It used to work on my Ulefone Armor 3 to do Hermes without problems. Maybe the recent updates, an error message "Mobi Control has stopped. Send report? Yes/No.". The message keeps cropping up randomly whether I'm in Work Mode or not. Hermes helpline walked me through to uninstall and install again. Nothing works. The guy told me to get an iOS! I don't want an Apple phone. Hermes don't pay me enough to buy a stupid iPhone to throw around!

Terrible app. Crashes too often and once it does there is no way to remove it. Turns phones to bricks. Not even Mobi can undo it. I've tried every method out there to reflash, but it blocks it. Again, Mobi was zero help. Ive got a stack of bricked employee phones that Mobi destroyed. Should be sued this is so bad. Deserves negative stars and removed from Playstore.

Both me and my mum work for hermes. I used this app before our old field manager got me my own scanner, and I was having nothing but problems (would sign out on it's own and sometimes wouldn't even let me sign in until I had closed down the app and reopened it at least 6 times) and now my mum uses it because hermes refuses to send her a new scanner even though she requested one months ago, and today (14/7) after she collected her parcels, the app UNINSTALLED ITSELF. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!!!!!

Doesn't come remotely close to the enterprise management functionality of stock Galaxy devices. Going with Samsung.

Terrible personal control. This app controls everything on your phone and you don't even realise, it has access to install and uninstall apps without your permission, it has the ability to restrict you from installing apps too, I'm trying to uninstall it, it uninstalls but still doesn't let me download other apps and tells me this mobi control app is not allowing me to download any other apps even though I've uninstalled it and removed it as a device administrator. DON'T DOWNLOAD.

I have lots of problems with this app. It stops me from being able to updated another app installed (Amazon Flex), so the only way to update is uninstall mobicontrol. Then when I try to reinstall I get an error saying the device is not safety net compliant

This app is used by companies like Wal-Mart and Home depot. I appreciate the capabilities of this application and have never had an issue. So people if you are giving it one star and whining that it will not work for you, try and understand that it's your own incompetence and not that of the developers or your garbage phone.
