Reviews From google play store

It's so engaging to play this game. The day when I bought it I played it for hours. With every gameplay you feel like you almost had it and you go back again. It's not one of those dumb and stupid games where you just have to connect stuff with each other and no drama happens, no, it has an element of emergent gameplay where you have to constantly adapt and make logical decisions. Please keep making such games.

I'll be honest, not as fun as I hoped. It's less "Cities Skylines" and more like "Spaghetti Simulator". Kind of frustrating, too. Trying to edit lines or place wagons is infuriating because the game never seems to respond the way you want it to. Could easily be fixed with a line-by-line edit tool.

Clever puzzle game, with several modes and challenges within each level. Would love to see an indicator next to each line that shows how many trains and carriages are running on that line, since they disappear when in a station making it hard to count at a glance. Would give 5 stars for that, and if you fix the corrupted audio files - lots of glitchy clicks and pops.

It's a fun game, easy to start and run without too much challenge (or so it seems) until you realise that you've over complicated your lines! For those people who are complaining about the lack of instructions, have a look at the bottom of the Options menu where you'll find a guide and an options menu.

This is a fun time sink for mass transit nerds. The UI is polished if a bit lacking in explanations and tooltips. Visually, it is very appealing. However, there really is a lot of lacking content and features for a paid app. Major world cities with mass transit systems such as Chicago are excluded from the game. And there does not appear to be any feature to save your work in creative mode, so when you exit the app, it is gone.

My one gripe is that the tutorial is a bit opaque, but damn this is a beautiful game. The minimalist graphics and soundtrack create this wonderful abstract feel. The puzzle-like gameplay is frustratingly fun, and each city map having a sightly unique twist means that you can sink many many hours into this game. Amazing game. Must have.

Love it! However I usually loose because I don't notice stations that are not connected (new ones, or by accident disconnected). I think its a must to notify players that a station is not connected with a visual effect (e.g. glowing in a radius around it like an alarm) thus the user to be aware of it. Please add this feature to enhance user experience. Thanks!

This is a cool game. The simple idea is to connect up stations in a rail network and transport the passengers. Simple enough right? But the stations become more and more crowded and you get more and more different shapes that need to be transported around your network. And most levels have some kind of water to bridge or tunnel which you often have limited supply. It's a real challenging puzzle game which keeps drawing you in to play more. I really like this game so I can recommend it 100%

It's way more fun than it might look at first when you're learning the game and grinding away at London, but once you start scoring seriously the whole thing opens up and it becomes infinitely fascinating. The milestones make the accomplishments feel real, and unlocking progressively harder cities facing different logistical challenges keeps it exciting. One of the few games I've ever actually paid for — entirely willingly — just because i enjoy playing it that much. Thanks, Dinosaur Polo Club!

Brilliantly simple, but challenging game! It looks, sounds and plays great, and I have played it a lot and still find it very difficult! I think the developers should add the third oldest subway system in the world as a map though 😂 let us play out the possible expansion. I'd also love to see a game mode where the existing Real World set up is already in place, and we have to manage / extend / redevelop it? Brilliant game keep up the great work!

Love the game. Controls are a bit confusing, you can easily grab the wrong line when you want to change something. Would be great that you can focus only one line, or perhaps lock all the others because it gets crowded later in game.

I bought the game on sale, but it's not what I expected. It's a bit too minimalist for my kid, whom I bought it for, and there is a distinct lack of helpful instructions, leaving the player to figure it out on their own. It's a bit more for adults than I thought. Currently waiting for a refund, thank you.

Absolutely worth the buy, it may coast money, but it is fair price, the game is great and the only reason they are asking you for money is because they don't want to use ads, which you may argue they should just give you the option, but I think it is their creative vision to make it as clean as possible, which it is, it is also *very* fun once you get the hang of it. So yeah this is one of the best mobile games I ever played, huge recommendation.

Well worth the tiny price. Excellent strategy game. A game will start off chill and peaceful, but quickly ramps up to high stakes route management. Quite a lot of depth as well Every game can be approached with a different strategy. Either Go for lots of loops in your train lines, or focus on connecting as many different types of stations together as possible. Very Enjoyable, picked it up yesterday, and can't put it down.

I love this game! Once you get used to what's going on, very addictive. One feature I would love to see, something that indicates which map you have the lowest score on. I finished all the maps, and my method to trying to achieve the goals is to play the map with my lowest score. To do this, I have to scroll through them all. Really love this game, great job!

The simplicity both in the design and gameplay combined with an ever increasing level of challenge makes it highly addicting and engaging. You will be lured by the simple design making you believe that the game is going to be easy to win, but that is far away from the reality. I play this anytime I have some time to kill and playing this never feels like a waste of time. Many congratulations to the developers.

Great game for the price. No ads or IAPs, simple game play, and good for quick 5 minute levels. Not sure how much replay value the game has once you beat all of the levels though, but still well worth it from the price you pay.

Super fun game that's very easy to pick up and play. It's great if you like a puzzle that's constantly shifting so there is certainly replayability in it. Very simple aesthetic but works extremely well although sometimes if you have a line going through a station then trying to press it can be fiddly depending on which line you want to change.

Stupid addicting - I play a lot of Cities: Skylines on the PC for traffic management. Mass transit is a way to make that game easier... This game makes metro management just as fun. It's a challenge, especially at first when you dont know what you're doing. But with a little bit of paying attention, you should pick up what's going on.

Really good game. I'd love a map builder to make and share my own custom maps. There are many cities in the US (e.g. LA) that lack good public transit. Please start adding those as well so users can help think through challenges in driver centric cities too.

Fantastic game. Can't stop playing it. I wish you could "level up" in a way, so the more experience you have, you start off with more stations or equipment. I also wish it were easier to edit which trains are on what line (I try to pick up a train from one line but accidentally grab another or edit the line).

The most fun game on mobile I've ever played this year (2019). The game objective is to plan and control the mass transportation in each country. The game design and the art design is so simple, yet so awesome that it surely catches your eye. I recommend everyone who looking for minimal art design and minimal puzzle mechanic and get sick of FPS or RPG on mobile.

The best game I have ever had on my phone. I don't know how, but the experience is at the same time relaxing while challenging. And the music?? Oh my! It basically made me stop here just to leave this comment. Please buy the game!

It over all a really good and fun game however after u beat the last level it dosebt get harder from there and theres really nothing else to do after that.... so add more levels or increase the difficultly is all i gotta say, oh yea also theres a creative and an endless mode i dont know what the difference between the 2 are but it dosent seem to be much

Great filler game with some flaws. The good - very addictive game, if you like puzzle/sim kinda game - very high value for money The bad (and I can confirm what others have said before) - no save function - the controls aren't great, especially when you want to remove a station on the track, or where multiple lines cross - tutorial could have covered more, like moving trains, how intersections work etc - get's very, very difficult quickly above 500 passengers

I love this game. Relaxing and strategic, with beautiful simplistic but sleak graphics which are pleasing to watch. My main problem is not having much variety in the vehicles on most different maps. Love it nonetheless.

Very fun casual game that, no matter how hectic, always serves as a relaxing and enjoyable experience. There are few games I would rate 10/10, but this is one of them. That might sound hyperbolic, but I believe it executes everything it sets out to do perfectly. Perfect for your boring commute.

Absolutely love this game however sometimes when I leave it for a while it exits and doesn't save progress. Also would like to see more variety in gameplay. However, I will still play this game without them as it is amazing fun and very challenging.

Very relaxing yet very engaging game. It's incredibly challenging, yet in a very soothing way. There are many different game modes, so players can really play the game the way they want!

Phenomenal. Would be good to somehow be able to see how an extended line would work without my thumb being in the way on the screen. Maybe like a side screen showing how the line will connect (will it require a bridge or a turn). It's sometimes hard to see these details when my thumb is in the way

I keep coming back to this game. Some levels I still have not cracked properly. Would love a facility to save a part complete game so I could try different strategies and compare results.

This game is deceptively simple but requires careful thinking and is really fun. One drawback: It immediately hangs and has to be restarted the second it tries to connect with Google play.

Excellent game. Might be a classic in the future, like tetris. I just wish there was some kind of control screen that i can flip to to see stuff like number of trains per line, or perhaps stats about each station... although that might take away from the simple, lighthearted fun that this game currently provides.

It's a beautiful, simple and engaging game that lets you be creative while being very challenging. One thing that i think would make the game more playable would be a counter of how many trains and carriages are on each line as it can be hard to judge visually, as they're not very visible at stations.

A very interesting strategy game. It has a straight forward easy premise, but as it it adds more layers on it quickly gets more difficult. Youu have to make hard choices and adapt your play as you manage your available resources. One of the best on the play store, I highly recommend it.

Best game ever. It's more than a game - this is a transformative experience. Although I always play it on my commute and other people on the tube give me odd looks.

Best game I've played in ages. I'm an avid mobile app gamer but I just keep going back to play this game. Simple playability and minimalistic design, requires logical thinking and quick reactions. Amazing and awesome game, worth paying...

Seems impossible the first few times through. After four or five games, becomes more enjoyable understanding the mechanics of the lines.

Very fun game. However, when there are multiple actions I could take on a station, it's often difficult to do what I want. For example, the wrong line will move, or I will accidentally deleted a train.

My only complaint is that in normal mode the cube stations always spawn less than others. I don't know if it's intentional or not but it does make the game harder.

This is a superb game. Everything from the visuals, to the audio, to the gameplay is simple yet elegant. Mini Metro is a cerebral experience that is outstanding in short chunks or in longer meditative play sessions.

Very interesting concept of game. Very simple but also intuitive. Low price for real no-ads experience. I like it.

Very good game. The different cities are nice, and the gameplay is fun. Could add more cities with unique mechanics, but not particularly nessarcy.

It's okay for one time use. No information is given. Game ends too quickly. Why is there even different shapes for passengers?

Great game, very addictive. Totally worth the 1€ I paid. I do wish there were more sounds mimicking different countries we play in. I would love the sounds of different metros around the world! PLEASE MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Simple yet complex strategy that keeps you on your feet. Adding complexity as you open up new maps keeps things fresh. Recommended highly for those who need to take their minds off difficult things or just need a relatively soothing experience with low stakes.

Love this game. As a slight Underground nerd this is the sort of stuff I love. Need to think more than I originally thought. 5 star no doubt

While this game has been very well made, and is an excellent idea, sadly it has no level save function. So while it saves your progress when you complete a level, you cannot start a level, leave half way through and come back to it. You lose any progress on levels you're still playing when you exit the game. This would have been a great 10 minute time filler for commuter journeys on the way to work. Sadly because of the lack of save functionality I doubt I'll play this very often.

Fun game, though the controls are a bit clunky, especially when you have several lines. Also: sometimes the level of difficulty seems random; and it needs a clearer tutorial to get you started. Finally, in my last game I found a bug: when creating a new line, it stays empty (no new trains are created) - please fix. I have recorded a video if necessary

Interesting concept, but there aren't clear goals, beyond just "continue to survive", and as a result there's no satisfaction of having achieved them or finishing a level. Less of a puzzle, more of a stress test. Also, the controls are difficult: sometimes when I'm trying to drag a line, a vehicle that was hidden behind a station moves instead and I can't easily move it back to its original line. For the first while I didn't even realize I could remove a station from a line!

It's deceptively clever and aesthetically soothing. Gameplay's pretty slick, though you will occasionally lose track of what's where, but that's part of the point.

A wonderful proof of concept that doesnt go far enough. The random stop and passenger placement is frustrating, and makes it impossible to replay stages. Some static or preconfigured stages/challenges that aren't random would have made this game complete.

The more you play the more rewarding it gets. As you progress you'll begin to understand the subtle nuances and want to replay previous levels with your new knowledge. Nothing feels better than realizing your current layout is about to fail and doing a complete redesign from scratch and lasting another week or two. The design is intuitive, the graphics are pleasing, and the soundtrack fits the game perfectly. The cherry on top of an already perfect game... no microtransactions. Home run!

This is an enjoyable game for kids, teens, and adults. At first, it was a time killer with an interesting concept. As a writer, I used it as a means to better understand metro systems. It gives you a basic understanding, but I felt immediately taken in by the gameplay. The levels are unlocked in a fair manner and several of the maps require adapting in such a way that you can learn a new method for other maps. I'm rarely bored as there are many modes to play as well.

Perhaps the perfect mobile game. Easy to understand and the freedom to build your own solutions to the challenges presented. Seriously, 10/10!

Money well spent! I love games like this - small, playable offline, you can spend 5 minutes or an hour playing. Always fun and replay-able!

A lit funny, non-sense, but time-consuming. Espeially needed, when you want to waste some time.

very fun, cute graphics. It's mesmerizing to see the little symbols get on the metro. Great play length: 10m per session

Awesome game! It's very original and I like it's interface and minimalism, i'd love to see the Toronto train map added next!

Fascinating gameplay in an amazing package, perfect for those who have ever dreamt of designing their own subway map, or, alternatively for others, just a fun, ad-free and therapeutic strategic game. Daily challenges provide a constant motivation to play the game to work one's way up the ever changing leadership boards, while various modes cater to players looking for more difficult gameplay, even if I'm not a fan of Extreme mode. Best money I've spent in a long time

Great simple game to keep you occupied! Just wish there was more sound, hardly anything for game sounds. Also wish the Help Section was a bit better defined for some things missing, like how many connections per line or station, how the waiting countdown clock works, etc. Took me many plays to figure out some of these. If they could improve with a tutorial, that would be great!

I wanted to like this game. But this game is super hard. Maybe it's just me but I get so frustrated playing it. I think I assumed that it would be a calm game to play but its not. I can't figure it out. The game doesn't give you any tips other than controls etc. It seems like there isn't a pattern to how stations and passengers appear. I fail the game after maybe 5-10 minutes everytime, which isnt very fun.

I love this game! I needed something like this. UI is easy to understand, the goal is clear, and the modes endless and creative are awesome. The control is fluid, and the aesthetic is gorgeous. The only problem that I have is when I want to change a line, only by deleting one stop from that line. Because I have to delete the line since its last stop and go backwards. It is tiring and uncomfortable when the stop I want to delete is in the middle of the map. Good game, no regrets!

Simple and Beautiful graphics. Engaging and challenging for the mind. I'm hooked.

The game is awesome but the controls need to be improved like undo button and I couldn't connect to Google play to see how people are playing..

The game is simply fantastic. Everything works as it should and the levels range from simple and laid back to chaotic enough to challenge seasoned players. No ads (as it should be for a paid game), and even in the more chaotic levels, the ui always allows you to understand and manage your metro with ease. Absolutely worth the money.

One of the most engaging minimalist games I have played. A new challenge everytime you play it.

Sometimes I can't access certain stations and sometimes the trains completely ignore overcrowding stations and so I might get a game over without any control.

The game is extremely fun, when you get used to it. They could do a better job at teaching you how to play. There's games that don't hold your hand with tutorials, then there's this, where you get told almost nothing.

It's quite fun for a couple of hours. Worth a £, but probably no more than that. It lacks variety. You're just doing the same thing over and over again. Also includes an endless mode, which lacks challenge, and a creative mode in which you set your own stations and link to them -- I'm not at all clear what the point of that it. But if you're looking to kill time on your journey to work, it's worth it

3.5 stars - hold out for a Mini Metro 2. Game play is good but what is an interchange? Why does my game keep resetting when I switch to another app? Honestly, it feels unfinished. Massive shame, graphics are nice and game concept is great.

Very relaxing experience. Loved it on PC, was very excited to see it on mobile.

Simple concept but very challenging and cheap. No reason to remove a single star.

Difficult. Pleasing. Touch controls become error prone as your metro grows. Zoom in to alleviate, but you may miss new stations and thus lose. Needs some work.

Amazing! Own this on pc/switch & now on mobile and ive played through the whole thing each time then started going for higher scores. Maybe in the future harder maps with many more lines / less bridges (or tunnels) / less carridges to make it a bit more strategic to make a "hub" of some sort.

Simple to learn, very tough to master. The variety of maps and challenges has kept me delightfully engaged. Night mode is a huge plus.

Seriously awesome game. Super simple premise that makes it easy to grasp without sacrificing depth and challenge

Excellent game without app in purchases. The best mobile game I have played in the last 3 years.

Relaxing, engaging, fun. well paced and still sometimes has content updates. Perfect phone game where you just sit down and play a map or half

It's minimalist, fun, and the controls are great. It's easy and challenging at the same time. What more could you want?

Cool train-to-station simulator of a sort. Must get different shapes from one "station" to the next -- matching different types, and also trying to get your rail lines to touch as much as you can to "share" stations. Addicting and definitely a soothing, calm game, unless you want it fast and chaotic.

I love it so much! It's so addictive and you can learn some stuff about mobility with it. I would LOVE to see a mode in which we would deal with existent transports (the real names of the stations and lines from the cities) and try to make it more efficient or something like that.

Excellent game. Fast, dynamic and easy to learn and play. Levels are very interesting to solve and maintain as you reach higher ones

I don't know why I haven't found this app before. It's a beautiful master piece. It's entertaining and keeps you busy. Thank you for creating something so unique and fun!

Clean, interesting, well-designed, replayable. - 1 star because it doesn't work with my Bluetooth headphones.

Game has a steep learning curve so it's a bit confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it you won't be able to put it down. Amazing game, graphics, and sound.

This game is brilliant. Totally worth the money and one of the best games I had ever played on android. I love the fact there are no adverts. There are several playing modes and the game is very dynamic. Very light and responsive. Daily challenge is great fun. So far there is nothing I can fault.

The game is nice but in the end it's boring since there is no progress further. You finish all the cities and that's basically it.

Fantastic fun game. Would be 5 if the shapes were more random. Sometimes there are 6 or more circles in a row.

Great puzzle game. Controls are slightly difficult on a small phone but workable.

Really fun yet relaxing. Very challenging sometimes but I love it!

Loved this game on PC. Love it even more on mobile. Pretty much the perfect mobile puzzle game.

Awesome game. Wish it was more clear when you're close to failing

Great game. Easy to understand the mechanics, but still gets quite challenging.

The graphics are simple yet smooth. The game is both challenging and relaxing. I just wish it came with a mode where you can create what ever metro map you want. "Creative mode" os almost there but withing the context of cities in the game. Let me make my own fantasy map please

Phenomenal experience. But one bad thing is that when you finish the game there's basically nothing to do, I hope something gets added that adds something in the endgame. Other than that, it's absolutely amazing!

Very nice and clean little game. Simple and easy to control, yet plenty challenging enough to keep you entertained. Great job!

Relaxing system puzzle game with a design so clean and simple it was clearly made with skill. No pay-to-win mechanics. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Controls can be a little frustrating when moving lines. I often grab a train or the wrong line when I try to move a line.

Very cool but wahts the matter with Berlin? Some stations are overcrowded so fast and tunnels are never enough. There is probably a bug
