/-. Even the RBI mandates 3 days grace to be given to the customer for late payment of credit card bills, which 8n this case waa clearly violated. I strongly discourage from using this app.

    Never use this app. They will charge you too much unreasonably. They charged me 200 on very first day. I am uninstalling it right away. Better go for other apps like phonepay or paytm.

    I have tried using this app every 2-3 years and it has always disappointed me until now, when I feel being robbed. This is because the ZIP activation cleverly lets you make payment WITHOUT proper notification to the user and deducts 99/- as the activation charge later. It's not the amount that bothers me, but the mentality of people trying to cheat customers in every possible way. Thank you MobiKwik for the worst app experience ever. I've tried escalting but once again support is worthless.

    Very poor experience with Mobikwik. Before making any recharge or payment, automatic payment is made from the wallet without asking the customer and then forceful activation charges are charged. If this charge is collected from 10 crore people out of 135 crore people, then it becomes 990 crore.

    Earlier rated 2, however with the response i am getting from customer support its actual rating should be zero. When its clearly mentioned in the app that the offer is for 1-30 april, how can the support team say that i am referring to an offer that's beginning from May.
